A Broken Promise
Description
A girl caring so much for a boy, who had been thrown away by his parents.
He doesn't care about his future nor his life, everything's basically pointless to him.
To you, of course the caring girl would just be someone trying to break his walls down and bring him to reality, but she knows that's not what he needs.
He doesn't need a reality check or another stupid fantasy.
She already knows what he doesn't need...but what does he need or maybe want?
Foreword
Why is it that she's always here whenever I'm in this state? I don't want this! I don't want her! So why? "Leave me alone!"
"Sehun just tell me what's wrong." She said barging in the room after Sehun tried to slam the door on her.
"Why do you need to know!? Ugh! Never mind just leave!" She's always following me. Noticing my stupidity compared to other's perfections.
"Sehun..." My back was turned so I didn't see her face, but by the sound of her voice, it sounded like she was about ready to cry. Thank god. After all those screaming and pushing her away, she finally understands that she's not needed.
"....Omph." I said responding to her hugging me from behind. "Let go of me! If this is all just because of some stupid crush then stop already, it's pointless!" I twisted in all directions to get her off but she hang on. I knew it was pointless and it was hurting her so I stopped.
"It's not! I don't love you Sehun! I just don't want to see you hurting anymore! Even if I did love you, I already know it's pointless and late..."
"If it's not love then what is it?...." Without knowing of what to do, I started crying. Why am I so weak?
"It's.....", she silenced herself before saying the word. "friendship."
"That's stupid."
Still holding onto me, she continued. "Sehun I told you many times before that I'll always be here for you..... No matter what happens I'll always be here for you, I promise."
Sehun fell on his knees, crying. The girl let go of him and got up. "Promises don't mean anything to me unless they're kept." he said with a low raspy voice.
"Then I guess I'll just have to keep the 11 year promise I made." She said cheerfully like she'd always do.
