“Hi. My name is Byunghun.” The brunette introduced himself to her. Naeun glanced at him weirdly, then she looked at Eunji with a very confusing expression on her face. Eunji just nudged at her, probably giving a sign for her to introduce herself too.

            “Ah, yes. I’m Son Naeun.” Despite of being suspicious she just followed the flow. It’s kinda weird since Eunji just dragged her to the other table which was quite far away from their friends. And yes, of course she felt shocked since the male student casually came and joined them without even asking their permission.

            “Yes, I acknowledged that.” The brunette said, while flashing his shy smile. Naeun just tried to act like usual, and it seems like she’s finally understand the situation. “Unnie, you’re setting me up again huh?” She whispered to the elder.

            “Oh come on, he just asked me to introduce him to you. I’m doing a favour for my classmate, here.” Eunji replied. Naeun clasped her lips nervously, of course she felt quite uncomfortable since the male student kept watching her.

            “Er, enjoy your food. Sunbaenim.” Naeun said to the brunette, trying to act appropiate. She barely could make an eye contact with the male student in front of her. She knew him quite a bit actually since he’s famous for his basketball skills. But she didn’t know much.

            “Ah, this really feels awkward.” Eunji whined while slamming off her head on the table. Naeun couldn’t help but nudge at the elder. It’s Eunji’s fault for creating up this kind of situation. Eunji in the other hand just kept herself waiting. The favour that she did for Byunghun today actually might helped her.

            “Where are you, Kim Myungsoo?” She whispered to herself while her eyes wandering around the cafeteria. Her real intention was to see how affectionate Naeun was to Myungsoo. Really, she might pitied Byunghun because there’s really no chance for Byunghun to catch Naeun’s heart. Naeun is a very complicated girl. She’s not that good with boys; She can’t really interact with them, except if she knew them well.

            While Naeun and Byunghun kept digging in their lunch, Eunji kept her guard still. Her eyes never stop finding Myungsoo’s figure. Geez, he better come before it’s going to be late. It’s totally awkward. Naeun barely talked and Byunghun just chew on his food. Sighs, it’s totally over.

            “Dude, I searched you everywhere but you’re here,”

            A voice greeted the three of them. “Finally,” Eunji muttered in her head. It’s Myungsoo. The guy placed his camera on the table and casually took a seat beside Naeun which made the girl quite taken aback. Eunji literally pulled a smirk on her face. “There you go, Kim Myungsoo.”

            Byunghun in the other hand felt quite surprised with Myungsoo’s action since he didn’t even know that Myungsoo and Naeun were close to each other. “Byunghun, I need your help. Can you gather the basketball team members tomorrow?” Myungsoo said while shamefully took the spoon from Naeun’s hand and shoved her food into his mouth. Byunghun’s jaw almost dropped when he saw this. Being the deskmate of Myungsoo, he knew how Myungsoo acted cold towards girls — except for Eunji and Bomi in their class.

            “Myungsoo!” Naeun scolded the guy beside her for such an inappropiate act. He earned a light slap from the girl yet he still acted like as if nothing was happened. Gosh, did he just  Eunji couldn’t help but laughing out loud. “Gosh, what a quick act.” Eunji mumbled while rolling her eyes annoyingly. Wow. That’s such kind of — an indirect kiss. Naeun almost lost her grip, when Myungsoo did that. Yet she felt something fluttering too inside of her.

            “Ah... Yes.” Byunghun answered despite of his jealous feelings towards Myungsoo. Damn, out of all times, why must his deksmate appeared right now?

            “Okay. Great then. I’m totally busy with these Photography Club things.” He let out a heavy sigh. He started to interfere Naeun and Byunghun’s conversation with some discussion about the photography session of the basketball team. “Sorry, Byunghun. I can’t let you to have her.” His evil thought appeared in his mind. Seriously, he won’t just let any guys to be close to Naeun.

            “Kim Myungsoo, give back my spoon.” Naeun said sternly. But even so she felt quite irritated of Myungsoo’s sudden act, she’s more fluttered. And she didn’t even know why. The memory during the Eunji’s wedding party came back to her mind like a flash. It reminds her how safe she felt when she’s in his arms, how perfect his hands were wrapped around her waist and how great he led her.

            “Okay, fine. Anyway, this food really tasted good today. I wonder why,” Myungsoo said, making Naeun blushed furiously. For some reason, she really wanted to smack the guy hard for the first time yet she’s holding herself back. “This is damn embarrassing.” She thought to herself while looking down. Eunji couldn’t hold her laugh, gosh two of them are totally adorable.

            After for a while, Myungsoo finally left after his brief discussion with Byunghun. He felt like he just killed two birds with a stone. First, he can finish up his assignment well. Second, he managed to push Byunghun away from Naeun. He knew that Eunji did this just because she wanted to know how he felt towards Naeun. He couldn’t blame Eunji though. Eunji is a good friend, all she wants is to see her friends happy. He might should thank Eunji for this.

            “Ahem, I don’t know that Myungsoo is quite close to you,” Byunghun said, as Myungsoo left. Naeun finally had her courage to stare at the guy in front of her. The brunette sounded quite frustrated which was quite bothering to her.

            “Yes. We’re friends, recently.” Naeun awkwardly said. Byunghun lightly chuckled, realizing the fact that he already lost the competition before he started. “Bastard, Kim Myungsoo. You should just said that you actually had a thing for her.” Byunghun thought. Naeun was only his crush. Yes, eventhough he really liked her but then it looks very impossible for him to be closer to her. He’s not Myungsoo. They stayed silent for a while. Eunji kept watching the awkward situation in front of her. In the same time, she also hoped that Byunghun realized how Naeun and Myungsoo felt to each other. It’s damn obvious.

            “So... I guess that I got to go now. It’s nice to have a talk with you for even once.” Byunghun said while smiling. He should be aware of this thing when he mentioned Naeun’s name in front of Myungsoo on the other day. Geez, no wonder why his deskmate felt quite pissed off.

            Naeun politely bowed. “Have a nice day, Sunbaenim.” She felt quite relieved after Byunghun left the table. Like seriously, she almost couldn’t even think of anything. Moreover after Myungsoo’s appereance and his weird actions.

“Puk!”

“Ouch!” Eunji whined as the younger smacked her arm. It’s quite hard since Naeun put alot of energy in her smack. Eunji is a nice girl but sometimes she could be a little evil minded. “That’s for dragging me into this freaking awkward situation. Like seriously, I’m so embarassed!” Naeun complained while putting a pout on her face. Eunji lightly chuckled as she tried to persuade the younger.

“Oops, sorry. It’s your fault to be damn attractive. He just asked for my help to introduce him to you.That’s all, not more than it.” Eunji simply explained. Naeun still doubted the older, it’still make sense if Eunji wanted to proceed with her match-making project. Like seriously, Naeun didn’t have any interest in boys. She barely had, unlike Bomi and Namjoo. They got a very huge interest in hot guys. And Eunjibeing the one who cared about her the most sometimes took the extreme act to match her with some random guys. In the end, she would reject all of them in the most polite way. Gosh, it’s damn embarrassing.

“Are you sure? It’s not the part of your match-making activity again?”

“Nope. Don’t worry. If you don’t want  him to get hooked up to you, you better find someone else for him.”

“Pfft. Yeah, right.”

Naeun rolled her eyes. Like seriously, she’s going to make sure that she’ll tell Sunggyu about the older’s inappropiate act on her. She’s already someone’s wife but she still acted like a kid. Aw, but that’s why she loved Eunji the most.

“Anyway...” Eunji cleared . “I don’t think that Byunghun would still have those kind of romantic feelings towards you after this meeting,” Eunji continued as she placed a hand under her chin. Naeun raised her brows, probably feeling curious. Did she pissed the brunette alot? Dang, she felt so guilty right now.

“Gosh.. I need to apologize to him next time for being super awkward. Seriously, it’s not my intention to be like that. He must be so pissed off.” Naeun said, her thought was full of her guilt towards Byunghun. She should act nicer since he’s a good guy.

“You better don’t because I don’t think that Myungsoo could bear himself watching you ith the other guys.” Eunji suddenly marked, which surprised Naeun abit. She drew a few wrinkles on her forehead while having a ‘what-are-you-talking-about’ expression on her face. Myungsoo? What’s with him?

“What do you mean?” The clueless girl demanded the older for an explanation. Eunji palmed her face with her right hand. Like seriously, Naeun knew nothing about falling in love. Well, Eunji was like that too. But after she got married, it seems like she just realized how beautiful love is. “I’m talking about Myungsoo.”

“Um... Yeah... Right. What’s with Myungsoo?” Naeun cheeks almost burned when she thought about Myungsoo’s embarrassing yet affectionate acts towards her just now. Damn, Myungsoo really knows how to drove her crazy.

“Don’t you see what just happened? It’s obvious that Myungsoo was jealous. That’s why he came out of nowhere and drew Byunghun’s attention from you. It’s damn obvious. He even told me to not let Byunghun meets you.” Eunji said in a quite frustrated tone. It’s quite hard since Naeun didn’t realize her true feelings towards Myungsoo. She can’t lie to herself.

Naeun jaw was totally dropped when she heard Eunji’s sudden explanation. Myungsoo being jealous? But why? It’s not that she’s special for him. But she really needs to admit it; Myungsoo is special in her eyes. Indeed, he really know how to make her feel mesmerized.

For a while, Naeun stayed silent. Sighs. She didn’t even know her own feelings. Part of her felt happy, and another part of her felt quite scared. What if the guy didn’t have any special feelings to her? What if he only treated her like an ordinary friend? They’ve known each other for already three months and she admited that she felt comfortable whenever she’s with him. And sometimes, it really annoys her when he made her heart flutters.

“Unnie.. I think that I should go,” Naeun said, standing up from her place. Eunji tilted her head and nodded lightly. She’s aware of that kind of Naeun’s respond. The girl was confused of her own feelings. She knew Naeun too well, in fact she already treated the younger like her own sister. Naeun deserves to be in love too. For all these times, the girl kept being loyal to her brother. Knowing how protective her brother was, she took the decision to kept herself away from the guys. Naeun loved Dongwoon so much. Like seriously, he’s the only one she had. It’s not that Dongwoon forbids her from befriends with guys but he just didn’t want to see his little sister to get hurt.

“Geez, oppa. I think it’s already the time for you to get married and let her to fall in love for at least once.” Eunji said to herself. They’re already like a family. Like seriously, a real big family; The Kims, The Sons and The Jungs.

Thinking about them made her to suddenly had a thought about her husband. They’ve been married for a week and she still felt quite awkward. Yet she needs to admit that she felt comfortable with Sunggyu. By the way, both of them alrady moved out from their parents’ house which means that they’re currently living together. It feels nice though. Their house are totally cozy. And another good thing was they’re living in different bedrooms. Oh come on, she’s just a high-schooler. She needs to graduate from the high school first and after that they could sleep in the same bedroom. Pft, there’s nothing to rush by the way. And she’s usually alone at home since Sunggyu was busy with his works. He barely went home early and she’s kinda felt bored at home. But being a good husband Sunggyu was, he never forget to give a call to his wife. That’s what Eunji liked about him. He’s easy to tolerate.

Eunji couldn’t stop smiling. Her thought of Sunggyu made her felt like flying in the sky. Indeed, Sunggyu is a good guy and she felt very lucky to have him as a husband. Even though everything might happened quite fast, they still can tolerate with each other. She’s comfortable with him and he understands her alot. Seems like her parents finally made the best choice in arranging her life.

Suddenly, her phone vibrated. Eunji d her pocket to take a look of her phone. A smile appeared when she took a glance of the screen. “1 message from Kim Sunggyu.” She muttered under her breath while happily opened the message.

I’m sorry if I disturbed you. I hope that you’re not in the middle of class.

Anyway, I’m quite free today so.. Wanna go out for a lunch? You don’t have any plans right?

We barely saw each other because I’m busy with works. Thinking of it makes me felt bad.

By the way, I miss you. I’m sorry okay? I’ll fetch you up after the school ended.

The words ‘I miss you’ almost made Eunji to cringe but in the same time she really felt happy. Yes, finally she’s going out with Sunggyu as a husband and wife. It’s true, they barely had time for each other and she’s also quite busy with her group’s discussions. Sometimes she asked the girls to pay her a company at their home. It feels great to finally had a quality time with her husband. With a happy heart, she replied his message;

To: Kim Sunggyu

Hi. I’m totally free right now since it’s still recess. Ah, I’m glad that you’re free.

It’s true, we barely saw each other. I felt sorry too as I’m busy with the school projects.

Yay. I’m so excited! It’s your treat after all right, haha. I’ll wait for you, my dear husband.

And by the way, I miss you too.

She pushed the send button without any doubt. God, did she even deserve to be happy like this? Like seriously, she never experienced this kind of feelings. She felt so blessed.

“I promise that we’re going to be happy. I’ll stay by your side, forever and ever.”

Woohyun let out a heavy sigh. His steps became really heavy, and his mind was in mess. Like seriously, he couldn’t stop thinking about th girl who wrecked his mind; Park Chorong. Speaking of that, he didn’t saw Chorong today even though that he tried to find her at the library. Some of the students said that she even skipped the whole classes for today. And yes, most of the students felt weird to notice it. Chorong is totally not that type of student who skipped the class. She’s a very good student and paid full attention in the class. He wondered where Chorong have been for the whole day. Did she hid herself from him? If it’s true but then why?

The thought of she’s leaving him yesterday came back to his mind. Did she hates him that much? He didn’t even know his fault. She looks like that she really wants to keep herself away from him without any reason. And yes, he’s suffering because of that. He felt empty. He missed their moments creating the wedding dress together for their project and some of their jokes during they worked. He miss to look at Chorong’s serious gaze whenever she paid the full attention to the dress. Indeed, Park Chorong really left a deep impression on him.

It’s already been a week. For the whole week he didn’t flirt with any girls nor his fangirls. He just felt like not doing it. His mind were full of Chorong. Chorong this, Chorong that. Every bried moment that he spent with Chorong always came up to his mind. Damn, he miss her alot.

Woohyun kept walking through the hallway. But then he stopped. Something drew his attention. He hid himself behind the walls as he shifted his gaze towards a group of girls. “Pft, those crazy fangirls.” He muttered to himself. He watched every single of their actions and for some reason he felt some bad vibes from them. His heart felt totally uneasy.

“Good. You did  a very great job. After this, she won’t disturb our Woohyun again.” The girl with long wavy hair said while laughing evily. The other girls also joined her.

“Yeah. That Park Chorong girl. I hope that she learnt her lesson. She needs to know that Woohyun didn’t deserve a rotten girl like her,” The other girl with short hair  said. Woohyun clenched his fist tight, his innerself was raging. He knew the girls. Indeed, they’re his fangirls. Wait, did they just did something bad to Chorong?

“Oh my god like seriously. You should just look at her pathetic face. How I wish that she’ll rot in the storeroom forever and ever.” Another girl said, earning the other girls’ laugh. Woohyun couldn’t stay still. He’s damn worried right now. Something’s bad just happened to Chorong. He couldn’t let this be.

“Yeah. I don’t expect that she’s going to fall for it. How I wish that I could push her down from the rooftop.” Woohyun couldn’t take it anymore. He needs to save Chorong. But it’s better for him to find her by himself. He’s going to deal with the wicked girls later.

“Rooftop? It’s the old storeroom at the rooftop!” His mind clicked. Without wasting any time, Woohyun quickly bolted to the rooftop, hoping that he’ll find Chorong there. Like seriously, he hates himself right now. Because of him, she’s getting hurt. Maybe that’s why she wanted to keep herself away from him. She’s safer without him.

“I’m sorry, Chorong. I promise that you’ll always be safe.”
