She was walking through the garden. A garden full of roses. White roses particularly but her mother-well, step-mother always asked her with her mock expression.

“ why is it white? Red is absolutely dazzling and it is much more beautiful than this white ones, “

She sighed. Her hand came in touch with a white rose from the garden wall and she immediately smiled. She took a gentle sniff, smiling on how precious the scent is to her.

“ you grew well, “ she whisper gently and nodded.

Walking endlessly in the big garden, she grew tired but suddenly, her ears perked up. She heard rustling among the leaves and she tilted her head.

“ gardener? “ she asked herself, “ I thought they have some break today “ she pursed her lips.

She heard it again.

“ Mother? Father? “ she called, “ is that you? “ no reply.

Then she heard it again but this time, she decided to follow the sound.

Corner.

Another corner.

She was lost.

“ excuse me, anybody there? “ she shout desperately.

Her eyes caught a glimpse of a big black hole and she curiously squint her eyes.

“ did the worker left this? “ she peered carefully, keeping a distance to herself. But curiosity beats everything as she took a step close to the hole.

Took another step.

And she was close to the hole.

She slowly lower her posture to take another closer look and suddenly,

She screamed.

That screech she made would make any human being whince.
