This is not the au where the scary wolf hidden in the forest is scary. This is not the au where red riding hood asks about big eyes, large ears and enormous teeth. This is not the au where the woodsman kills the wolf and the grandma has been eaten.
This is the au where little red riding hood is going to visit his not-so-ill grandmother for the third time this month. This is the au where the wolf waits at the riverside every Saturday. This is the au where both had fallen in love on a bright sunny day.

Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother lived all by herself in a cottage on the other side of the forest.
He knew his way through the forest, so when his grandmother was ill and he went to go visit her, he wasn't scared at all.
