Dara is staring at the ceiling of her room, tomorrow they are going to tell her the result of her biopsy, she can't sleep thinking about it...

*What if it's malignant? What if i die?* questions lingering in her mind, even her don't know the answer, she turn to her and look at the table beside her

*I'm so scared* she said then she grabe her cellphone on the table, she browse he contacts and stare at a name

*Lee Chaerin (Baby)* she keeps on staring at at the names, thinking if she'll call her or not, she look at the clock, it's already 11:30pm

"Is she still awake?" she ask herself then absent mindedly push the call button, she patiently waits if her call will connect, she thought if Chaerin changed her number but she was surprised when it connects, she felt her heart skips a beat everytime the phone rings then someone answered her call

"Hello.." a sleep voice answered the phone, a small smile appeared on Dara's face

"Hi! Did i woke you up?" she answered, she waited for a response on the other line

"D-Dara?" Chaerin asked, Dra let out  chuckle, she could imagine her face at the moment

"Yes it's me.." she answered back

"Uhm. H-hey! Hi.. Hello.. Uhm how are you?" Chaerin answered stammering, Dara laugh a little

"Hey relax, why are you so nervous?" she asked

"I, you know, I never thought that you'll give me a call"

"Well now i did. So how's everyone back there?"

"We're okay, they are still busy with some of their promotions"

"And you?"

"Oh i-i'm done with promoting, i asked Hyun-Oppa if he can give a week to rest so i can spend time with Jen and Megumi and with you if you'll allow me.." Dara smiled again then she thought of her biopsy

*Should i tell her?* she asked herself

"Dara?" Chaerin asked, she don't know that Dara is lost in her thoughts again

"Dara? Are you still there?" she asked again

"Oh yeah, sorry about that.." she answered

"It's okay, i understand if you don't like the idea--" she was cut off when Dara spoke

"I would like to spend time with you too.." she said, now it's Chaerin's turn to not respond, Dara laugh

"You heard me right Chae. Your not dreaming or anything.." she added

"Really? You want to spend time with me?"

"Yes.."

"Yes!!! Oh i mean, uhm.. Thanks.."

"Chae.."

"Hmm?"

"I miss you.."



No on slep that night especially Chaerin who keeps on tossing and turning on her bed, after they heard the news they all went to YG to asked him about Dara's condition, he explained to them and said sorry if he had to kept it from us. Chaerin never thought that this things will happen, Dara is so full of life, even during their trainee years, she's always the one who makes them cheer up, always do crazy things on and off the cam, that's why a lot of people adore and love her because of her personality. Jen promised them that she'll bring them to the hospital tomorrow momrning, she told to herself she needs to be strong for her.


MORNING..

When Chaerin went down to the lobby, her friends are already there waiting for her, when she came closer to them no one said a word

*We can't be like this fi we'll see her* she thoght to herself

"MOrning Guys!" she said to them, trying to cheer them up a little

"Morning Unnie.." Minji said, she let out a deep sigh

"Look, i know you guys are sad because of Dara's condition right now but we don't have to act like this in front of her, we need to be strong for her, please guys i really need you now.." she said to them, she bit her lower lip to stop her from crying

"Do you think Dara will make it?" Seungri asked her, Chaerin step closer to him

"She will, she's a fighter like me.." she answered softly and place her hand on Seungri's shoulder

"If she will see you guys like this, she'll be sad to know that she's the one causing your sadness.." she added, Seunghyun stand ups

"She's right, Dara will be down if we will act this way in front of her.." he said causing the other to nod in agreement

"Let's go guys.." they hear YG said, they went out of the building and went straight to the vans who will took them to the hospital



Room 801

Jen and Megumi left the hotel early to visit Dara, Jen called her Dara-Unnie after she left the building last night telling her that she'll visit her this morning,
Dara didn't ask question to her, she knows that Megumi can't hide her situation from Jen any longer

"Are they giving her medications?" Jen asked Megumi after she parked her car

"Yeah, she was about to discharge a few days ago after her biopsy but she had seizures which made the doctors decide that she needs to stay here for observation.." Megumi explained

"Is that normal? I mean the seizures?"

"Yes, she had brain biopsy right, that's one of the side effect.." they went out of the car but Jen stop on her tracks

"What's wrong?" Megumi ask her

"W-what if i cry? I'll just make her suffer more.." she answered, Megumi hold her hand and gently pinch it

"You won't make her suffer okay, it's normal to cry but for now let's side aside what we really feel inside, she needs you to be strong for her.." Jen nodded and quickly wipe away the tears in her eyes

"So let's go, she'll probably waiting for us know, she missed you a lot.." Megumi said and they walk holding each other hands, both hoping that everything will be alright



When Chaerin and her friends arrived, Jen and Megumi was already there, talking to Dara, the latter didn't know that they will come to visit them

"Knock, Knock.." Hyun said making the 3 look at door

"Uncle!' Jen said, she went to him and gave him a hug

"How are you Dara?" he asked when he came closer

"I'm fine Oppa, getting ready for my surgery.." she answered

"You'll be fine Dara, i know that.."

"Thanks Oppa.."

"Oh before i forgot there are some people waiting outside your room"

"Huh?"

"They said they are here to see you.." before Dara can say another word YG called them

"You can come in now.." he said, Dara look at the door then she saw a head peeking

"Noona! Noona!" Seungri said, smmiling at her, then she sw Jiyong, Seunghyun, Taeyang and Daesung came in following behind them is Bom, Minji and Chaerin, Dara was surprised to see them, she look at YG who gave her a nod and got what he meant by that

"What are you guys doing here?" she asked them

"Oh were here to visit you, Noona! plus we both this for you.." Daesung said, Dara took the bear he's giving her

"I like your room Noona, it's fancy.." Seungri said, he push Megumi a little so he can sit at the couch

"Hey Oppa!" Megumi said making their friends laugh

"And i brought you this too.." Chaerin said, she came closer to Dara's bed and hand her something

"Tam tam!" Dara exclaimed

"Tam tam missed her other mother.." Chaerin said, she look at her and gave her a smile

"How are you, Dara?" Bom asked, they all look at her, waiting to say something

"I'm fine Unnie, i think you already know about my condition.." she said while looking at tam-tam

"Why you didn't tell us, Unnie?" Minji said

"I don't know how to tell it you guys and i don't want you to be sad. It'll be hard for me to see you like that especially of i tell you i have less than 12 months to
live.." she answered, Chaerin hold her hand

"No, you won't. Your going to live more than that, okay? You need to fight this.." she said

"I'm trying Chae, everyday im hoping that this is just a dream but sad to say it's not, this is the reality.." no one said a word, scared that if they say something
they will cry

"We're here to give you support Dara-Noona, we will pray for you and be here everyday, you and us will fight this together.." Jiyong said, Dara gave them a small smile then she look at Chaerin who's looking down, she placed her hand on Chaerin's cheek

"I'm sorry if i didn't tell you when i called you that night.." she said, Chaerin shook her head

"It's okay, you've got nothing to worry about.." she answered

"When is your surgery?" Taeyang ask her

"It's on saturday at 10 in the morning.." she answered

"We'll be there Unnie, we won't leave you all alone.." Jen said

"And i know after that you'll be okay, i'll take care of you, i promise.." Dara give Chaerin a hug

"I hope he gives me enough time, just a little time so i can spend my remaining days with you.." Dara whispered



Dara's family were there even Jen's parents, they are waiting patiently at the front of Operating Room, this scene happened like 3 years ago when Chaerin had a heart transplant but this time it's different, the doctors told them that whether they remove the tumor from her head, it will definitely grows back, they assure them that they will give her proper medications after the surgery. 2 hours passed.. 3.. 7 hours but neither one of them wants to go home, they were informed that the surgery will take 6-12 hours

"Here you go guys" Hendry bought some coffee and sandwhiches for them, they galdly accept it

"Thank you Hyung.." Seunghyun said

"Don't mention it, i know you guys won't leave this place so i decided to bring you some coffe instead.." he answered, he sits beside Chaerin

"You okay, Chaerin?" he asked

"Yes Oppa, i-i'm just nervous that's all, i didn't know this surgery will take so long.." she answered

"Don't worry, in couple of hours you'll see her again.."

"Oppa, thank you for taking care of Dara while she's far away from us.."

"No need to thank me, i treat her as my own daughter. You know Chaerin the time you had your operation and she was there, silently uttering a prayer. She visits you everyday, she always disguise herself so no one will it's her, she never leave your side until we talked to your doctor that you are safe to go home.."

"I know Oppa, she didn't leave me but i just leaved her like that, what kind of girlfriend i am?"

"Hey don't blame yourself, sometimes we made a decision without thinking twice or a million times, i know you didn't mean to hurt her or leave her, that time, that's the only right thing you knew to save her from pain.." Chaerin cried, she thought that if only she can turn back time, she'll search the world to find her, she doesn't care if she'll loose her career.


10 hours later, they saw the door of the Operating room opened, a man wearing a green clothes walks towards them

"Park-ssi family?" he asked, Hyun and Dara's mother came to him

"How is she?" her mother asked

"We successfully removed the tumor from her brain but her heart stopped twice during our operation.." he said, Dara's mother covered while Hyun give her support or she'll fall down

"We will put her in Neuro Critical Care Unit until her condition stabilize"  he added

"Can we see her?" Chaerin asked, she wants to be with Dara

"Sorry but you can't for now, i'll tell you if you can see her later or tomorrow. Excuse me.." he said and walk away

"Her heart stopped twice.." Jen said, they know it's not a good sign

"Sweetie, she'll be okay, we need to stay strong for her.." Megumi said, she hug her

"You guys head back to the building, we'll be the one who will monitor her condition.." Henry said

"But Hyung--" Henry cut him off

"No but's Seungri, you need to rest for a while, we will call you as soon as they'll tell us we can see her.." he said, they all nodded but Chaerin doesn't want to go

"Please let me stay here, Oppa. I don't want to leave her side, please let me stay.." she beg, Hyun look at his brother

"Okay Chaerin but you need to eat something, if you don't, i'll force to bring you home. Dara needs you and you know that" he said, Chaerin wipe her tears and nod her head

"Promise that you'll call us as soon as you can Dad.." Jen said to her father

"I will, i promise. NOw go, take some rest.."



"Chaerin-ah.." Chaerin fell asleep on the couch in the lobby, Hyun look for her and she saw her there

"Chaerin.." he repeated, he shook her shoulder carefully then she slowly open her eyes

"Oppa?" she said, Hyun smiled at her

"The doctor said her condition is stable, we can see her now.." he answered, Chaerin stood up, she felt  wave of relief in her body

"Really Oppa? Thank god!" she said

"Let's just wait for them, we can go inside the CCU but they said only 3 persons can go in for now.."

"Oppa, i wanna see her.."

"You will after her family.."


Dara's friends are patiently waiting for their turn, they decided that Chaerin will go after Dara's family and the rest will see her tomorrow. When they saw Mrs.Park and Dara's sister Durami walked out of the door, she immediately stand up

"It's your turn now Chaerin.." Mrs. Park said, Chaerin bowed first before heading to the Critical Care Unit, she picked up the phone when she reached the waiting area and immediately connected to a nurse station, after they talk to her, they guide her where she'll go, she needed to wear a lab gown and rub a sanitizer on her hands

"Right this way Miss.." the nurse told her then she saw Dara

"She'll be asleep the whole day because of the sedatives we gave her and some medications but you can talk to her if you want, she'll hear you" she added

"Thank You.." Chaerin answered

"Oh and you have to make your visit short because the patient needs enough rest and sleep.." Chaerin nod her head, the nurse push the button on the right side of the door to open it then she went inside. She saw that there are a lot of medical equipment connected to her body, her face is kinda swollen, her head is wrapped with a bandage and some wires are connected to her head to monitor her brain

"Dara.." she whispered, trying to control her tears, she's afraid to touch her fragile body

"It's me Chaerin.." she said again

"You did it baby, i told you you'll be okay.." tears started to fall from her eyes

"YOur so brave and a fighter like me.." she wanted to hear Dara's voice, she wants to see her eyes but all she could her is the beeping sound of the machines surrouding her bed

"When you wake up, i'm going to ask you something okay? And i promise you, once you open your eyes, i'll be the first one you'll see.."

"Please hang on baby, i'll be waiting for you.. I Love You so much.." Chaerin cried silently, so scared tht Dara will hear her crying
