Chapter 5: It's Just a Game

[Normal POV]

"Oppa, I don't know... Wouldn't it seem kind of much to do this?" Asked an unsure Monique who was now in front of the building she was in the day before, trying to get an audition.

"You said that you were determined for that choreographer job- so you have to!" Retorted Leeteuk with a look of satisfaction and annoyance.

"But in front of all those people? Wouldn't it just emberass that SM indistry? Wouldn't it just make them want to not give me the job?" Monique asked, looking up to her Oppa with wondering eyes. Leeteuk sighed.

"At least you'll be putting forth an effort to show your determination- now go, Donghae's got the stereo system ready already," Leeteuk said, pushing the girl in front of the reflective windows of the building, breathing in deeply through .

I hope I can do this! It's so emberassing! Thought Monique, looking at Donghae.

Donghae threw her a soft smile and wink, and as if reading her mind, said," Don't be emberassed if you've got the talent and drive, you can do this! Fighting!" And with that, Donghae blasted the music through the speakers of a remix version of Sweat by Chris Brown and ran back behidn the trees of the small park across the street of his own business building with his hyungs.

People started to stop and look at the girl in a pair of light gray sweats and a loose shirt, hair down and slightly messy with bracelletes around her wrists, anticipating for what she was going to do to entertain them.

Monique bit her lip softly and blushed lightly, trying to persuade herself to move her body like she was able to at her studio back home and breathed in deeply, nodding and getting over her caution, ready for her movements to become one with the music.

The boys looked at the girl in awe as she began to move her body with the music, hitting each beat perfectly and flowy, as if she was made for this kind of work. Her body worked seductively to match the tone of the song and yet hit her moves hard and big, making the movements completely noticable.

All parts of the girl's body was working as one, all parts moving at once.

"Donghae-" Siwon called for the man for his attention, "you like her, huh?"

Donghae looked at the man with wide eyes while everyone else's eyes looked at him, already knowing the answer to the question.

Leeteuk anticipated for the man's answer, "Donghae-ah? Do you?"

Donghae looked back and forth to the men and gulped, "I suppose I have found a liking to her..."

Eunhyuk elbowed him, "Don't lie! We've seen the look and the way you treat her so fragily." Eunhyuk sighed and rested his chin on his palm," too bad cause I kinda found myself liking her myself..." Donghae turned and glared at the boy, who just chuckled,"so you DO like her!"

Donghae found himself blushing, the group then poking fun at him,"Leeteuk-hyung`" Yesung called, making the leader turn at the whisper,"you like her too, huh." It was more of a statement than a question, making the older trying to cover his blush.

"Sungie-ah, I can't, Donghae likes her..." Yesung placed a hand on his hyung's shoulder,"Just cause Donghae-hyung likes her doesn't mean you can't. He hasn't claimed her as his, has he?"

Leeteuk looked towards the dancing person across the street and nodded,"I suppose, but I'll let him have her for now, he is my dongseng, I can't treat him like that after knowing he cares for her in the same way I do. I don't want to hurt him."

Yesung nodded, "Don't wait too long, hyung, or it'll be too late for you. You can't just make everyone else happy and not tend to yourself."

Leeteuk nodded slowly, acknowledging the comment,"And it seems Eunhyuk has a slight crush on her, too."

Kyuhyun smirked after hearing the short conversation between his olders and shook his head.

Stupid hyungs, it's just a crush. Tell her you like her already. You call yourselves men, hah. Maybe I should throw myself into this game?

Kyuhyun sat with a smirk across his face, trying to hold back a chuckle.

The boy's heads turned to the dancing girl who was now surrounded by a big crowd already, sweat showing itself on her back and lightly dripping down her forehead.

Kyuhyun sat, I can play this game- she's not that bad of a girl to act like I like her. A smile formed on his lips, making up his mind on the matter.

Monique's head turned slightly to see the group of men watching her and smiled as a signal that she was glad to have been pushed into doing such a thing and that she was having fun.

"What are YOU doing here again?!" Monique's body didn't stop moving with the music as she turned to come face-to-face with the woman she had confronted at the front desk the previous day.

"I'm doing what I originally came to Korea for: to dance." Monique stated breathlessly, still dancing swiftly with the music.

"You can't do this- we've already chosen the choreographer for Super Junior, I'm terribly sorry," her voice leaked with sarcasm, crossing her arms and raising a slight eyebrow upward, watching the girl's face slightly drop.

"What's going on out here?" Asked a man in a suit, walking out of the SM building, looking at the girl dancing continuously.

"Hyung!" Cried out Henry in a small voice, "It's the manager!" Everyone's heads turned back to the building, the smiles quickly vanishing from their faces.

Leeteuk, Donghae and Eunhyuk found themselves running across the street towards the crowd of people.

I can't get her into trouble! It's only her second day here and she's already cried once! Thought Donghae while running to the girl to aid her, Even if that means revealing who I am!

The three young men then were in front of their manager, shielding the girl with their bodies, "Manager!" Cried Leeteuk,"We want her!"

Monique's ears perked up at the word 'manager' escaping her older's mouth, her body freezing from the previous movements.

The manager looked down at the men with a raised eyebrow, "What are you talking about? We've already chosen your choreographer, plus the decision has nothing to do with you, now go, you start your schedules tomorrow. Don't waist your time on petty little things such as this girl."

When the man turned to go back to the building, his assistant next to him, smirking downward at the dancer, Donghae found himself speaking, "I'll leave Super Junior if she's not our choreographer."

The manager quickly turned and looked at the boy wide-eyed.

Donghae was serious.

The man laughed, "Yeah right, if you were to leave Super Junior for something as small as this, you'd be back at being a nobody again. Are you sure you want to risk that?"

Donghae stood firmly, "Are you sure you want to start a contreversy about possibly losing a member? Losing money from the loss of me?" Leeteuk eyed his younger and stepped between the two men.

"I'll leave too if she's not the choreographer." He stated smoothly.

Donghae eyed his hyung quickly before looking back at his manager with a stern look on his face.

The manager bit his cheek and looked down at the two men, contemplating quickly, "Fine, we'll settle this with a dance off then."

The three boys looked at eachother.

"We made a decision on the choreographer yesterday, there'll be a dance off between the two girls." The manager stated.

"Wait!" Eunhyuk jumped in,"We want three judges being from the crowd. I don't want any biased in this competition then!"

The manager bit his inner cheek again and scowled, "Fine."

So... they're Super Junior then...

Monique thought carefully as she warmed up, loosening her muscles in her body.

Stop thinking about that and focus!

Monique slapped herself mentally, trying to focus on what needed to be done. Her opponent eventually stepped out of the building, a beautiful woman with obvious -apeal. Monique cringed, I see.

The judges from yesterday were just looking at outward appearances and "y" feel.

How degratting! Thought the girl as she looked over the girl's body, She's hardly a dancer! Look at those legs! There's no muscles of obvious training!

Donghae looked at the opponent and cringed, then looked at Monique's facial expressions, She's thinking what I'm thinking.

The music started to play as Monique's opponent began to roll her hips ily to the men in the crowd, then to the judges.

Her style doesn't even match the music! Super Junior and Monique thought instintally.

I am NOT dancing like that on stage! Thought Yesung as a scowl found it's way to his face.

The opponent's face turned ual and went to Siwon and began to grind on him as if they were at the club. Siwon quickly backed away from the girl as if she was infested.

Hello! He's a Christian! Thought Leeteuk with a disgusted and displeasured look on his face.

The music then changed to another song, queing Monique to begin. Her body went with the sound of the music, yet again becoming one. The crowd watched in awe as she hit every beat yet again perfectly. The small body bent and straightened with the tone of the music, footwork clean and crisp while her upper body mocked the movements of her feet.

The judges watched, obviously into her movements and flow.

The song ended moments later, and Monique had hit a freeze position perfectly. The judges and the crowd took in the show and applauded loudly.

Monique sweaty body was obviously exhausted from her second round of dance, her facial features flushed. Donghae walked to her, offering a water bottle. Monique's eyes slightly glarred at the man and accepted the water.

I know I'm in for it, sighed Donghae's mind.

"Well, I think it's obvious on who the winner is in this battle," started a judge, "Ms. Kurtz, you'll be starting your choeographer career in Seoul for Super Junior and their sub units starting next week, congratulations!" The crowd applauded and commented on the young woman. A couple minuted passed, and the crowd disappeared- going their seperate ways.

Monique nodded with a sweet smile, bowed slightly and thanked the judges. The girl turned to walk away and go to a hotel room and came face-to-face with Donghae and Leeteuk.

"Monique-ssi, I can explain-" Leeteuk began, but Monique walked passed them and sat at a bench.

"Please, let us explain..." Donghae pleaded, Monique looking another direction, avoiding the men's gazes.

"Why...Why didn't you tell me?" Monique asked smoothly, "I asked if you knew them and you lied by telling me you've only heard their songs!" Her voice raised slightly.

"That...was Henry, not us!" Donghae grumbled.

"Well, you didn't exactly correct him now did you? I trusted you and you lied to me about all this. You even made me late to my audtion FOR you guys!" Her head turned to look at the boys' heads who we're now downcasted.

Monique sighed, making the two look up at her, "Now, explain yourselves, please. I don't want to be mad about something I don't understand fully."
