Seojae shade on a big tree and continue her sketch.  She fell asleep. Meanwhile, at the gymnasium

                Sehun run fast.

SEHUN: quiet people loves peaceful places, usually on a windy spot.

                He is searching for her and found out that she was sleeping at the tree. He comes near.

SEHUN: you’re beautiful, but how did Kyu Jae told me that you were dangerous?

                Kyu Jae was on a distance.

KYU JAE: you found her. You should wake her up. The next class will be starting soon.

SEHUN: araseo

                Kyu Jae left.

SEHUN: Seojae-ah… Seojae-ah…. Wake..

                Seojae’s eyes suddenly open and it made Sehun sit on the ground.

SEHUN: you scared me!

                Seojae stand up and left Sehun behind. She turns around.

SEOJAE: kamsamnida *bows*

                Seojae left.

SEHUN: she is scaring me.

                Sehun returns. Next subject is Math

GYO SEOK: Math again… *sighs*

                The teacher came in and class starts.

                Seojae stand up and goes to the board and answer it. Sunny checks the solution and the formula.

SUNNY: great! Now, you write this on your notebook and figure it out on your own. Your assignment will be on page 67.

                After a few minutes

SUNNY: no one listens to me except Seojae… please students, focus if you didn’t pass on this subject, you will have summer classes. *lefts*

CHANYEOL: I don’t know how will I answer this homework.

CHEN: let us get Seojae as our tutor.

LUHAN: anio, she is scary.

SEHUN: I’m trying to wake her up earlier then she suddenly opened her eyes, she didn’t blink a few more times.

CHANYEOL: will you still court her?

SEHUN: ne, she is kind.

                Afternoon, No Young and her friends drag Seojae on the comfort room.

NO YOUNG: I knew that you answered the homework, where is it!?

                Seojae is speechless.

NO YOUNG: find for her math notebook and copy it. I’ll keep an eye on her.

                Meanwhile, the boys were playing soccer and a man approach them.

MINHO: excuse me, have you seen Princes… Ms. Seojae?

CHANYEOL: no, sir.

                The man left them.

CHEN: what did she say to Seojae?

CHANYEOL:  I don’t remember he suddenly stopped.

SEHUN: that’s the driver

                The boys look at Sehun.

SEHUN: Seojae’s bodyguard or driver..

CHEN: wow, she had her own bodyguard.

CHANYEOL: this weekend, let’s go to Seojae.

SEHUN: we are not allowed

LUHAN: why?

SEHUN: that’s why she had a bodyguard.

                Meanwhile at the comfort room, No Young and her friends are finished copying Seojae’s homework.

NO YOUNG: let’s go

                They left Seojae alone. She arrange her things and left the comfort room. She was passing by at the field where the boys were playing.

CHANYEOL: it’s Seojae

                The driver went to her.

MINHO: are you okay, Ms. Seojae?

SEOJAE: ne, I’m just tired.

                Minho opens the door and drive away. Sehun drives on his motorcycle and follow Seojae’ car.

MINHO: excuse me, Ms. Seojae, did you know who is the guy who is following us?

 SEOJAE: stop the car.

                The car stops and Sehun stops too. Seojae come out in the car.

SEOJAE: reveal yourself.

                Sehun take off his helmet.

SEHUN: Sorry for ..

                Seojae give her Math notebook.

SEOJAE: here

SEHUN: but…

                Seojae returns to the car and drives away. Sehun meet his friends on a restaurant.

CHANYEOL: she gave her notebook voluntarily!?

SEHUN: ne

CHEN: well, did you say thank you?

SEHUN: no, she suddenly leaves.

CHANYEOL: let’s copy.

                Meanwhile, at the car

MINHO: why did you let your classmates copy your homework?

SEOJAE: they are weak

                They soon reach the apartment.

SEOJAE: thank you for taking me home.

                Seojae greets the guard.

SUHO: Ms. Seojae, there’s a man who left this for your dinner again.

                Seojae went to her  room. It’s been over 2 years since Seojae is occupying the abandoned apartment. A car stops by at the front.

YESUNG: what a scary place.

SHINDONG: you will never find an apartment who is cheap like this.

YESUNG: I know but have you think that you should decorate it.

SHINDONG: well, I’m not really the landlord, only substitute.

                They went in the apartment.

SHINDONG: you are  freely to choose your own  room. All rooms are the same, it has bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.

YESUNG: I want the last room.

SHINDONG: 3^rd floor room 5

                They went to the elevator.

SHINDONG: don’t worry much. There is no ghost here. *gives keys* you’re on your own now.

                Shindong leaves. Yesung carry his things.

YESUNG: aish… I should buy paint and decorations for the room.

                Yesung arrange his things. Night, he is still not yet finished.

YESUNG: noodles noodles for dinner.

                He cooks noodles for dinner after his dinner he drag his guitar and start singing. Seojae went out on her apartment and sit and watch the view. She drinks her hot chocolate. Beside her was the picture of her father.

SEOJAE: appa,I should take coffee to the guard. He must be cold.

                She return inside and make coffee. Meanwhile

YESUNG: I will throw this garbage.

                He carry them all and he open the door, he accidentally hit someone.

YESUNG: OMG, I’m sorry

SEOJAE: hot… ah…

                Seojae runs.

YESUNG: miss, I’m sorry.

                He took the garbage. He soon reach the outside.

YESUNG: Is there any occupant here?

SUHO: ne, she is Seojae.

YESUNG: where is her room?

SUHO: she is on the rooftop.

                After Yesung throws the garbage, he goes to the rooftop. There he sees a young girl who is sketching on a paper.

YESUNG: Excuse me

                Seojae turns and runs to her room.

YESUNG: chankamanyo!

                He is too late.

YESUNG: I wonder why is she scared of me?

                Yesung return to his room and found out her group mates.

YESUNG: Ryeowook, Kyuhyun? Why are you here?

KYUHYUN: you are gone in your condominium, so we asked Manager where you are staying.

YESUNG: I sold my condominium and start to live in a normal way.

RYEOWOOK: but, it is scary here *looks around*

RYEOWOOK: this is cheap, from the outside, it looks cheap but it’s good, you can use your money.

YESUNG: not yet, I still have debts so I have to earn.

KYUHYUN: we can lend you money

                They all went inside the room.

YESUNG: I’m not yet done with the cleaning.

KYUHYUN: let us help you in the painting of the walls.

YESUNG: okay, Tomorrow, noon.

RYEOWOOK: deal. By the way, Seonsaengnim told that we will have a comeback next month.

                The two guys leave the apartment. Yesung is part on a ballad group named K.R.Y. Yesung has a lot of debts because of playing in casinos. The next day, Seojae is going to the school. She saw a guy holding paint.

                Seojae runs out.

YESUNG: what is the girl’s problem?

                Noon, Yesung’s friends come and start the painting of the walls.

YESUNG: there was a girl occupying the rooftop and she is really shy.

KYUHYUN: I don’t know that you were a player, Yesung

YESUNG: I’m not! I’m just curious because she is really mysterious, she never speaks and the first encounter with her is bad, I accidentally open the door then the coffee she is holding poured on her.

                Seojae goes out in the car and Sehun was waiting for her.

SEHUN: Seojae-ah!

                Seojae still ignores Sehun.

SEOJAE: *nods*

                Kyu Jae was on a distance and was looking at them.

NO YOUNG: do you still like Sehun?

SEHUN: you know, you should sing so girls will start flirting with you *push Chen*

SOOYOUNG: how is Seojae?

MINHO: she is doing fine, Queen, but a guy is flirting to her for the first time Princess went to the school.

SOOYONUNG: who is he?

MINHO: Oh Sehun

                Minho gives the papers about Sehun.

SOOYOUNG: he is from a poor family, does he know anything about Seojae?

                Minho bows and leaves. At the apartment, the boys are painting.

KYUHYUN: you should talk to the land lord to paint the walls outside.

YESUNG: well, I’ll try.

                Yesung goes to Shindong.

SHINDONG: what do you want?

YESUNG: about the apartment, I just like you to recommend to paint the walls.

SHINDONG: why would I?

YESUNG: because it looks scary from the outside and people can’t bear to go inside.

SHINDONG: I’ll ask the land lord later.

YESUNG: aren’t you the landlord?

SHINDONG: I’m not the landlord, I’m just a substitute.

YESUNG: where is the landlord?

SHINDONG: the landlord is busy this time. I’ll talk to her later.

YESUNG: her?

YESUNG: “The landlord agrees and the paints will be delivered on Saturday. Shindong”

                 Meanwhile, Donghae is walking in the street while playing on his ball.

DONGHAE: where can I find some place that is affordable. I rarely use my apartment and the rental fee is expensive.

                He holds his ball.

DONGHAE: this ball will help me find it.

                He kicks the ball and it goes inside an abandoned house.

DONGHAE: what is this? *looks around*

SHINDONG: you there!

                Donghae looks at the guy who called him.

SHINDONG: what are you doing at this late night?

DONGHAE: I was looking for an apartment.

SHINDONG: you are in right place! The rent is really affordable.

                Shindong drags Donghae to his room.

SHINDONG: the apartment is really old but, it doesn’t fails. There are two occupants one in the rooftop and one at the last room at the third floor. There are no ghosts. You should not be too noisy since the occupant in the rooftop loves everything to be in silence.

DONGHAE: tomorrow, can I move?

SHINDONG: sure, but be careful tomorrow. The walls are going to be painted.

DONGHAE: ah… araseo

                Donghae signs the paper. The next day, Yesung goes down and found paints outside.

YESUNG: excuse me, Shindong, only the two of us are going to paint the wall?

SHINDONG: anio, the guard and my two friends are going here to help.

SEOJAE: me too.

SHINDONG: Ms. Seojae!

                Shindong goes to Seojae.

SHINDONG: Ms. Seojae, it’s okay for us. You should go inside and you will be tired

SEOJAE: it’s okay…

                They started the work. Suddenly, a taxi stops at the gate.

SHINDONG: the new occupant is here.

                Donghae goes inside.

SHINDONG: where do you want to stay?

SHINDONG: 3^rd floor 4^th room.

                Donghae moved his things to his room.

DONGHAE: aish… why is the occupant here chose the last floor!?

                After a few minutes, Donghae is finish sending his things to his room. He plays his ball again. He kicks the ball and it hit a girl. The girl was about to fall but Donghae catch her. Donghae look at the girl’s eyes.

SHINDONG: young man, drop the Young girl!

                Donghae let go Seojae, she hits the floor.

SHINDONG: you should let go off her in a good manner! Are you hurt?

SEOJAE: ne…

SHINDONG: return to your room now.

                Seojae left the boys.

SHINDONG: you should be careful!

DONGHAE: sorry, I was just surprise from you

SHINDONG: you help us paint the walls

DONGHAE: araseo.

                Donghae join the others in painting.

DONGHAE: my names is Donghae, you are?

YESUNG: Yesung

DONGHAE: ah…the ballad singer!

YESUNG: you know us?

DONGHAE: ne, you have the artistic voice!

YESUNG: thank you. I thought no one will not recognize me.

                After a few days, the apartment is fully furnished.

SHINDONG: aish… I never saw Ms. Seojae again.

                They were resting at the gate and a car stop by.

SHINDONG: oh… Ms. Seojae

                Seojae goes out from the car. Seojae  walks near to the door.

SHINDONG: annyeong haseyo, Ms. Seojae *bows*

                Seojae ignores and trying to hide her face.

SHINDONG: aish… Donghae, this is your fault. The day when you hit her with the ball, she doesn’t want to see the outside again! *scratches head*

DONGHAE: doesn’t want to see the outside again?

SHINDONG: well, she locks herself in the rooftop and only goes out  when going to school.

DONGHAE: how about her needs?

SUHO: someone delivers it here and I will take it to her rooftop.

YESUNG: is she rich?

SUHO: yes

DONGHAE: how about her parents?

SHINDONG: argh… I feel so hungry, I will go out and buy noodles for me.

                Shindong left the boys. Meanwhile, Donghae make hot chocolate for Seojae.

DONGHAE: “I’m sorry for our first meeting. I gift you a mug with hot chocolate      Donghae” *smiles* I hope she will forgive me

                Donghae goes to the rooftop and place the cup on the table and knocks at the door and hide. The door opens and Seojae went out. She saw a hot chocolate on the table, she took it and goes inside.

DONGHAE: she didn’t at least say thank you.

SEOJAE: thanks

                Donghae suddenly move backwards. He can see Seojae on the window.

DONGHAE: you should at least call my name. You scared me.
