When Amber Liu moved (a bit unwillingly) from America to Korea with her parents and older twin sister for their senior year, she expected nothing but smooth sailing towards her goal. She wanted nothing more but to graduate in the top 100, get accepted into Seoul University, major in Law, then get a job at one of the most prestigious law firms in all of Korea. Maybe get a boyfriend around step 3. But only step 3. Not before. Simple, but effective. But, when she meets her annoyingly handsome neighbor, his annoyingly handsome cousin, and his group of equally annoyingly handsome friends, she starts to question her goals. Not part of the plan, at all. It all goes down the toilet, mainly because of this one annoyingly handsome neighbor who's decided on his own that he would help her find her path. 

When Kim Jongin, also known as Kai, planned his senior year of high school, he never imagined he would be spending most of his time with his boyish Chinese-Korean neighbor, trying to get her to realize that being a lawyer was not her true calling and trying to convince her to help him charm her sister. But, what does Jongin know? He barely has time to plan what he eats for dinner, let alone his life after high school. He figures, he'll figure it out when he gets to that point. 

Characters: 

Amber Liu (also called Yiyun and Eunyoung):  

AGE: 19; A Chinese-Korean girl who's not exactly your typical girl. She likes sports, hates the color pink, and loves to write her own songs. She loves her cropped hair, and prefers to wear boys' clothing to the things her sister wears. But despite all these things, she's got natural aegyo and can't help but be childish. She's got her whole life planned out. Her parent's always wanted her to be a lawyer, and she wants that too. Although she would never admit it, she's always felt overshadowed by her tall, gorgeous fraternal twin sister. 

Kim Jongin (also known as Kai): 

AGE: 18; A full Korean boy who's skipped a grade. Kai's one of the popular boys of the school, with his friends, who call themselves EXO. He's more relaxed and has no idea what he wants to do when he gets older. He figures he'll find it when it wants to be found. He's not exactly a playboy, having only one girlfriend in the past, but likes to be extremely arrogant, especially to piss off Amber. 

Kris Wu (also called Yifan or Duizhang) 

AGE: 19; The Chinese-Korean cousin of Jongin who seems cold as first, but is rather dorky and funny as you get to know him. Kris is one of the 2 leaders of EXO, being co-leader with his close friend, Suho. Kris isn't a playboy, but rather, enjoys going on dates. There hasn't been one Saturday when the handsome Kris Wu was home alone--he was either on a date or hanging out with the rest of EXO. 

Victoria Liu (also called Songqian) 

AGE: 19; The twin sister of Amber who's tall, beautiful and smart. She's very cute, and has natural aegyo because of her big eyes. She loves her sister to death and really does treat her as a baby, even though Victoria's only older by 8 minutes. She's sometimes jealous of Amber's amazing social skills and her sports ability. 

EXO: 

AGES: 18-19; EXO are the popular boys of Seoul High because they are all so handsome. They're very friendly, and even try to recruit Amber into their group, until they find out she's a girl. All of them grow especially close to and protective of Amber, though it's really just Tao, Sehun and Chanyeol who are overly protective of her. 

F(x): 

AGES: 18-19; Krystal, Luna and Sulli are Victoria and Amber's first friends at their school. They introduced themselves and were shocked to find out that they were twins.
