Arriving at the restaurant with his pesky group mates in the passenger seats of his car, JaeJoong threw the car into park and then climbed out quickly. Changmin was just so excited to eat that he had been just about chomping at the bit the whole ride there, and with YooChun and Junsu in the back the two had been goofing off and talking the entire time. This gave JaeJoong enough time to calm down and forget that his little date with Yunho was being ruined by the others.

Not that he didn’t want to spend time with the trio; Jaejoong loved everyone in the group. It had just been a very nerve wracking couple of days and he was afraid that the nerves would never ago. Maybe this date was going to set him at ease. Maybe he was going to finally get some stuff off his chest, but then the others decided to tag along and it’s not like JaeJoong could tell them what was actually going on.

So, heading into the restaurant, JaeJoong adjusted his sunglasses on his face and then the fedora on his head. The four were all wearing sunglasses to try and hide their faces, however it seemed that already people were recognizing them. It didn’t help that they were all just naturally good looking. Even if they weren’t famous idols who had taken the world by storm years ago and caused one of the biggest lawsuits for SM, the guys would have at least gotten some stares since they dressed so well and their faces were so pretty.

“Table for four?” The hostess at the front asked, looking at the guys. “Ah, no we’re actually here to meet someone!” Junsu said, a smile on his face as he wrapped an arm around Yoochun’s shoulders and leaned in closer to the woman. “Our hyung should already be here expecting us.” Yoochun agreed and then pulled Junsu’s arm from his shoulders and pushed him away playfully, causing Junsu to pout and push him back gently. “Play nice children…” JaeJoong said, completely unamused right now.

“Ah ne, right this way…” The hostess said once the guys all stared at her expectantly. JaeJoong wasn’t sure if she recognized them or not, however she seemed a little distracted. Smiling charmingly towards her though, Jaejoong started following her first, only for Changmin to get in his way and start forward first. Not sure if Changmin was excited to see YunHo, or just to eat, JaeJoong chuckled a little and let the maknae lead the way, following him shortly.

Seeing YunHo sipping on a glass of water, JaeJoong threw his hand up at eye level to wave to YunHo, a huge smile on his face. YunHo then smiled and waved back, only to pause and then look at the others and wave to them as well. Smiling that YunHo almost got caught giving him special attention, JaeJoong went to take the seat directly next to YunHo and then watched as Junsu and YooChun sat across from them and then Changmin took the head of the table.

“Aigoo look, our maknae is like a baby in his highchair at the end!” Junsu said, teasing Changmin only to get the younger to hit him upside the head. “Well, if your big didn’t take up two seats maybe I could have joined you there!” This reply from Changmin caused the group to laugh, especially Junsu who clapped his hands together and almost face plant into the table. Seconds later though, JaeJoong found himself unable to concentrate on the group. They continued to chatter, however under the table, JaeJoong could feel YunHo’s hand seek his out and then take JaeJoong’s slender hand in his large warm hand.

Eyes widening at the gesture, JaeJoong turned to look towards YunHo, a light blush appearing on his pale skin. A wide smile appeared on YunHo’s lips, showing those large pearly whites and the gentle wrinkles at the side of his eyes. Smiling in return, JaeJoong quickly turned away so that the others wouldn’t notice the giddy moment between the two. This must mean things had gone well with YunHo’s mom, right? The night before, it felt like YunHo’s mom was going to attack him with a broom and shoo him away. Maybe YunHo explained everything cleanly to her, maybe she had just been over reacting in a negative way and now she saw the light.

“So where did you sneak off to this morning, Hyung?” Changmin shot towards YunHo, causing JaeJoong to jump out of his thoughts as he’d been staring into space at the chopsticks on the table. Had there been silence? Or did Changmin decide to dig a little in the middle of everyone joking around? Looking up from where he’d been staring into space, JaeJoong felt YunHo’s warm hand slip out of his and move to pick up his glass of water and sip from it with a shrug. “I went to visit my mom…” Yunho said casually and looked towards the maknae who was looking at him suspiciously.

Of all the guys who might find out about JaeJoong and Yunho at this point, Changmin was probably the one. Junsu and YooChun were so wrapped up in their own things, however ChangMin seemed suspicious already. The second the waitress came though, his face instantly lit up and he was quick to order not only appetizers, but his full meal before everyone else had even had time to look at the menus to see what they wanted.

Once everyone placed their order, YunHo casually stood up and put his hand on JaeJoong’s shoulder for a second before then announcing he’d be back and then walked off towards the bathrooms. Jaejoong gulped back the nerves that balled up in his stomach as he watched the other walk off then took a sip of YunHo’s water before then crossing and uncrossing his legs under the table a couple times. Once JaeJoong was certain that YooChun and Junsu were entertaining Changmin with some story, JaeJoong silently stood up and slipped off to go meet YunHo in the bathroom.
