I think you're just scared to tell the others or to 'her' that you're a gay or you liked 'her' more than just friend! More than just bestfriend! But IF you really don't liked 'her' like the way 'she' do to you then you must talk to 'her' privately and seriously. And tell 'her' that you just like 'her' as a bestfriend or as a sister or anything so 'she' will not have a false hopes to you!
