Demons, monsters, ghosts - they are children's worst nightmares. Some of those poor kids even grew up with the delusion of green huge monsters hiding under their small bed, waiting for their prey to fall asleep and murder them in their sleep when the clock strikes midnight. Even though daddy has already checked for monsters underneath the mattress and wood, they are still somewhat scared and horrified.

You could say that the little Jung Soojung is one of those unfortunate children. She, however, is somehow different. She feels that the monster is lurking right beside her, hidden in darkness that even the dim moonlight could not illuminate through the window pane. Even her favourite pink blanket could not hide her from that 'delusion' of hers. The monster would always be there, waiting for its prey...

The monster... is real.

Author's notes: Forgive me for being inconsistent, but the story will be written in two perspectives. I will be using the 3rd person's point of view for soul one (Soojung) and the 1st person's point of view for soul two (the monster). Once again, sorry for being inconsistent with my use of POVs.
