After an hour of  chasing Gary, Gary finally let in to Jihyo and allowed her to catch him. 

"Yah! I won't play with you hide and seek anymore..." She yelled.

"Okok I'm sorry..." He apologized to her as he placed his arm around her.

They walked past the Waterfall Jihyo splashed in, Jihyo leaded Gary there and pushed him in the waterfall.

She laughed loudly as he fell in. 

"Eh!" He shouted, " Why did you push me in?!"

He started splashing water on Jihyo and when she was off guard she also fell in.

They both started playing in the water.

Soon, they got out and they went to the butterfly net Jihyo used to sleep in.

The two of them were chasing butterflies when Gary pushed Jihyo down onto the Grass.

He held her hand and said, "Jihyo yah, stay in the Secret Garden with me forever?" 

She thought and thought, finally she nodded her head and agreed.

Gary pulled her up, he carried her and spun her around.

However, back in the hospital, Jihyo's heart rate fell drastically.

The nurse immediately informed Jihyo's doctor.  The doctors had to take immediate action.

They had no choice, but to use the defibrillator, as her life might be in danger.
