" Daehyun was like an unwanted Christmas present: unwrapped, then set aside, rejected and forgotten."

'Kill them. These people have the cash to get what they want. They've got to be the happiest people around. Get rid of poeple happier than you, and you'll be the happiest man alive."

Daehyun has an obsession. He wants to be happy. And he almost achieves the bliss he yearns for. But when everything goes all wrong, a fellow orphan plants the idea in Daehyun's head to resort to kill to steal his happiness back.  

It makes sense, and it's a tantalising idea. So Daehyun starts out on his lethal mission. 

Youngjae is a intern in the police, and when they receive notice of a bomb explosion in a mall situated in the heart of Korea's most luxurious shopping district, they are dispatched to sort out the scene. Youngjae tags along, bright-eyed on his first official assignment (even though he's been instructed to simply sit tight and watch the veterans at work). 

Of course, Youngjae is too pumped up at the thought of delivering justice to the bomber to obey instructions, and rushes onto the scene unnoticed. Youngjae finds the culprit--Daehyun-- first, and is promptly abducted by the madman because he vaguely resembles a past comrade of Daehyun. Cue the start of a crazy (mainly DaeJae) adventure. 

Youngjae only has one question along the way though: is it possible to fall in love with his captor? Or is it just Stockholm Syndrome kicking in?
