UPDATE: Oops
Girl...You Be Lookin Yeppo!Sooo...
Okay every day was a bit of a stretch, because of school and all. So, I'll be doing once a week, and TRY to do once a day during Spring Break/Summer.
So quick update: I'm doing the banana diet thing. It's basically:
1~1.5 Banana(s) for breakfast + 2 cups of warm water
A healthy lunch
1/2~1 Banana for a snack
And a healthy dinner
For the lunch in dinner, along with water I'm drinking tons of green tea to boost my metabolism.
It's a pretty good diet, especially for teenagers since we need the protien to continue growing. It may take a bit longer than any other diet, but it's pretty manageable.
SO YEAH
I'll be back on Sunday with my full meal plan/excersise attempts (notice how I said attempts)
I know it's only been 2 days, but how are you guys?
