“Well then I guess it’s a good thing I bought food on the way.” Hyukjae tells him five minutes later as he walks into the dance studio to see his friend laying belly down and spread eagle on the ground, sluggishly twirling his phone on the vinyl flooring in front of his face.

Donghae looks up when he hears the familiar voice and before Hyukjae even has a chance to blink the food has been stolen from his arms and the man is happily perched on a chair munching on the takeout while grinning around his food at the other dancer. 

Hyukjae thinks that food might very well be what makes Donghae smile the widest. He’s just not sure why he suddenly feels jealous of a piece of chicken.
