Splotches of wild vibrant green weeds grew in the cracks of the filthy cement. The spunky ginger

hued cat with emerald green almond shaped eyes strutted down the deserted alley with his head

held high. It was midday and the blazing sun was scorching everything its rays touched. The 

dehydrated cat who eagerly looked for water quickly ran down the filthy alley on a desperate 

search for water.  Zelo has just dyed his hair orange the other day and loved the ways his new

fur looked, but the heat was really ruining his mood.

The kitten finally made it out of the filthy alley way when something shiny caught his eye. His 

eyes grew wide and the dryness in his throat felt as if his esophagus was made of sandpaper 

instead of flesh.

Zelo had just found a rusted bowl shaped piece of metal containing a small amount of 

water in front of a fancy bakery with red banners hanging from the wooden walls. On the 

window the kitten could see the circular and oval shaped pastries. The kitten’s mouth watered 

when the smell engulfed it’s tiny pink nose and a thunderous noise overwhelmed the kitten’s 

stomach. The kitten wasted no time and quickly ran towards the bowl.

 The orange kitten pounced on the cement next to the bowl and hunched over to the 

gleaming drops of water. Zelo his whiskers trying to savor the last droplets.

At that moment the bell of the door rang as a large man came out from the glass doors. He was 

munching down on a freshly made sandwich that packed six layers of the juiciest meats. The 

man peered towards the almost vacant street.

The man was large, to be exact obese, and he sounded like an old 1950s car, his breathing was 

labored and thunderous. His stomach seemed to have its own gravitation pulls by the stains 

and crumbs that adorned the sweaty white blouse. Streams of sweat burst from his temples 

and streamed down past his neck and drenched the soaking wet blouse. His dark daunting eyes 

seemed to be back and the fat chapped lips wouldn’t stop munching on the sandwich that 

the man held with his enormous fat hands. A piece of meat fell from the man’s sandwich and 

smacked on the ground.

Zelo wasted no time once it saw the piece on the floor and sprinted to take a bite of the 

juicy red meat.

The man finally looked down trying to find his missing meat and found a repulsive creature 

before his feet.

“What is this?” the fat man asked disgusted, his voice was deep and croaky startling the kitten.

The ginger kitten took a step back not sure what to do with the man in front of him

 Without a second thought the man kicked the kitten launching the poor animal in the air, the 

kitten barely managed to land on his four tiny paws. He had a stinging pain on his ribs and had 

trouble breathing due to the tremendous hit.

“! Get out of here!” the fat man yelled disgusted by the kitten, thinking it was bad for his 

business to have wild animals roaming around.

Zelo hissed and took a couple steps back.

At that moment a young man with raven hair  , and porcelain skin happened to be walking his 

puppy, and saw the whole ordeal.  Himchan felt as if he knew that orange kitten, 'Zelo?'

Himchan took a step back, narrowing his eyes as he glared at the fat, he was beyond angry by

the male’s cruelty.

His energetic brown pit bull sniffed around and barked excitedly once he smelled the kitten,

knowing instantly who it was. The puppy looked towards the bakery and noticed the kitten

hissing at an obese man.

The puppy started tugging on the leash, excited to see the kitten. The raven hair man knowing that 

his puppy just wanted to play with the kitten saw his opportunity and the deliberately let go of 

the leash that held his puppy in place. 

The overly excited puppy sprinted towards the kitten, wanting to play with the cat.

“Dada!” the raven hair male smirked as he tried to call his puppy, trying to act surprise seeing 

that his puppy was now a few feet in front of him.

The kitten screeched loudly seeing the dog approach him.

The cat jumped to the nearest thing to him, and that was the fat man. The cat leaped five feet in 

the air onto the man, trying to get away from the excited puppy. The kitte clawed the man’s shirt 

trying to get as far as possible from the wild mongrel. The kitten made sure to stab his nails onto 

the soiled face taking his revenge.

The man screeched in pain and soon was impacted by the puppy and went crashing onto the 

cement.

The raven haired male with porcelain skin leisurely walked past the man to attend his puppy, 

“Oh sorry about that, my puppy gets too excited sometimes… he meant no harm.”

The heavy man groaned in pain and rubbed his aching back, his frown deepened seeing his 

sandwich sprawled on the floor, “It’s fine…”

The raven hair male raise a brow at the man on the floor, “I wasn’t talking to you.”

The kitten was on the  hissed at the energetic puppy not wanting to play with him,  the puppy

barked loudly and ran in circles around his owner.  Zelo couldn't believe the puppy still had

this kind of energy in this kind of weather.

The Himchan smirked  but quickly tried to hide it as he walked up to the angry  kitten and gently picked him up.

 “Did he scare you? Dada means no harm.” Himchan cooed, still acting.

The kitten purred once the man started to pet his orange fur, and walked away from the bakery 

with his dog walking beside him.

“Hey!” The obese man yelled annoyed, not liking how the male put more attention on a cat, 

“What’s your problem?”

The male turned back to the man and tilted his head, “What do you mean?”

“Are you just going to leave me here, you dog dropped me and made me drop my sandwich!” the 

fat man yelled, “and look at what the stupid cat did to my face!”

The heavy man glared at the male in front of him, his face was now contorted with pain due to 

all the red gashes that adorn his repulsively sweaty face.

“Count yourself lucky that I am in a good mood. I would have had my puppy rip your hideous 

face off.” The man’s voice was laced with venom as he glared at the man, “If I ever see you even 

touch a hair on this kitten, I will make sure the next time will not be as pleasant at today.”

A/N: Okay so I need to explain.

So this was an assigment I had for my class but I manage to tweak it  enough to have the kitten as Zelo and the hero as Himchan.

I know you guys are waiting for Daehyun to find out about Youngjae. And I am telling you guys you will find out soon (in a chp or 2).

This semester I am super busy (I have lots of reading and writing assigments /don't be an anthropology major if you don't like that lol/)

AND I AM NOT TROLLING YOU GUYS! lol Seriously! I just want to give you guys something! I hate making you guys wait! :(
