PRESENT

Currently I'm here alone in our cafeteria, clearing my mind about Kai 'I will forget him'
I always said that to myself, but damned, I can't, It's not an easy thing to do.

"Hey there beautiful" a handsome guy sit beside me. "I'm Suho btw." he offered and
smiled, smiled that could melt every girls heart.

"I'm Hyuna" I took his hand for a handshake, and forced a smile that always seems to
be a real one.

"What's with the forced smile honey?" he asked while putting his arm on my back. -How?
did he know?-

"You have a love problem. I guess, " he winked at me -Is he flirting with me???!!!- and put his
hand on my shoulder.

"Hands off" I glared at him, then he laughed -crazy!! - "Okay, chill babe, let me guess, you want
to forget him, aren't you?" I just looked at him with wide eyes.

"I take that as yes baby. You know trying to forget someone you really love is......................
like trying to remember someone you never knew" he said and put his hand under his chin.

"Are you..........umm some love expert or what?" I asked sarcastically "Nah" he shrugged.

"So don't try to forget him, just let the time do it for you, see you next time babe" he stood up and
kissed my cheek before leaving -WHAT.THE.HELL?-

After that weird lunch break, I walked back to our classroom and found a small note above my
table. Which says: 
           "Hey there sweetheart, It's me Suho. Let's just say that I'm doing you a small
favor. You don't get it, do you? Let's put it this way. Maybe, just maybe I'm the reason
that you are broken hearted. You don't get it again? Oh well you will understand soon"

The Next day

This day ends like it used to be everyday. Boring class. I also saw Suho...and the two.

I received tons of SAME text messages from Seokjin saying 'GO HOME EARLY'

I locked my phone and passed on our school back yard when I heard shoutings. Due to my
curiosity, I walked closer and hide myself behind the tree near the scene. I was surprised, hurt,
and confused when I saw Suho and Kai on the ground beating each other life with Sohee trying
to stop them. -What a lucky girl, two guys fighting over her- Kai punched Suho on the stomach
that made him fall on the ground. What shock me the most is when Sohee run to him

"Oppa!!!" He grunted in pain and coughed some blood.

"Sohee ah, why?" Kai called softly. "Shut up Kai!" she shouted with anger written on her pretty face.

She walked to him and then...........

-SLAP-

She slapped him. HARD enough to leave a mark on Kai's face. "Stop waiting for me Kai, cause I
won't come back. Face it Kai! I love him not you!" she shouted in his face. Kai looked that his
world crashed.

"But how about the past, we---" before he could finish she cut him off.

"I TRIED to love you again, but I can't, " she simply said and walked back to help Suho.

"Aishh why do I have to fall for you when you keep falling for him, " he chuckled and wiped the neglected
blood on his mouth.

"Kai, FORGET me, " she said and started to leave with Suho. Then Suho turned his head in my
direction and smiled. -Bwo??- My eyes almost popped when I realized what his letter means. Geez, why
life is soooooooo complicated?!

I looked back at Kai and saw him slowly sit on a bench near him. He looked broken while burying his face
on his hands.

-Should I help him? Nah, he deserves it- and before I knew what happened, I found myself standing in front
of him.

"K-kai" I called out and sit beside him. He looked at me, his face is bruised and tear stained. I pity him.
I feel sorry for him.

"Hyuna ah, why are you here?" he asked and sighed deeply. I smiled a little "I'm wondering around" I pause

"Wondering  this past few weeks when you look into my eyes and watched my heart shattered, does it
broke your heart too, even cracked a bit?" I asked, looking upon the stars shining so bright in the dark
sky.

"I know it's just a random question of mine. You don't need to answer it, " I said and looked at him.

He chuckled -I missed his voice- "Maybe this is the payback for all the painful things to you" and he sighed
looked up. Moonlight illuminates his handsome face.

"I treat you like nothing when Sohee gave me a second chance. Now look, she doesn't love me and leave me
here alone" I stared at him. His eyes are full of pain.

'You are not alone. I'm here" I wanted to say that out loud but I can't.

"What a platonic love, isn't it? Kai ssi I need to go." I stood up and waited for him to say goodbye too.

But he just kept quiet. So I decided to leave when I hear he said

"I'm sorry Hyuna, I really do, " he said softly yet sincerely that is loud enough for me to hear.

I smiled to myself and leave him there watching the sky.
