In myth the phoenix was known as a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or reborn. The phoenix was associated with the sun. A phoenix was said to obtain new life from the ashes of its predecessor. The myth was only partly right, instead of birds they were humaniod creatures, it was said they were birthed from the sun. The phoenix has unomaginable healing powers and has the control over the fire element. Phoeniz's were never reborn as babies but in their twenties, each resurection they tok knowledge never forgetting each life they lived.
