(This story was previously posted by me on another site, but I decided to share it on a different platform.  However, I don't think the chances of you having already read it to be that big. Enjoy.)  

This was written some time ago in 2010.

There is an original and an alternative ending.  I have marked where the alternative ending starts in the "Alternative Ending" chapter.  Enjoy.
