This story mainly revolves around a circle of wealthy friends in college and their journey to finding themselves, falling in love and learning the importance of friendship. [But of course since I’m a Daragon bias, they’re somewhat the focus… ^.^]

So… Let’s start with a character check shall we?

Kwon Jiyong also known as G-Dragon or GD among his peers. He’s smart yet an athletic guy. The popular basketball varsity ace (and well what do you know… to add up to his image, he’s also a pretty boy at that! Certainly a catch…) He also has this prince syndrome of being extremely cold to people except to those who are close to him. He’s a certified fashionista that’s always invited in the front row for every fashion shows.

Sandara Park. Dara for short. She’s also sometimes referred to as Ssantokki by her friends because she looks like a bunny/rabbit. She’s one of the heirs of the largest conglomerate company in all of Korea together with her brother. The IT girl. Guys swoon all around her but she’s just too naïve to notice. She’s not just a pretty girl but is also the smartest girl in the campus. She’s outgoing & adventurous, always curious about everything. She may appear perfect in other people’s eyes but perfect isn’t what she is. She wasn’t gifted with height, she’s easily tired, easily tricked because she’s too gullible and most importantly, because she was a prodigy at such a young age and to add up to that her life has been planned ahead of her already, she’s a bit lost. She doesn’t have her own dream. Well, all rich kids often do not since they have to step in to their parents’ shoes in the future. But hers is different as people’s eyes are always on her. She’s always felt that something’s missing. That’s why she wants to do a lot of things to find it.

Dong Youngbae aka Taeyang, the all-around nice guy. People would think that he’s a scary guy because of his muscular built but he’s actually a very, very sweet guy and when he smiles at you with his eye smiles, you just can’t help but go gaga over him. He’s a really carefree person and just goes with the flow of life. Loves to dance in every song he hears, and he’s got a passion for singing. He also has a soft spot for girls especially to her childhood friends, Bom and Dara. And up till now, they’re as close as ever.

Park Bom. The bubbly girl in the group. In her this phrase “Don’t judge a book by its cover” applies perfectly. She may dress as a girly girl but she’s a bit of a cowboy when it comes to her actions. Loves pulling pranks on her friends. Though she’s with a playful personality, her friends fear her when she turns into her alter ego, the dreaded Bominator. She’s overly protective of Dara since she sees her as her own sister. She cherishes friendship (aside from family) more than ever so never ever touch or hurt those precious to her or you’ll wish you’ve never crossed paths with them. Since she has a strong personality/authorative aura (that you would expect from a person from an affluent family), she often clashes with CL.

Choi Seunghyun or simply Top to his friends. He is the brother of famous singer, Se7en. He’s the eldest of the clique though he’s the same year as Bom, Dara, Daesung, GD & Taeyang. It’s because he stopped for a year when his parents died on a car crash. 4Dness is his forte (in short if you put two 4Ds-Dara and Top together with the 8D Bom, expect that you’d die of laughter). A member of the varsity basketball team together with GD. He’s also easy to approach and because he’s handsome, girls try every little thing to get his attention. A handsome guy with mesmerizing eyes, which makes him a certified chic magnet. In the whole group, he and Seungri are the ones who often wear suits for everyday life.

Lee Chaerin. Get the acronym and you’ll get her nickname “CL”. Coming from a family of one of the top business conglomerates, she may come off a bit bossy. She shows her cute side only to her friends and to others she’s as cold as the ice in Arctic Ocean. She’s not afraid of anyone as she was raised to not bow down to anyone. In one glance you can say she’s a scary person in the group as she doesn’t sugar coat things when she really doesn’t like it. Once on you’re on her bad side, good luck. In the whole gang, she’s closest to Dara because she’s her best friend’s sister and maybe Seungri, if you could call bantering, closeness.

Lee Seunghyun. Since him and Top have the same name, it was decided that he’ll be called Seungri to avoid conflicts. He’s so mischievous that sometimes; no scratch that, a lot of times he gets in trouble because of it. He’s also talkative and loves to be bullied so that he’d feel special. He may look the least harmful in the guys because of his frivolous personality but this guy’s got strong political connections that’d make you think twice before messing with him.

Gong Minji also called Mingkki. The sweetest girl you’ll ever meet though she can be a bit playful sometimes (specifically to her older brother Daesung). She’s the youngest in the bunch and so they treat her as a baby. But even with a baby status, she’s a bit mature than the others. She’s smart which made her skip a grade when she was young and so she’s on the same year as CL & Seungri.

Kang Daesung, Gong Minji’s older half-brother. Half because Daesung’s mom married his stepfather and so Minji was born. He’s very protective of his sister even though he doesn’t show it openly. They constantly mock to each other ‘coz that’s what siblings do but they do care a lot about one another. He’s a very happy person. His bright smile can light up a room and it’s contagious that you also see yourself smiling.

Other artists may also appear… so watch out! J
