A Silent Goodbye
Description
Hey guys~ I notice that not many authors are writing about BTS, or rather, Taejin... I ship them real hard now and I can't help but to write a few fics about them. So
this story will be featuring Kim Taehyung (V) and Kim Seokjin (Jin)~
Foreword
Jin stared at the results of his medical checkup. His hands trembled as he paled, his lower lips quivering.
The results fell out of his hands before the doctor sighed, picking it up gingerly, patting Jin's broad shoulders.
" You have to undergo the operation, Seokjin," The doctor murmured.
" What are the possibilities of coming out alive?"
"I'm afraid it's...." The doctor stared at Jin before looking away.
"Taehyung, listen up... I challenge you to live without me for a day." Jin feigned a smile.
V raised an eyebrow.
" There should be no communication at all. No texting. No calling. No meeting up. If you pass it,
I will love you forever and we'd get married," Jin breathed in heavily, the pain in his chest intensifying.
"R- Really? Call! I'd see you tomorrow, tomorrow then!" V stuck his tongue out playfully, before closing
the distance between the both of them.
"I love you Seokjin ah~ I'd miss you..." V pouted before pressing his lips against Jin's trembling ones.
"Hmm~ I love you too Kim Taehyung," Jin mumumbled, trying to savor this moemnt, which could
possibly be the last....
"Goodbye Taehyung ah... If I don't manage to exit this room, I'm sorry...." Jin thought silently, closing his eyes.
A tear trickled down his pale, porclain cheek.
"Dr Kim... If you see a man who looks like a lion, pass this to him. That's if the operation isn't successful," Jin
croaked, passing the other a white envolope and a small box.
"Call me Suho. You didn't tell him?" Suho sighed, staring at the items in his hands.
Jin could only smile bitterly, shaking his head," No."
Taehyung read the letter, his jittery legs giving way.
No...
NO!!
This couldn't be true.
It couldn't!
He crumbled onto the ground, holding Jin's clammy hand.
"I love you Kim Seokjin. I love you too...."
This was the last he could ever remember of the man he had loved most...
Kim Seokjin.
