Does it even exist?

Of course not.

But there are creatures that is almost perfect.

Perfect is something subjective. It depends on how you view it. Others say, with imperfections, you become perfect in their eyes. 

Others say, no flaws appearance wise, but attitudes, worse indeed.

Others say, the perfect definition of evil. Not one thing is good about him/her. Perfect evil.

It depends on how you view it.
