Minho couldn’t help but be a part of Jinki’s plan.

How could he refuse the elder man’s pleading eyes, those plump lips pulled into a pout as his hands clasped together tightly?

"Come on, Minho-yah~!” Jinki whined, one final time before Minho gave in with a sigh.

"Fine," he  responded, exasperated, "although I know for sure that Jonghyun is gonna get a kick out of this, I have a feeling that Kibum might give me a kick instead."

Jinki’s bright grin is getting ready to pull into another pout, and Minho doesn’t think he can handle much more of that goddamned cute face of his, so he slaps his palm over Jinki’s mouth to cover what he can. He finds that this method is actually successful, Jinki’s eyes widening almost comically, and wonders if he should consider using it more often.

It also kind of backfires, however, because Jinki’s lips are soft and warm against Minho’s palm and now he just sort of wants to press the older man against a wall and kiss him until they both can’t breathe. Jinki’s eyes gleam from where they look up at Minho, knowing as they always seem to be, and Minho feels the elder’s tongue quickly brush against the sensitive skin of his palm.

Minho groans a bit in response. “I don’t think Jonghyun or Kibum would approve of the methods you used to get me to hold a mistletoe over their heads during our Christmas party tomorrow.”

"They don’t have to know," Jinki sings, backing Minho into the counter as he grins mischievously up at him. "Anyway, Jonghyun will be too happy to do anything but thank me. Trust me—if this plan goes well, then this time tomorrow night they’ll be a couple and it’ll be all because of us!"

The older man’s eyes are sparkling with excitement and happiness, and Minho feels warmth prick his heart. He leans down so their mouths can finally meet in a slow, sweet kiss. He’s just happy that he and Jinki have already been a couple for so long—he wouldn’t know what to with himself if he couldn’t kiss his kindhearted Jinki whenever he pleased.

For once the taller man can sympathize with Jonghyun’s pain, but his thoughts don’t last very long when he can feel Jinki’s tongue pushing past his lips, his mind effectively short-circuiting…
