It's Okay


Love and happiness. That’s all you want, yeah you have them, more like..you had them and you know that you’re about to lose the part of your life. Its like the part of your life has been taken away one by one. And you know that you’re not ready to lose them all.

You are eating at the cafe with your one and only bestfriend, Krystal. Today you finally get to meet your bestfriend who just got back from studying abroad at London. You both decided to meet each other today since you missed each other so much.

“So how are you, _____. I miss you so so bad!”

“Im good as always, you have no idea how I much I missed you more, now that I got to meet you again..”

“Aww, how’s Taehyung? Still with him?”

“Of course, we’re engaged though, and I don’t really think I could let him go”

She chuckles “Such a sweet couple you and him. I envy you” “Wait wait! Isn’t that Taehyung? And who is that girl?” she says pointing at the nearest ice cream shop with a famliar girl. 

You look at them, trying to figure out what is going on. Is your boyfriend cheating on you, or she’s just a friend? 

“Y-yeah, that’s him. I think I know that girl. She’s an idol too, and her name is Seolhyun”

You can see he’s pulling a chair for her to sit and they shares an ice cream. He wipes with his hand and then caresses her cheek. They looks so sweet together, but it breaks your heart. Too painful to see them.

“Do you want to go to him? They looks like a couple, I cant deny that. But he’s engaged to you, how could he go out with another girl behind you?”

“No, its okay. M-maybe they’re just friends. Hey, let me send you to your apartment”

“Araso, lets go”

You walks to your car with your bestfriend, drives her to her apartment. Actually you’re walking away from that place because you couldn’t look at your boyfriend hanging out with another girl especially Seolhyun. She’s incredibly beautiful and yeah she’s still young too. Who knows that your fiance has fallen in love with her. 

“Are you really okay, ____?”

“Y-yeah, of course I am. Dont worry I’ll talk to him”

You arrived at her apartment and you decided to help her with her stuffs and hang out with her in her apartment. But suddenly, you feel so dizzy and nausious. 

“____, what’s wrong?”

You shake your head saying you’re okay but when you stand up, you’re almost collapsed. You run to the toilet to vomit. Krystal help you by patting your back and holds your hair so it’ll be easy for you to throw up.

“Perhaps….you’re-“

“I dont know..I’ve been throwing up a lot nowadays..”

“_-____, I think you should get a pregnancy test. Ouh, I have one..” she walks to her bedroom and takes the pregnancy test sticks in her drawer and hands it to you.

“I’ll go try first” you take the pregnacy test stick and close the door.

You wait for five minutes for the result to come out. You look at the white stick you’re holding and the result finally came out. It turns to be…positive. You’re not sure that you’re suppose to be happy or not. You don’t know how to tell your fiance about this. Would he accept this reality?

You walk to the living room towards Krystal. Tears streaming down your face, your hands are shaking. 

“Positive??” 

You nod, looking down “How am I suppose to tell him this?”

“Hey, look at me. He’ll be okay with it, Im sure he’s a good guy..so tell him, okay?”

You take a deep breath, still not sure, but your bestfreind may be right so you decided to just tell him about this. He should know about this too, he’ll be more upset if you dont tell him about this.

You drive to your house. Hoping that he’ll be at home. You got rather nervous, you just want know how he’ll react to this new. You stand on the doorstep, hesitating to pull the door knob. 

“Oppa..are you home?” you called for him.

“Hey sweetheart!” he says, approaching you.

You look at him, giving him a serious look, “I have something to tell you, sit down”

“Sure, what is it?”

“I-I am..I’m not sure if you’re ready for this. But I think you should know this..I-I am pregnant”

He steps back, giving you that serious look back “Is it mine?”

You nod “Yeah, of course its yours”

“No! You’re lying! Its not mine, it must be somebody else’s child! You !”

“Im a ?! What a horrible word to be said! Its your child, Kim Taehyung. Why are you denying it?!”

“Because its not!”

You begin to cry, your hand feel so light that you want to slap him when he grabs your arm just before your hand reaches his face. He pushes you and you fall down onto the floor. 

“Don’t you ever find me! You get that?!” he looks at you, and then throws you his engagement ring. He leaves you, slamming the door making you startle.

What happen to the sweet, loving and caring Taehyung? Why is he being harsh towards you. Does he even love you? You’re still on the floor, not really sure what just happened. And now, he left you. How are you suppose to take care of the child alone? You dont want your baby to have no father. Now the part of your life, the person you love the most left you.

Now, you’re living alone in the house you used to share with him. Sleeping in the bed you used to sleep with him. You can smell his scent on the pillows and you miss him so bad. You cried every night, your life just ruined. Wishing that you could die tomorrow because it hurts whenever you wake up in the morning and there is still no him beside you. 

And today, you decided to meet him and talk to him. Plus you miss him so bad, its more than enough to just look at his face. You called him, telling him to meet you at the cafe and he agreed to meet you.

“What is it?” he looks at you in rather annoying face.

“No, I just wan-“

“You want me to be responsible for the child which is clearly not mine? Sorry but no” he cuts you off.

“Its not that, I miss you and Im sorry that I’ve been troubling you a lot..thi-“

“Sorry but I have no time to listen to you goodbye” he cuts you off again the leaves you.

You follow him from behind wanting to talk to him more. He walks even faster and crosses the road. Your eyes widened as you saw a fast car coming towards him, you run as fast as you can and push him..then everything goes black….

You finally woke up, your head hurts so bad, you cant move you legs and your vision gets blurry. You turn to look to your side and you see a sleeping figure, you know it’s Taehyung. But where are you?

“Oppa..”

He wakes up from his sleep and rubs his eyes “____~” he holds your hand tightly. “
“Are you okay?” 

You cant move your head so you just smile at him saying that you’re okay. You begin to cry , you’re happy to see him safe. 

“You shouldn’t have done that! You risked your life for me, I’am sorry for walking away from you”

“How is my baby? Is he okay??”

He hugs you tightly, “I am sorry, I am really sorry..Your baby, our baby is…”

He climbs to the bed, lying beside you, putting your head on his chest. “I am really sorry”. You sobs in his chest, now you lost another part of your life. How can you be happy? What a horrible life you’re going through..

You’ve been hospitalized for two weeks now, you haven’t recovered yet. The doctor recommended you to stay a little longer. You dont like hospital, its like a prison for you. But your head hurts so bad, and now you cant breath properly. Then this sudden pain keep striking you and its getting you harder to breath.You felt so dizzy and your vison got blurry and you kow that you have no more time.

“Hey, morning” Taehyung said.

“Hey..”

“Oppa..can you promise me something?”

“Sure thing, what is it?”

You caress his cheek, letting tears escape your eyes “Take care of her”

“What are you talking about baby?”

You smile at him “I know everything, and its okay, Im not mad at you. Take a good care of Seolhyun, okay? Promise me that” 

“I-I..I am really sorry..but why are you saying this? Im not going to leave you..not again”

“I wont stop loving you, you’re the love of my life and…” its geting harder for you to breathe.. “and I want you to be happy with the one you love, I hope you can build a future with her..”

“Baby..what do you mean? I-I..yeah its true that I love her, but I love you too and I choose to be with you” he cries as well.

You wipe his tears “Don’t forget me..dont forget about all the memories we’ve spent together”

Now, you can feel that you heart begins to pound faster and its harder for you to breathe. Maybe its time for you to leave.

“____-ah…”

“Saranghae, Kim Taehyung..” you smile, letting out your last breathe. And now you’re gone forever.

“____-ah! Wake up! You’re just joking right?!”

The doctor and nurses holds him, bringing him outside. They turns off everything and announces your death time. 

“I can’t believe you did that to her..I cant believe that she chose a jerk!” Krystal said to Taehyung.

He’s just sitting over there, covers his face and cries.

“She want me to give you this..” she hands him a box..

He takes the box and walks opens it..You left him an album, full of yours and his pictures in it, full of memories..you had slipped in a note in the album..

“My love,

At the cafe, I was about to say I miss you and and I’m sorry that I’ve been troubling you a lot. This child, I’ll keep it, I can take care of it alone. Its okay, I understand. Ahh~ Oppa, I want you to know that, I never loved anyone like I love you. You’re an amazing guy, you’re so lovely and caring. I will never forget about you. One more, take care of her okay? She’s pretty amazing, I can see that. I really wish a happy life for you and her. Oppa, I love you so much. Don’t skip your meal again, and please..do not forget me..
