In The Beginning...
Girl...You Be Lookin Yeppo!So, I debated with myself on whether I should make this or not. I’ve always been mildly pissed at myself for letting my weight get like this.
I’m curvy I know, but this is too much for me.
But whenever I want to complain about my weight to my friends, I stop and ask myself: “Then why don’t you do something about it?”
And that’s what I plan to do now.
I want woman abs.
And tone arms.
And a thigh gap.
I don’t care what people say about loving yourself for who you are. It’s not like a don’t love myself, I happen to think I’m pretty dang great. I just want to improve upon what I was gifted with.
And why not document that on a website full of beautiful people who are probably feeling the same way I do.
By the time summer ends (around 24 weeks), I want to achieve my ideal look.
Bora, Yuri and Hyosung are my weight loss guardian angels throughout this process, since their body shapes are similar to mine. Here are my Pokemon stats so you know where I’m coming from:

THE BEGINNING
Since my diet hasn’t technically started yet, I decided to eat whatever.
So while binge watching Scent of a Woman (this drama omg) I ate:
1 bowl of kimchi stew I made yesterday
1 bowl of Tofu stirfry
1 banana
Multiple amounts of nuts
1 plate of fries
A small piece of fried fish
Multiple rice crackers w/seaweed
Multiple pieces of rice candy
1 Hershey bar
2 bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (<3)
2 Mnt. Dews
1 glass of boba tea
And a load of water
So yeah...I have a serious food habit…
It’s not going to be easy to break, but I can do it!
