Description
Park Jikyung is one of the assistant coordinators for the group MBLAQ. While working there, she falls in love with the leader who is stubborn, mean, conceited, protective, flirtatious, and all of those things that make him a bad boy and all of those things that make a girl drop at his feet. Yang leader, who has a short-temper, urge to tease, and specialty of sending flying daggers with his eyes also have the ability to send lightning bolts that makes Jikyung swooning inside. His eye smiles have a large effect on Jikyung but she just doesn't know it yet. The rest of the members are good friends with Jikyung, but Seungho is a pain in the when it comes to her. Jikyung who is bossed around and constantly bothered by the leader develops a love/hate relationship with him. She is sometimes intimidated by him and she secretly admires his piano playing skills. While working, she constantly has to satisfiy his needs and put up with him. With her gullible and yet 'hard to get' personality, he finds himself fall deeply in love with her at the same time.
Foreword
"Yah! Careful with those!" Seungho almost barked. The head coordi seemed very much frustrated because she had to focus on Seungho who was an unsatisfied and moody beast and Mir who was constantly fooling around.
"Jikyung!" yelled the head coordi, Mina.
"Neh!" I yelled back.
"We need the headseats! They'll be on in 5," she yelled at me.
Mina was really scary when she was frustrated and moody. I couldn't NOT obey her demands and plus I kinda loved this job despite all of the hardships of dealing with moodswings, schedules, unsatisfied members, scary and hot head manager, fits, arguments, yelling, late-nights, and practically all of the chaos that no camera has caught on tape. I, Park Jikyung in order to become a makeup artist/coordi had to endure the time and experience of being pushed around by experienced professionals.
I ran to the guy who was in charge of mics, headsets, ect. I grabbed 5 headseats which all had labels on them.
"Put them on G.O, Joon and Cheondung first will you?" Mina shouted from the other side of the dressing room.
“Neh!” I answered as I put the first headseat on one my favorite members that was easy to deal with.
I fixed the headseat for Joon quickly and he smiled at me.
“Thank you my favorite assistant,” he smiled.
“Psh, I’m not your assistant,” I laughed as I put the next one on Cheondung.
He seemed expressionless, usually how he would seem before a performance. I gave G.O. his headseat and I fixed the strap.
“There you go,” I said as I fixed the zipper on his shirt.
We gave each other a thumbs up and he went to change his rings.
That boy and rings, I swear.
"Jikyung!" Mina shouted.
"Neh!" I answered right away.
"We have two minutes left! Give me Mir's and you put Seungho's on for him," she told me hurriedly from across the room.
I practically had to run across the room, dodging harmful hangers, shoes, bags, and the worst, water bottles that rolled around. This was living hell on late nights and early mornings.
Mina was experienced and in one try, the headseat fit perfectly for Mir.
"Thanks noona!" he gleamed.
"Whatever," was her answer.
The members lined up and Seungho was the last one.
"Hurry up Jikyung!" he almost shouted into my ear. I bit my tongue and fixed his headset. I made sure it stayed and I fixed the sleeve of his jacket.
He gave me a little glare that he was known for. Trust me. In person, it sent chills down anyone's back.
Mr. Kim, the manager gave them a pep talk and everyone, including us coordis did a 'hwaiting' cheer.
"Hana, dul, set! HWAITING HWAITING HWAITING!" we clapped.
The boys rushed onto the dark stage and we heard a loud 'oofff'. Alarmed, the manager rushed onto stage.
"Crap," was all Mina said before rushing to the stage.
All was postponed so we could check what the heck was going on.
