{ Chapter Two - Project Partners?

Hyesungs third lesson that day was maths. And to his horror the teacher wanted to start the lesson with a project. Everyone was quick in getting a partner but since Hyesung doesn't know anyone he ended up having no partner. And Eric also. Hyesung and Eric were choosen to be project partner and Hyesung asked himself how fate could be that cruel.

"Why are you like this to me??", Eric wanted to know and once pouted.

"Yah! Stop behaiving like a little child and let us choose one theme!", Hyesung was annoyed and looked through the themes. Maths was one of the subjects he hates the most even though he had been one of the best in his class back in Daegu. And the tests to get on this school in maths had been pretty simple for him to. He passed with a score of 75 of 78 points.

"I'd like to do this!"

Hyesung took a look at the theme Eric had choosen. 'Show the relationship between ...'

"Yah, just because it is the shortest it doesn't mean that it is easy to solve! Do you have any ideas how to do this? You would have to spend two days to get the results! And other four days to show the relationship and to explain it with our own words. Heck, I don't want to spent my first week just doing this project. We will choose another one!"

Eric just nodded, quiet surprised with Hyesungs speech and looked once again through the theme. He wasn't bad in maths but not good either. Eric was a normal student with normal grades. He never had any problems with catching the stuff especially physics. That was one of his most hated subjects.

"We are taking this one. This is easy but not to simple. And we could get this done within three days. Hey! You mikkulaji! Are you even listening?!"

Hyesung waved his hand in front of Erics face but got no answer.

"Ouch!", Eric yelled after being hit on the forehead. "What?"

"I said that we will take this one. It is easy and we can get it in three days"

"Ok, but no need to hit me like this!"

"Argh! Then stop spacing out and listen to me, you mikkulaji!"

"Don't call me that!"

"I call you whatever I want!"

"YAH! JUNG PILKYO AND ERIC MUN! Stop screaming at each other and go back to your seats!"

Hyesung and Eric turned around to see their maths teacher standing in front of them. Eric went back to his place in the second row while Hyesung was, once again, seated in the back.

"Your theme?"

"023", Hyesung said and the teachter nodded.

"Deadline is Wednesday in one week."

After the lesson ended, Hyesung went straight to Eric.

"We will start tomorrow with the project. I have no time. I still need to look for my room at one of the schools' dorms.", and with that Hyesung left Eric, quickly going to his next lesson.

"You are lucky to have Eric as your partner! He is working really good!"

"Whatever, Jin-ah. I don't like him! This mikkulaji is getting on my nerves!"

Hyesung and Junjin were sitting in the music room, listening to their music teacher explaining something about the different music styles. Hyesung was surprised that Junjin had music with him since the younger was still a junior but Junjin told him that most of the juniors took sports as their extra subject so the principal decided to throw the juniors and seniors together. They should listen to their teacher but both of the boys weren't really interested in what he was saying; something about his themes to sing a song.

"Why? I don't get it, Hyesung. Did he say something to you?"

"No! His personality is just - urgh! I don't even have a word to describe it!"

Hyesung pulled his hair in frustration and Junjin chuckled. He had to think of the quote "opposites attract". Hyesung continued to rant about Eric and Junjin just nodded and started to take notes, a smile on his lips as he listened to Hyesung.

After their last lesson for today Hyesung and Junjin waited for the others. Minwoo and Eric came out of the building, followed by Andy and Dongwan.

"So, what are we going to do?", Dongwan asked as the group started to move.

"Movie?", Andy suggested but everyone shook their heads.

"You have to plan without me. I still have to find my room in one of the dorms of the school."

"Just let us do it together!", Minwoo said and everyone agreed.

"Let me take a look at that note", without waiting for an anwer Minwoo took the note and Eric also looked in it and frowned. Afer seeing Eric reaction, Junjin took the paper and started laugh.

"Oh my god, this is going to be fun!", Junjin said while handing Andy the paper.

"What? What is wrong with the room?", Hyesung wanted to know and waited for the others to come down.

"Well, you will share your room with me", Eric said and smiled at him.

"Yah! No way! I am going to let this get changed! I don't want to share a room with you!"

The group couldn't help but laugh again as Hyesung started to hit Eric and run after him.

"Like cat and mouse"

"Or oil and water"

"This is going to be interesting, Wannie. I bet that they will end up together shortly until the year's over"

"No way Minwoo, earlier"

"I think you are right, Andy. Let us give them ... two months?"

"Ok, deal!"
