☆★☆ Gone ☆★☆

He’s gone now. That was Baekhyun’s first thought when Suho came to wake him up two hours later. Today they only had a magazine interview with photo-shoot and then practice. He wondered if the schedule was lighter today on purpose because of the M members leaving. Had management actually acknowledged that the boys might need some time to gather their thoughts? Allowing himself to grin he bitterly thought nah, they just know how to cover their image.

When he got to the living room he was dressed and ready to go. In fact, the only one not ready to go was Chanyeol.

“Just a minute!” Chanyeol called from his room.

“I don’t know how this is even possible. You were awake before Sehun and Kai and both of them are already dressed.” Suho nagged from the boy’s doorway.

“Hyung!” Chanyeol moaned, the guilty and pleading sound in his voice must have humored the maknaes because both boys began laughing.

“Hyung!~” Sehun mimicked. Kai threw the boy a high five and then continued to snicker into his hand.

The scene reminded Baekhyun of Tao. He loved picking on the tall boy. Instantly he found himself fighting off the pain of loss once more. It wasn’t just Chen that he would miss, though he acknowledged he was feeling a special kind of loss when it came to the vocal, but he missed them all. Chen, Tao, Xiumin, Luhan, Kris and Lay. He had a special relationship with each of them and without them the room felt incomplete.

D.O must have noticed his hyung’s trouble because he moved and sat next to Baekhyun. When their eyes met Baekhyun found himself looking into those big eyes. D.O had a way of understanding people without having to say anything. He was a guy with deep emotions and Baekhyun liked that about him. The younger boy leaned his head just slightly to the side with his eyes still locked to Baekhyun’s. Hyung, are you ok? Without speaking Baekhyun knew that’s the question the other was asking.
