Yes, Youngbae Seungri off in the dark. He claims that Seungri consented, but Seungri denies it even ever happened in the first place. 

Either way, Jiyong and Seungri broke up a year and a half later. It may or may not have had anything to do with this particular incident. It's unlikely it was the cause, but it certainly didn't help Jiyong's uncontrollable, manic, satanic, simply quite ugly, jealousy syndrome.
