The doctors get ready the defibrillator, and performed it on Jihyo.

"300" the doctor instructed.

The Shock machine was operated.

In the Secret Garden, As Jihyo and Gary sat under the tree, a huge hurricane came and blew Jihyo away.

Jihyo started to shout to him, "Oppa!! What's happening?"

"Jihyo yah! You'll be awaken from your coma soon!" Gary shouted to her.

"Coma?" She thought.

She finally came to realize everything was just a dream.

She vanished from the Secret Garden.

"Ok" The doctor said.

3 days later, Jihyo finally regained consciousness.

"Sir! Sir! Jihyo has regained conscious!" The nurse called the doctor.

"Jihyo are you feeling okay?" The doctor asked her.

"Yes. Thank you doctor for working so hard."

" It's our duty."

"Oh and Miss Nurse, Can you don't inform my brother I've woken up already? I want to give them a surprise..." 

The nurse agreed, she then went outside to arrange her discharge.

"Hmm. Jihyo you can be discharged 3 days later. Your Belongings are here. I'll get an air ticket for you to return back on the 6th July." The doctor smiled.
