ughhhhhh. I hate gym warm ups dammit. Especially the ones with the other guy teacher. We have 2 uys and 1 girl . The one girl is also my french teacher. Well, my real Teacher for gym is Mr.G. The other guy was well... lets call him Ouchies. Well O was annoying. Sometimes my teacher was busy so either O or F (girl teacher) would start the warmups.Mr. G's warmups and Mrs.F's warmups were simple and useful... O made us do 3 situps on each green line back and forth twice and then jumping jacks 3 times, lunges, etc. It would take 20mins min. Mrs.G took 10-15 and F took 5-10. NOW SINCE I HAD O'S WARMUP YESTERDAY MY ARMS AND LEGS AND EVEN MY WAIST ARE HURTING. You have no idea how hard it is to walk,run sit and take a . DAMMIT O!!!

I hope others can relate.I guess O doesnt know that i strained my muscles and i feel so restricted right now. 

THE DEATH OF TEENAGE GIRL. Suffered painful 20 minute warmups. The MR.O who caused this is nw having to run a mile everyday for the rest of his life. Additional to the punishment is  having a dinosaur onezie on with a tophat and monicle on top. WHILE RUNNING!
