“... D.S., water, erm, ” Jessica silently cursed herself for forgetting the most important thing when it comes to eating sandwiches, well her sandwiches.

Down she goes, running as fast as she can. “Last one.” Sica mumbled, forcing to stop her steps. If you ask her, she would not stop.
Hell! She would jump from the 3rd floor (where their practice room/date room for tonight is at) to the basement where her car is, if it means that she’ll get the (a must when eating my sandwich)( thing and be at the 3rd floor again before her girlfriend shows up. But her lungs beg to differ, demanding to be filled with much needed air.

Still panting Jessica opened the fire exit door, realizing that everything is a mess, nothing comes in her way today.
But she knows that later when she sees the love of herlife, everything will be alright, finally.

A smile creeps into her lips as she slips the item she obtained inside of her pocket.

Jessica inhaled air as much as her lungs could hold, she wants to climb the stairs nonstop so she could finally see the one that who can turn up her worse days to better. She hurriedly ran towards the door when a man who’s currently using his phone, meaning not seeing the approaching oddly fast car. Sica pushed the man gently, making the man raise his head and see a familiar face with a rushing car passing behind her.
”Ahjussi, please watch where you're going.” with a timid smile she leaves the man in a much safer place, Sica went upstairs as fast as she can.

“We need to talk.” Taeyeon said too stiffly, too much if it’s just about their anniversary, but something tells Jessica this is far from just about that. Her guts keeps on shouting at her DON’T ASK PABO! YOU’LL REGRET IT! 
 

but if taengoo wants to talk then they’ll talk.

Jessica moved closer and carefully places her hands on her girlfriend's hips, She felt Taeyeon’s body tensed, so she lean in and quickly peck her girlfriend’s barely obvious quivering lips. Jessica locked her sight on Taeyeon, who's... smiling. 
But Taeyeon’s face changed just as quick as her peck was. “We need to stop this...” wiping Jessica’s own smile away.
“... I-i’m breaking up with you.” Taeyeon spat coldly while trying to remove Jessica’s hands on her. Jessica’s grips became tighter.
Her brain can’t seem to process what just happened, but her body does. Tears threatening to fall, lips quivering in fear, jaw tightly clenched.

No. This is not happening. No this can’t be. I mean we don’t have any reason to break up in the first place. My Taengoo is just kidding, playing around just like she always does. Jessica’s brain finally speaking up.

But Jessica’s eyes betrayed her, as she watched Taeyeon walk out of their practice room... leaving her alone.

“Jessica! JESSICA!” Making Jung jolted up quickly, removing her tight grip on their room’s door knob “You’re spacing out again.” The owner of the voice’s back hand softly caress Jessica's soft cheek, she flinched, remembering what current state she's at.

“Our dorm isn’t that big! Familiarize yourself!” Jessica coldly spat. “Unnie what’s wrong?” Little Seolhyun pops out of nowhere. “Please don’t shout at Tae-unnie, I think it’ll make her head feel more pain,” Jessica scoffed pain? Yeah right. She looked at their maknae again and saw a sincere concerned look and let out a sigh as she pats Baby Seolhyun’s head. “Okay Seo, I’ll show her around.” Earning a genuine smile from the kiddo and a wide grin from the kid at height.

“Here’s yours and Sunny’s.” Jessica lifelessly introduces as she opened their door, earning a gasp from their leader. Jessica spared her a look, Taeyeon got her hands clasped together with bulging eyes and a mouth agape, Jessica’s glance at Taeyeon softened as she felt her own lips slowly curving upwards. Taeyeon turned around, catching her offguard as always. Being caught off guard, Jessica cleared and glanced at their living room, where Sunny and Yoona are back facing them, both sitting on the sofa, quietly doing their own things.

“I’ll go.” She was about to step away, but the owner of the room, grabbed her by the arm, making her feel tense at the sudden contact. “What are you doing?” with furrowed brows she asked Taeyeon in an unbelievable tone. Like what the does she want now? What she lost already? Idiot! ing adorable idiot. Jessica’s brain giving its own input.

Her thoughts were cut off by a smile. A smile that she have been wanting to see, followed by a voice “Thank you Sica,” A voice she've been craving to hear. Taeyeon moved closer, wrapping her arms around Jessica’s slim waist, her chin softly, resting on Sica’s shoulder and there it is, the touch Jessica have been dying to feel.

And just like the last time they were this close her brain can’t seem to process what just happened, but her body does. Heart beating too fast, throat dry as the desert, and eyes, wide as the ocean.

This is not happening. No, not again. I can’t feel like this again. Taeyeon is just kidding, playing around just like she always does, she doesn’t remember me after all. Jessica’s brain finally caught up.

But Jessica’s lips beg to differ, as she felt Taeyeon’s against hers, leaning her body even closer against Jessica's very own.
