Foreword
We met in unusual circumstances. I didn't think much of it, but apparently this blonde haired idiot couldn't take a hint. Sure, we had a little fun, but that was my job. He had to understand that there wasn't any feelings involved, on my part anyway. My job requires absolutely no lingering feelings whatsoever. Already being skilled in that aspect, I didn't expect to be thinking of this guy almost constantly.
I mean, I'm a pretty attractive guy, I'm not going to lie. I could have almost anyone if I tried hard enough, but something about this guy intrigued me. Yes, he is ridiculously attractive. Yet, I'd done the same things with equally attractive people... Well, almost as attractive... Ah! See what I mean? He's corrupted me!
"I like you." He whispered to me in his drunk state. I only ignored that pledge. I heard it almost every night from countless strangers. He would forget or regret saying it the next morning. None of them meant it... With the exception of him, of course. All a sudden I start getting visits from him every night topped with sober conversation coming from his perfect lips... Did I just say perfect?
Then I hear about this supposed girlfriend he has? What the hell, man? I don't understand him, and I'm pretty good at figuring people out. But he shouldn't break her heart using me. I'm not worth it, even though he says differently. He shouldn't be coming to see me when he should be with her.
Just... Call your girlfriend. Don't leave her in the dark. No one likes a two-timer.
This fiction is going to be based on Robyn's song "Call Your Girlfriend". Enjoy your little "preview". Now I must go think of a more detailed plot... Right now all I have are ideas for small scenes.
It'll probably be a two to three part one-shot, similar to the other one. Possibly a little longer? I could always make the chapters really long to... Or not. I dunno. This isn't well planned. :x
Tell me what you think of the idea so far, though~ Oh, wait. I usually don't get comments until the first chapter is up LOL. Oops.
I haven't given up on the other one, I just wanted to put up this foreward at least. Then I shall write the second part of Addicted to You and then come back to this one. Sound like a plan? Thought so.
