-Prologue-

The day of the first snow was always the most beautiful. Sheets of pure snow covered everything with the same blinding white; the world fell under a brief visual unity. Nothing was left uncovered. Beauty was covered by the same white that ugliness hid behind. For a single day, everything lay underneath identical blankets of white.

The first snow day of every year had always been something Minseok could look forward to. He wouldn’t build anything, or have snowball fights like a normal teen might. Instead, he found peace in simply standing in the snow, admiring the absolute perfection of the glaze-like sheets that spread upon everything around him.

This year was different, though. The snow, Minseok thought bitterly, does not leave anything uncovered. Not even these ugly, sorrowful tombstones.

It had been one year.

Chapter 1: omg, I'm crying right now..
it's so sad, the fact that jongdae died while protecting him..
I always hate this kind of story cause I can't bear seeing the pain, but this is sad and sweet at the same time..
I love the part when minseok found those photos..

Chapter 1: This was really good! There wasn't much and that was good. You ate really good in writing angst. You did pull at my heart strings. It was well written and I think my favourite part was when Minseok was lookin over all the old pictures a d remembering all the moments they had shared with each other. I also liked your prologue and how you described the snow covering everything, you gave a really good description. Good luck in the contest! I hope you win!
