Coffee Shop – Tao of EXO scenario

Last spring, you were heading to your favorite coffee shop; you missed your Ice Blended Cappuccino. You always ordered the same beverage. You had your favorite spot which is by the window; you loved the scenery outside, it was calm and beautiful.

While you were sitting by the window; looking at the kids playing outside. You finally remembered your childhood moments which made you smiled alone. Suddenly, two young men came but, one of them caught your eyes-he had a pair of dark eyes, he looked so charming. 

When he was ordering his drink; you kept looking at him, you loved his eyes. They were sharp and beautiful. Suddenly, you realized that you were late for your dance rehearsal, you quickly stood up and headed toward the exit door when suddenly-
Boom! You just bumped into someone, you and the ‘someone’ fell down. You looked up and saw the familiar sharp and beautiful eyes; you just spilt his drink on his t-shirt. Your jaw dropped; didn’t know what to do so you stood there, frozen. 

You were about to apologize but his friend; where he came with helped him up and pulled him toward the exit door and left. You felt sorry for him because you just spilt his drink on his t-shirt, you felt guilty about it but how were you going to apologize? He left.

You sighed and walked out of the coffee shop and headed to the studio for your dance rehearsal. You’ve changed your outfit and walked into the studio; there you saw your best friend, Hyerin grinning widely at you. 

“_____-ah! You’re finally here!” said your best friend, Hyerin. You just nodded and walked to her. “What’s wrong?” she asked you curiously.

“Nothing,” you replied, your face showed her that you were lying.

“Common! I am your best friend, I know you. Just tell me what’s wrong, we’re best friends,” Hyerin replied. 

You sighed once again. “I just spilt a cup of drink on someone when I bumped into him. I’m feeling guilty now, I wanted to apologize to him but he walked away because his friend pulled him outside,” you said. “Plus, that guy is good-looking,” you added.

“Are you trying to say that you are in love with him? But he left you?” Hyerin asked.

“I don’t know, I cannot tell,” you replied.

“Okay class, get in your positions! We’ll start in any second,” your dance teacher, Mr Moon said. Hyerin patted your shoulder and then you girls got in your respective positions. During the dance rehearsal, you couldn’t stop thinking about the guy that you met at the coffee shop; you felt so guilty about it.

After the class ended, Hyerin sent you home so you felt a bit better about it. You walked into your house and went to your room immediately. You took a bath and quickly changed into comfy pajamas. You were checking your twitter, suddenly, there were knocks on your door.

“Come in!” you shouted so the person outside could hear you. The door opened and you saw your little brother; Taehyung. “What do you want, Taehyung?” you asked him; you looked really mad because of the incident at the coffee shop.

“Wow! Why are you mad? I came here to tell you that dinner is ready,” he replied.

“Ok, so, now get out of my room,” you said to him.

“Tell me why you are mad,” he replied, insisted of going out of the room.

“No! I am not gonna tell you why!” you yelled at him.

He looked around your room and found your phone, on the table by the window in your room. He quickly grabbed your phone. “If you aren’t going to tell me what happen, I’m going to read your messages,” he said to you.

“Fine, I didn’t get picked as the main dancer during the dance rehearsal,” you lied.

“Oh, fine, keep lying,” he replies, and then he opened your inbox.

“OK! I SPILT A CUP OF DRINK ON SOMEONE AND I KIND OF LIKED HIM!” you replied, quickly covered your mouth after what have you said. “Oops,” you added.

“Oh, _____ has a crush! _____ has a crush! MOM! _____ HAS A CRUSH!!!” he yelled the last part. He ran away; afraid that you’ll catch him. But he was already downstairs. 

You walked to your dining room. “I’m not hungry, I’m going to sleep now,” you said to everyone. “Goodnight,” you added. Before you left, you glared at Taehyung; giving him the I-am-going-kill-you look. You quickly ran to your room and went to sleep.

The next day, you woke up and still thinking about the guy that you bumped into at the coffee shop. You went to the coffee shop to get your favorite drink; as usual. You were about to walk to your favorite spot but then you saw someone sitting there; he looked familiar though.

Suddenly, you recognized the guy as the one that you bumped into. You fixed your outfit and slowly walked to him. You fake-coughed. He looked up saw you, with your all-the-time favorite drink. “Oh hey,” he said.

“Hi,” you replied.

“Wanna have a sit?” the guy asked you.

“Sure, thanks,” you replied.

“This is your favorite spot right?” the guy asked you.

You looked shocked; how did he know? “Y-yeah, and, how do you know?” you asked him back.

“I always came here and saw you sitting right here. Actually, I sit here on purpose, I’m waiting for you. Maybe you wanna say something about what happened yesterday?” he replied.

“What? He saw me smiling alone a lot before?” you thought. “I-I, yeah. I am sorry about your drink,” you replied. “And also your t-shirt,” you added.

He smirked. “That’s alright. So, I’m sorry about Luhan yesterday,” he replied.

“Oh, that’s okay,” you replied.

“Your apology isn’t accepted… If you want me to accept your apology, you have to treat me dinner tonight,” the guy said. “I’m Tao, by the way,” he introduced himself.

“Yeah, but do you mind if we go to my house for dinner? I don’t have enough money to treat your dinner so I guess my mom’s cook would be nice. I’m _____,” you said, introduced yourself back.

“Well, that is lovely. So, mind if we go to your house now?” Tao asked you.

“No, I don’t mind. Let’s go,” you replied. Both of you stood up and headed to your house. You invited him in. 

“Your house is beautiful,” he complimented.

“Thanks,” you thanked him.

“No problem,” he replied. 

“Well well well, we have a guest. Who is this charming guy?” your mom asked.

“He is my friend, Tao. Tao, this is my mom, Mrs Lee,” you said to both of them.

“Hi ma’am, I am Tao. It is nice to meet you,” Tao said to your mother.

“What a good-looking man. I am Mrs Lee. It is nice to meet you too,” your mother replied. “Let’s go have a dinner,” your mom said to both of you. So all of you were enjoying the dishes that your mom cooked. Your brother, Taehyung kept smiling at you; teasing you. You rolled your eyes as response.

“Did my sister ruin your t-shirt?” he asked Tao.

You kicked his leg under the table; glaring at him. “Yeah but it’s okay,” Tao replied.
“Oh, so this is the guy that my daughter has a crush on?” your mom asked your little brother.

“Yes, it’s him,” he replied.

“MOM! TAEHYUNG! STOP!” you said to them.

“No, it’s okay. It’s kind of cute, _____,” Tao said to you.

You blushed and continued eating. Suddenly, Tao’s phone was ringing, he picked up the call. After he hung up, he looked sad. “You have to leave?” you asked him.

“Yes, it is nice to meet you all. I have to go now, goodbye everyone,” Tao said to all of you. He stood up and gave you a piece of paper. After he left, you opened the paper and saw his number written on it. You smiled and texted him that night.
