Mood: Dark

Theme/Prompt: Fear/Picture

I wake up, terrified, not knowing what happens next. Two days ago, everything was fine. Yesterday, someone pulled me off the stage. I couldn’t think. I didn’t know what happened. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what would have happened. I’m scared. I’m scared of my job. The job I loved so much.  I try to look on the bright side. My friends, my sisters, the people I loved. They would always be there for me, to save me like she did. I pretend nothing is wrong. But everything is. There is so much wrong.

Sometimes, I lie in bed, hoping I wouldn’t have to wake up because in dreams, nothing is real, nothing can hurt me. Awake, a world of monsters await me. And they were very much real.
