I walked along the path humming a soft tune to myself. I began to see a crowd of people. I couldn't help but flinch at the angered eyes of many around me. I felt a pain go through me as I turned the corner I fell and saw the worst thing I could ever see. Isaw that everything was burned crumbled to the dirt in ashes.

 

"Who would do this?" I heard a voice next to me ask aloud I looked and saw a shocked saddened face of a girl next to me. I couldn't read her at all and that's what worried me.

 

I heard cars stop and doors open and slam shut I saw many people walk over to the burnt down woods and harmed animals that lived there. They seemed trustworthy but I couldn't help but feel worried about them.

I got off of my knees and walked slowly over to the once beautiful woods and touched one of the trees I in a big breath and my eyes widened

 

'Two figures walked along a hidden trail

 

"Why did you bring me here?" The tall lean figure asked his voice had no emotion whatsoever in it. You could barely hear the girl snicker at the other as she slightly turned but not enough to have her face seen.

 

"I believe you know why we're here. Remember year 2011?" she asked causing him to stiffened at that moment "I have no idea what you're talking about." he said voice becoming horas at one point.

 

"Judging by that I can say you're lying and you know exactly what I'm talking about." the girl snickered at him "So what if I do? It was an accident. None of what happened was supposed to happen. It was supposed to be a harmless joke." The boy replied in a dark guilty voice.

 

"Well your joke turned into a crime and you deserve to be punished for your actions so I hope you can take the heat." they said in a sweet voice before the boy fell to the ground as a metal rod came in contact with him. Finally the girl could be seen but the thing was her face was covered in a silk lace designed mask.

 

"Have fun in the heat baby boy." she said kissing his cheek before leaving the scene but not before they dug in the pocket of their designer jacket pulling out a angel lighter throwing it to the ground causing it to start a fire that soon tripled in flames.'

 

I snatched my hand away from the tree and stared at it confused of what was going on.

 

"Hey kid! You shouldn't be here!" A man shouted dragging me away from the scene.

"Let him go." a voice said "B- but sir-" he started earning a glare "Did I stutter? I don't believe I did." The man snarled in his direction the man let me go and walked away quickly saying a quick 'Sorry'

 

"You OK kid?" The man asked inspecting me for any sign of harm "I'm fine thank you." I said "No problem, kido." He replied smiling "So whats your name?" he asked me "My names Choi Jun Hong but everyone calls me Zelo nice to meet you, mister!" I replied shaking his fairly large hand "Well nice to meet you, Zelo I'm Lee Jinki." he stated.

 

I smiled he took my hand and we walked somewhere "Hey Lulu meet my new little friend Choi Jun Hong he goes by the name Zelo though." he said to a short brown eyed girl

 

She smiled brightly and her eyes sparkled "He is adorable! Hi my names Lulu." She said sweetly as she hugged me "Lulu, Onew! We've got something!" A high voice called from behind us they looked at each other and Lulu carried me like a baby walking over to the girl that called them over.

 

"We found a boy. His name is, Kwon Jiyong known as, G-Dragon - GD for short." The girl informed before Lulu and Jinki gave a nod and walked towards the boy that was being nursed.

 

"Jiyong?" Lulu asked softly the boy looked up and looked back down quickly "I'm Lulu and this is my partner Onew we want to ask you some questions if its ok with you." she stated "Whatever." he said Lulu sat down and placed me on her lap hugging me like a mother would. Onew sitting down next to her.

 

Soon enough something caught my eye.

 

"Hey mister what's that in your pocket?" I asked pointing to his pocket. He seemed confused and dug in his pocket pulling out the same lighter that the trees had seen.

 

"Looks like a lighter." Onew said inspecting the item that Jiyong had taken out of his pocket "I- That’s not mine! I swear!" Jiyong said as Lulu took it from him and placed it in a plastic bag stuffing it in her pocket.

 

"Its alright we're not saying its yours so calm down no worries just tell us what you remember." Onew said in a calming voice

 

"Alright. I was walking from dance class and I remember hearing a voice behind me and they said 'Bad boys should be punished. Can you take the heat?' and then I felt something hit me. I fell to the ground and then I saw a girl with long brown hair and a lace silk mask on she smirked and said 'Remember me?'after that everything went black. By the time I woke up I was coughing for my life surrounded by fire. I barely got away from the fire because there weren’t any exits I could find then just as if by luck a firefighter came and rescued me. That’s all I remember."

 

Lulu and Onew nodded and put their pens and notebooks away "Thank you Jiyong. We'll contact you if we need anything else." Lulu said before shaking his hand "Take good care of yourself." She said before taking my hand and helping me to the ground.

 

"Zelo you have a good eye for things like this. Maybe you should be a detective your self." Onew said making me smile and Lulu giggle "Hey Jinki, Lulu can we go see the others? And can we go see what happened over there?" I asked pointing to where the other detectives and inspectors were.

Lulu gave Jinki a worried look and Jinki looked at me "Why Zelo?" he asked "Because what if they miss something? Wouldn’t that be bad?" I asked they exchanged looks "Please? Please mama? Please Papa?" I begged I realized what I had said and they looked just as shocked "Did you just call me mama?" Lulu asked I blushed "Omo how cute! Alright but no running away from us alright? I don't want to see you get hurt or lost." She smiled and led me to the scene Jinki followed and took my other hand

 

"Hey Kevin!" Lulu said catching the attention of a famine boy "Lulu, Onew hey! Wait, who's the kid?" he asked pointing to me Lulu picked me up and hugged me walking closer to him "This is Zelo. Zelo this is Kevin." I waved "Aigoo he is a cutie." Kevin cooed "Hey what's that over there?" I asked pointing to one of the burnt trees.

 

I jumped out of Lulus arms and ran over to the tree "Its a tree that fell in the fire." Kevin stated "There’s something beneath it and look at the end even though it is burnt you can still indicate that the tree didn’t fall on its own. See these are the marks that could only be made by an ax." I said pointing at the trees side.

 

"He's right."

 

"Look here below it there’s a hole it was hidden by the tree and ashes around it."

 

Kevin got people to help move the tree and what was found was gasoline to which my guess helped the fire to increase in hopes that the fire would burn the evidence of it.

 

Two hours passed with clues everywhere.

 

"Alright Zelo I think its time to leave OK sweetie come on we'll drop you off home." Lulu said when I realized something I had no family here Earth and Mother Nature were my family.

 

Kevin noticed this "Zelo what's wrong?" I stayed silent "Actually now that I realize it he was alone when I found him." Jinki said Lulu looked down at me "Zelo wheres your home?" she asked worried "I have no home. I have no parents." I said honestly.

 

"You're an orphan?" Kevin asked shocked "I guess I am."

 

The three exchanged looks "Zelo we're going to have to put you in the orphanage if that’s the case." Lulu said sadly I looked down sadly "But I don't want to.." I said "I'm sorry Zelo but we have to put you in the orphanage." I could only nod "I understand."

 

Lulu once again carried me like a baby and placed me in the back of a car. The three got inside the car and we drove off in silence. After a half hour drive we arrived at a place called 'Diamond in the Rough Orphanage' Lulu took me out as usual holding me in her arms like a baby.

"Hello welcome to 'Diamond in the Rough Orphanage'" A lady said with a smile "Hello we're sorry but we actually came to drop of this sweetheart he has no family whatsoever and we can't take him with us." Jinki said I could feel water trickle down my neck "Oh well alright follow me."

 

After doing everything needed Lulu let me go and anybody could see the sadness in her eyes and see that she would cry at any given moment if the wrong thing was said.

 

"Bye Zelo be a good boy alright?" Jinki asked I nodded as he hugged me "Now dont cry even if we spent a few hours together we love you alright? We'll miss you Zelo be a good boy for us." Kevin said tears sparkling in his eyes. I held back my tears. Next was Lulu who held in no emotion she let it out she was a sobbing wreck she brought me into a loving hug and let her tears fall "Mamas gonna miss you Zelo. Don't do anything bad alright sweetie? I love you even if it was only five hours we spent together." I smiled sadly and kissed her cheek "I'll miss you to Mama. Zelo loves you all." I said waving before the lady took me away from them.

 

I thought to myself as I layed on the bed that they assigned me. 'I have to get out of here. But how?'

I looked around the room 'Nothing.' I already knew I wouldn't be able to escape easily after seeing the guards and well thought out security things around the place. All I could do for now was let my heavy eyes fall until morning.

 

 

"Hey kid wake up!" I heard someone say as they shook me I awoke and stretched "What do you want?" I asked the kid that woke me up "Hurry up they want to see you! They want to adopt you!" The boy said excited "What he got here last night!" "Lucky!" Was all that was heard from the kids around me I rolled my eyes and followed the boy that woke me up.

 

He let me walk in alone and the first thing I saw was the bright smiles of three faces I knew.

 

“Zelo baby!” Lulu squealed hugging me “Mama!” I said giggling “Thank you mam we'll show our selves out now good day.” Kevin said as Lulu carried me plopping me on her lap when we got in the car “Mama is the investigation still going on?” I asked referring to what happened yesterday “Yes it is and you can be mamas little helper does that sound nice?” Lulu asked I nodded cutely

 

“OK”

 

“Hey Zelo we found new people who were knocked out cold last night at the scene. We sent them to the hospital would you like to come and help us with helping them get better?” Kevin asked “Yes please!”

“Hello.” we sang in harmony as we stepped into the room “Oh hello.” the girl in the bed said “My names Lulu and these are my partners, Kevin and Onew.” Lulu said and I gave a cough “Oh! This is my son Zelo say 'hi' Zelo.” I waved “Aw he's adorable. Hi I'm Hyori.” She said waving to me

 

“But aren’t you a little young to be a mother?” She asked Lulu “Ha ha looks are deceiving because I'm 26 years old.” She replied with a smile

 

“What? You look so young!” The girl exclaimed “Well if you think that’s hard to believe ask these two how old they are.” she looked at them and they smiled “I'm 29” Jinki said with his radiant smile “27” Kevin said shocking the girl you all look as if you could be 15 or 18.” she exclaimed “Thank you sweet heart.”

 

Soon Lulu's smile faded and her face became serious “Now what we came here for was to ask you about what happened. Do you remember anything?” She hesitantly nodded

 

“Mind sharing?” Kevin asked “Well I was finishing my shift at the cafe I work at when I got a call from someone I answered not bothering to look at the caller ID. When I answered all I heard was 'I'm going to get you. You can't escape me.' I got so scared and decided to sleep over at a friends house. For the next two days I got calls from what I've found to be disposable phones and they kept saying 'You can't escape me. I'm going to get you.'

 

“Why didn't you report this?” Jinki asked knitting his eyebrows together “I thought that they were just prank calls to scare me or something I didn't take them seriously. I thought they wanted me to be frightened from their joke.”

 

After an hour of questioning we left and walked to another victims room “She didn't have any real good traces that would help us.” Kevin said

 

“I know but you never know we might actually get something big from her.” Jinki said in deep thought

 

“Alright lets go visit the last one. His name is, Im Jae Bum goes by the name JB.” Lulu stated as we inched closer to the room “Hi.” Lulu sang opening the door being greeted by a smiling boy.

 

“Hi. Im JB you're detectives aren’t you?” He asked coolly “Yes sorry about that.” Lulu said “Its alright take a seat and ask me whatever you need to I'm going to help you any way I can.”

 

He didn’t look at us he just continued to stare at something. I got a view of what he was looking at. It was a dead pot of flowers.

 

“Do you have any encounters with mysterious phone calls? Or anything? Anything that frightened you?” Jinki asked as we sat down “No.”

I found myself staring at the wilted pot of flowers carefully before jumping to the floor and running to the window and touching the flowers.

 

“Zelo Dont touch those flowers they aren't yours!” Kevin stated firmly

 

'”Why are you here?”

 

“I just wanted to give you my last greetings.”

 

“What?”

 

“You know just as well as I do you wont live much longer. I mean face it with your low health and being as ingured as you are you really think you'll live much longer?” the figure scoffed inching closer to JB whom was holding back tears clenching the white sheets.

 

“The rest of them don't have much longer till they're gone, either so I wouldn't feel bad if I were you.” they caressed Jbs cheek “Why are you doing this?” JB choked out before a obnoxious laughter erupted from the unknown figure “Why? Why am I doing this?” the laughter continued “You know exactly why! 2011 was supposed to be the best year of everyones lives and what happened? Huh?” JB stayed quiet a tear slipping before he was slapped “I asked you a question! Answer me!” another slap

 

“W-we hap-ppened-d.”

 

“That's right.” The figure made its way to the door “Now I'll be taking my leave have a fun time dieing.” they stated with a sadistic chuckle slamming the door behind them. JBs sobs echoed the room quietly

 

I gasped as I ripped my hand away and someone picked me up not too long after off the ground.

 

“Zelo it’s not polite to touch things that arent yours.” Onew said with a frown and I pout

 

“I’m sorry.” I said to JB who laughed “It’s alright. I don’t mind really.”

 

I  smiled and ran up to the ingured male before I grabbed his hand.

 

“Was she here?” I asked referring to the mysterious lady that I saw here for JB

 

I felt JB stiffen but quickly cover his stifness “She?” I give a nod

 

“Yeah, was the bad lady here?” JB stared at me

 

“Who are you?”

“Choi Junhong!” I replied my eyes sparkling with determination. Determination to solve this case for my beautiful mother, Earth.

So far I dont know If I will make this chaptered or not but I'm working on another story and I cant write another fanfic while doing the other I'm already behond in writing.
