After 2 days they bring Dara in her room again, she already woke up but sometimes she's having a terrible headache, her riends are always there for her, everyday they visit her even their schedules are hectic, Chaerin on the other hand extend her vacation so she can take care of her..

"Are you ready later?" Bom whispered to Chaerin, Dara is still sleeping, the nurses gave her some sedatives to ease the pain she's feeling

"I am Unnie but i'm scared if she'll say no.." she answered

"Why would she say that?"

"What if she thinks i only want this because of her condition?"

"But do you?"

"No Unnie, of course not! You know i love her right?"

"So there's nothing to worry about and i know she wouldn't say no.." Chaerin look at her then to Dara

"I really hope so, Unnie.."




"Unnie!" Jen said when she saw Dara opened her eyes, Megumi nudge her elbow and she look at her

"Lower your voice, aisht!" she said to her, Dara smiled at the two

"How are you feelin?" Jen asked her

"I'm okay, just feelin' a little dizzy.." she answered

"Can you help me to sit down.." Dara asked her

"Sure Unnie.." Megumi went to the other side of Dara then they help her to sit up

"Where are they?" she asked the two

"oh they just went outside to buy something, Unnie.." Megumi answered

"Oh okay.." then Dara heard a music

"What's that?" she asked pointing something on a floor, Jen and Megumi look to where she's pointing and saw a rc car with a a paper attach to a stick like a picket sign

*I Love You Baby* Dara read the message written on the paper, Jen and Megumi smiled, they still hear the music playing then suddenly Chaerin came in

"Chae.." Dara said, Chaerin walks to her slowly, staring at Dara's face, looking deeply into her eyes, not saying a single word, when she reach Dara's bed, she kneeled in front of her

"C-chaerin.." Dara said again

"Dara please listen to me for a while.." Chaerin said then the music played again

I'm so excited to meet you that day, i've bee secretly looking at the clock, watching the the clock will strike at 10 and there you are standing iin front of me.."

"You changed my life in an instant Dara, i know i did some bad things at you, i leaved and i lied to you but that didn't stop myself from loving you. This heart only beats for you baby, it may have changed but my love for you remains. I promised myself that i will ask you too marry me someday. Dara i want to ask you this.." Chaerin stop for a while when she saw tears falling from Dara's eyes

"Will you marry me?" Dara was about to sy something and she knows she will say no so she cut her off

"Please don't think that i asked you this because of your condition. Your the one i want to marry, since the first day i said i love you to you. Even if this thing happened or not, your still the one i want to spend my life with.." Chaerin is crying now too

"Chae.." she heard Dara speak

"Yes, i will marry you.." she added, Chaerin can't believe it

*She said yes!* her mind screamed

Chaerin put the ring on Dara's finger, she look at her and she saw her smiling in between her tears, their friends who is silently watching has also tears in their eyes

"This is true love.." Bom said

"I want to dance with you.." Dara whispered

"But--" Chaerin hesitated

"Don't worry, i'm fine.." she held Dara's hand and support her, she put both of her hands on her shoulder while Chaerin's hand are on Dara's waist

Dara and Chaerin dance slowly, enjoying each others wamrth

When Dara discharged from the hospital, Chaerin prepared a ceremony for her, a garden ceremony where all of their friends attended and with their families too, Chaerin wanted to invite some media but Dara said no, she doesn't want to risk her career. Hyun give Chaerin long vacation so she can spend some quality time with Dara. Though Dara needed to go to the hospital for a check-up once in a while, Chaerin didn't leave her side. She took care of her, making her feel how much she loves her..


7 months later..


Dara's sitting at the chair beside their bed, she's looking at Chaerin who's still sleeping, Dara recalls their dinner last night, she cooked food for Chaerin, telling stories and their adventures, laughing together at their jokes, hugging and cuddling one another. She slowly stand up from her chair, making her way back to bed. She remove the hair that's covering Chaerin's face, she smiled at her before she went out for a walk


2 hours later

"Unnie hurry up! We still need to prepare lunch when we get there!" Minji screamed, Bom is still inside the building talking to Hyun

"Aisht i'm coming! You kids can't wait!" she said when she got inside the van

"Well we're starving and i promised Dara-Unnie i'll teach her to make some desserts" Jen answered

"Everything set?" asked Seunghyun who will drive the van

"Yes!" they all answered



Chaerin woke up without Dara beside her, she look around their room but she's not there

"Dara?" she said when she walks toward the living room but still no sign of her, her heart beating like crazy

*Where could she be?* she asked herself, she run towards the kitchen when she saw a figure at the beach, she saw Dara playfully spinning with a smile on her face but she fall down on her knees

"Dara!" Chaerin shouted and she run towards her, she place Dara in between her legs, she leaned Dara's body towards her

"Chae.." she said, almost a whisper

"Yes baby, i'm here.." Chaerin answered, she can't understand why she's feeling different today

"Did i make you happy?" Dara asked

"Yes Dara very much. You know being beside will always make me happy and contented.."

"Baby, i'm sorry" Dara hold her hands, Chaerin felt she's cold this time her heart beats like crazy

"S-sorry for what baby?" she asked and place her chin on her shoulder

"Sorry.. Sorry if i can't be there.... be there with you to.... make our dreams come true...." Dara's trying hard to speak, she felt her body cold and her eyes are starting to get heavier

"Don't say that Dara, w-we can still make your dreams and our dreams come true.." Chaerin said, tears are building up in her eyes

"That's what... what i want to do... but i feel so tired..."

"Please baby, you need to hang on for me..." she cried

"H-hey... don't cry Chae... Y-you know i'll fight for you... b-but sometimes we can't help ourself to give up.."

"No Dara, no.."

"I should.... I should have not waited for 3 years.... to came back here...."

"I.. i want you to promise me something..."

"Promise  me that.... that you'll take care of yourself... w-when i'm gone... that.... you'll still continue to fullfill your dreams.."

"Dara please don't talk like that, you're not going anywhere.."

"Chae, please promise me.."

*Why are you doing this?? Why?! Please take me instead of her, please!* Chaerin mind scream while looking up at the sky

"Chae.." Chaerin closed her eyes

"I promise.." she whispered

"Thanks.." Dara buried her face on her neck

"Baby.."

"Yes?"

"Can i kiss you for one last time?" Chaerin closed her eyes again, she can't bear the pain she's feeling right now

"Sure baby.." she's trying not to let Dara knows she's crying but the soud of her voice betrayed her, Dara hold her chin

"Don't cry Chaerin-ah.." instead of asnwering Dara's question Chaerin kissed her, Dara broke the kiss first and she smiled

"Always remember that YOU are MY FIRST, MY LAST and MY FOREVER.." she said whil cupping Chaerin's face with her right hand, she buried her face again on her neck

"Please sing to me the song you chose when you proposed to me.." she heard Dara said, Chaerin can't speak anymore, she just nod and took a deep breath while holding Dara's hand

"I remember so well.... The day that you came into my life" she started singing, memories from the past flashes into her mind, the day when she met her, how she changed her life, Dara's love for her

"You asked for my name... You had the most beautiful smile.." she doesn't care anymore if her voice trail off from singing

"My life started to change... I'd wake up each day, feeling alright..."

"I Love You so much Chaerin.." she heard Dara whispered

"With you right by my side... Makes me feel things will work out just fine..."

"How did you know... i needed someone like you in my life... that there's just an empty space in my heart..." she suddenly felt Dara's grip on her hands started to loose, her head get heavier, she closed her eyes, she place her hand on top of

"Dara.." she said but there's no respond from her

"Dara please say something.." she said again, she look at her face, she saw Dara's eyes were close and she's pale

"Please wake up baby, please!" she said, softly shaking her body, waking her up but still Dara's eyes are closed

"Don't leave me Dara, i need you.. Please baby open your eyes.."

"You promised me that you'll attend my next concert, that we're going to buy a house of our own.. Please wake up.."

"Unnie.." she heard a voice calling her but she didn't look at her instead she look up at the sky

"Don't take her away please, give us more time, please give her back to me, i'm begging you.." she place her forehead on Dara's forehead, she's still hoping that Dara will open and her eyes but that didn't happen, she felt a hand on her shoulder, it's Bom

"I Love You.." she whispered into Dara's ears, hugging her tight, not wanting to let her go
