“How can I be falling in love with a fan?” Leo scoffed but couldn’t help but think that Hyuk could have been right.

“Love has no boundaries. Your weakness may be puppies and kids but Yerin Noona might become your weakness as well.”  Hyuk murmured as he went back to his room.

*What the heck?* Leo went back to the bedroom after charging the ipad. He couldn’t fall asleep, however. He kept on tossing and turning, thinking about what Hyuk said. He ended up thinking about Yerin, Yena, and Chance too. *I didn’t realize how much they would occupy my mind….* He whispered out loud when the sun was starting to rise. *Let’s get at least 5 hours of sleep.* and so eventually, his eyelids closed and he dozed off to a nice dream.

It was about 9 in the morning when the members woke up. Leo was the only one still sleeping.

“Hey, someone go wake Taekwoon up.” N said to the members. “We have a schedule today. We’re filling in for Shindong Sunbaenim’s Shimshimtapa.”

“I’ll wake him up.” Hyuk offered and went inside the room to see Leo in deep sleep.

“Hyung. Wake up.” Leo didn’t move an inch. “Hyung….” Hyuk poked his side. Leo moved a little but refused to wake up. “Hyung, Yerin’s waiting in the living room for you.”

“BWOH?” Leo immediately got up and then grasped what was actually happening. Hyuk was being a troll. “Yah. I’m gonna kill you.” Leo started to reach for Huk’s neck so he could do a headlock on him.

“Sorry Hyung! But you have to wake up. Did you have a hard time sleeping last night?” Hyuk tried to move away from him.

“Yeah, thanks to you!”

“What did I do?” Hyuk asked, nonchalantly.

“You said that I was falling in love with Yerin!” He suddenly whispered, not wanting the others to hear.

“I don’t remember that. Maybe I was sleepwalking?” Hyuk pretended to not know anything but in fact he said that on purpose because he wanted his Hyung to realize his feelings.

“I know you know what you said. But I don’t think it’s possible.”

“So you’re saying that spending hours on twitter and working out excessively isn’t a sign of liking someone? That you want to appear more attractive to her?”

“I am not going to get lectured by someone who’s 5 years younger than me.” Leo got up, changed his clothes, brushed his teeth, and went to the kitchen to eat Special K cereal with the rest of the members.

“Hey Hakyeon…I just wanted to say sorry for the way I was acting yesterday. I just don’t really think I would do all of that if I did date her.” Leo murmured to N when he sat down next to him.

“No problem. Just prove it when you do date her. We’ll support you.” N, along with the other members, all grinned at Leo.

"I never said I was going to date her!"

"But you want to. Admit it. I saw your face yesterday when she said you guys were just friends."

*I made a face? But I'm the pokerface...* Leo just shook his head and started to eat his cereal. 

A few hours later,VIXX went to the radio station to host Shimshimtapa, which fans enjoyed a lot. 

When the members came home, Leo went straight to the ipad because he realized that he had forgotten to reply to Yerin. But it seemed that she changed the subject and said "Oppa, you guys were really funny. Especially when Female President was playing and everyone was dancing but you were the only one that stayed still."

"Those guys are just idiots. But I'm glad you enjoyed it." Leo replied before he and the other members left to their practice room. They were going to perform Hyde and On and On at the Half year special at Inkigayo. It seemed that their break had ended shorter than expected because they were going to have a comeback!

A few days passed by and Leo and Ken were at the park again. They had finished recording one of their songs from their repackaged album. 

"Tell me again why two grown men are sitting on top of the jungle gym." Leo sighed, feeling a little annoyed. *Why do I put up with this kid?*

"I wanted to see from up top! The view is nice."

Leo rolled his eyes. "It's 1 in the morning. How can the view be nice at this time?" *Well, at least the stars look nice.*

"Oh look! It's Yerin!" Ken exclaimed. Leo suddenly looked at the direction Ken pointed to. *it really is her.* Yerin was sitting on a swing and had her back towards them.

"I wonder why she's by herself. You wanna talk to her, Hyung? I'll be up here."

"Okay." Leo climbed back down and went towards Yerin. He noticed that she was pondering deeply about something. *Wait, this is my first time approaching her. She's usually with Yena or Chance.* Leo began to get self-conscious after what Hyuk and N had said to him. *Whatever. I'll talk to her normally.*

"Hey Yerin. Why are you here at this time of night?"

"Oh Oppa. Didn't expect you to be here. I just came here to think."

"Is it okay for you to leave Yena and Chance alone?" Leo inquired.

"They're both at my parents' house right now."

"Why? What exactly are you thinking about that made you come to the park at 1 in the morning?" Leo asked, suddenly regretting that he might have been asking too much of her.

"The reason why they're at my parents' house and why I am here is because of my ex-boyfriend. You remember how I talked to you about him from before?"

"Yeah, the jerk."

"Correct." Yerin smiled briefly before resuming talking. "Well his name is Sanghee. He's a year older than me. He's trying to come back into my life."

"What the heck? So he still has feelings for you?" Leo didn't like where this was going.

"I honestly have no idea. But he came to my apartment out of nowhere yesterday. He even tried to give Yena candy and toys and stuff. We didn't accept any of it though, well, except a lollipop. He told me that he wanted to get back together."

"What did you tell him?"

"I told him I would think about it and told him to leave."

"So you're thinking about it now?"

"Yeah, I took Chance and Yena to my parents so he wouldn't be able to bother them."

"So what do you think? Are you gonna date him again?" Leo asked, anticipating the answer.

Yerin sighed and looked up at the night sky. "I don't know. A part of me misses him, another part of me wants to punch him in the face, and the other part of me wants me to stay friends with him. I really don't know what to do."

"Just give it some time. I'm sure he won't mind."

"Yeah... But the thing is, I'm friends with his cousin and she told me that if I reject him, he has another girl to go to."

"Just from hearing that then, isn't the answer obvious?"

"Well, yeah I guess…" She continued to look at the stars in the sky. "I don't think I need to date anytime soon."

"Well, whatever you're gonna do, I'll support you."

"Aww thanks, Oppa. It's pretty awesome having a kpop idol as your friend."

*I never thought that I would become good friends with a fan either.  Or even start liking her too....* Leo realized what he had just thought. *Hold up. Did I just admit that I like her? Crap.*

Leo suddenly avoided looking at her. But when he did look at her again, he thought, *She looks nice under the streetlight.*

The whole time the two of them were talking, Ken was looking at them from afar, grinning from ear to ear.

"Aww my Hyung's in love! The two of them look nice together, I'm jealous." Ken ended up interrupting them.

"Hey Yerin! How are you?" Leo glared at Ken as he smiled at her.

"I'm alright." Yerin murmured. "Well, it was nice talking to you, Oppa. I'll see you guys later." Yerin got up, bowed to the two of them and left.

Leo continued to glower at Ken once she left.

"Was that necessary?"

"I was just jealous. Besides, it's time to go in anyway. We gotta go practice again."

"Araso." They went inside and practiced the choreography for the new title track. Though Leo had messed up a couple times because he kept on thinking about Yerin. But the VIXX members didn't mind. They liked seeing this side of him. He was falling in love after all. 

The next day was Saturday, where VIXX would perform on Inkigayo. It was nice being on stage again. All the members agreed that seeing the fans made them more energetic and less tired. 

After the performance, the members watched it from the monitor and Leo cringed when the green eyes appeared. The members laughed.

"Haha CG effect is awesome!" Hongbin exclaimed.

When all schedules ended that day, Leo fell asleep in the van.

"Yah guys. I think we should get the two of them on a date!" N exclaimed.

"Hyung, I don't think that's a good idea. What if our manager finds out?" Ravi asked, glad that the manager was sleeping. He was tired so Ken was driving them instead.

"Even if he finds out, I don't think he would tell the CEO. We trust him. But anyway, when we get home, here's what we'll do." N discussed his strategy with the members. Leo didn't know what was coming.

The first step was to have the two youngest go and take the ipad before Leo could take it while Ravi distracts him by asking him pointless questions.

When the members arrived home, Hyuk and Hongbin immediately ran for the ipad, which made Leo a little annoyed when he realized he couldn't talk to Yerin. But he didn't know that he had forgotten to sign out of twitter. 

"Hyung, how did you think our performance went?" Ravi began his annoying questionnaire.

"Didn't we already talk about this?"

"Oh we did? Okay well then how do you think our comeback is gonna go?"

"I don't know. Great, hopefully."

"So when are you gonna ask Yerin out?"

"YAH!" Leo started chasing Ravi around the living room.

"Just our luck!" Hyuk cheered when he clicked the twitter app. It was already signed in with Leo's account, but Hongbin shushed him, afraid Leo might hear, but he wasn't paying attention anyway since he was busy trying to beat the crap out of Ravi.

They quickly went to the room that Leo wasn't occupying and looked for the message with Yerin.

"Dang he talked to her a lot." Hongbin commented. There were over 300 messages in the past week. 

"He must really like her then." They read the most recent one and it said "You guys did awesome with the performance today! It was an awesome birthday present." 

"Oh, so her birthday's today?"

"There's only 2 hours left until it's the 15th! We gotta hurry then! Might as well make the date today." So the two of them wrote, "Oh Happy Birthday,Yerin-ah. How about we meet up so I can give you a present?"

"Oppa, you don't have to. It's pretty late. You don't need to bother with that."  She replied instantly.

The next step was for N to come in and start messaging Yerin if she felt that she was bothering Leo. 

"Hyung, today's her birthday." Hyuk noted. N read the messages and quickly came up with a reply. "Don't be like that; it won't take long, besides I haven't seen Yena or Chance in a while."

"Araso. It better not be a big present or anything. At the park right? I'll be there in 20 minutes." N proudly showed a victory sign and the maknaes cheered. 

The last step was for Ken to take Leo to the park again to meet up with her.

"Yah, we're always going to the park now. Don't tell me you want to see Yerin?" Leo asked, suspiciously.

"Hyung, obviously it's you that wants to see her. Don't make excuses; I'm just helping you out." Ken laughed as he dragged him to the park.

The rest of the members followed behind them, of course.

Yerin kept true to her promise. She was there in exactly twenty minutes along with Yena, looking adorable as always. 

"Hey Oppa. Ummm Hi, Ken Oppa."

"Hi Ken ahjusshi! Hi Leo ahjusshi!" Yena flashed them a smile.

"Hi Yerin and Yena. But I'll be leaving." Ken beamed before going back to the others. Leo didn't understand what was happening.

"So what's my birthday present?"

"A ring?"  Yena suggested. "Yena, don't say that." Yerin scolded her daughter. 

*Wait, it's her birthday?* Leo turned around and could see the members still standing near that brick wall. *I'm gonna get you guys...You guys are in huge trouble....*

"Umm. I'll sing you happy birthday."

"That's it?" Yena looked disappointed.

"Yena, that's not polite. Leo ahjusshi's singing voice is very nice, you've heard it before."

"Okay." Yena waited for Leo to start singing. Leo cleared his throat and sang happy birthday in English.

"Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday to you~, Happy birthday dear Yerin-ah, Happy birthday to you~~~" When Leo finished singing, he noticed that Yerin was blushing for the first time because of him.*How cute.*

"Thank you very much, Oppa. I really liked it."

"Kiss!" Yena cheered. At this point, the members were very satisfied and walked towards them. They agreed with Yena.

"Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Yerin had no choice but to kiss him on the cheek so now Leo was blushing like a tomato.

"Yay!" Yena shouted in joy. 

"Okay bye guys. Yena, say bye." Yerin couldn't look at Leo directly, since she was embarrassed as well.

"Bye Hyuk Oppa and ahjusshis!" They waved bye except Leo who was still in shock from the kiss.

"Woo! We made awesome progress today, don't you think guys?" N said pretentiously.

"Hakyeon..." Leo walked towards him and tried to put his hands around N's neck. The others had to pull Leo off but they ended up all getting hit by him.

"Taekwoon-ah, you should thank us!" N babbled. "You would have never gotten that far without us! Now we know she likes you back!"

"Aish..." after the blushing ceased, Leo went back to his normal pokerface and went back to the dorm without the others. But as soon as he reached his room, he literally jumped in happiness.

*I can't believe that actually happened!* He went to go get the ipad and read what the members had typed to Yerin.

"I'm really sorry you had to do that."

"It's okay! I didn't dislike it. Thanks again for the present, Oppa."

Leo smiled and went to bed happily that night. So since that night, the two of them had gotten closer than before.

Almost a week later, VIXX, their manager, and their CEO wanted to go out to eat to celebrate. They had released the sound teaser for "You're Impressive."

"Where do you guys want to eat?" Their CEO, Hwang Seijin questioned.

"Hyung. What about that restaurant that you-know-who works at?" Hongbin proposed.

“Who, are they a friend of yours?” The CEO Hwang Seijin inquired.

“Voldemort?” Ken admonished while doing some aegyo. Everyone just sighed and walked away from him.

“Why? You guys are mean!” Ken pretended to cry. But he caught up with them. The 8 of them headed to Millennium. They didn’t realize how close by it was. It was only 7 minutes away from Jellyfish Entertainment.

When they arrived, N mentioned Yerin’s name and they got 20% off of their bill.

“Hello, I’m Yerin, I’ll be your waitress today. Oh, what a coincidence. Hello VIXX members.”

They said hi and Yerin showed them to their seats. N and Hyuk sat between the CEO and the manager on the side of the table that wasn’t facing the window. Leo, Ravi, Hongbin and Ken were across them. 

 “Please take your time looking at the menu and tell me when you are ready to order.”

“Thank you.” The CEO and manger both said and started to look at the menu. When Yerin left, the manager whispered to N “Is that the girl that you guys have been talking about lately? One of you guys like her, right?”

N got all wide-eyed and looked at Leo who was sitting right across from him. Leo shook his head.

“She’s just a friend to us.” N said softly. The manager noticed N and Leo’s little communication but changed the subject.

About 5 minutes later, they called for Yerin and she took their orders. While they were waiting for their food, Leo couldn’t help but watch Yerin as she worked. From cleaning tables, taking orders, and comforting kids on their high chairs, it seemed that Yerin truly cared about her job. *What a hard worker.* Leo smiled to himself. He thought that about her a lot.

“Taekwoon-ah. Taekwoon-ah!” The CEO called him.

“Hmm?” Leo looked his way. “Oh sorry I wasn’t paying attention. What did you say?”

“I was starting to talk about your comeback.” Leo nodded and the CEO continued.

“There’s going to be a lot of competition this time. There’s B.A.P, Exo, Infinite, Beast, and many more. But it doesn’t matter if you win number one or not. What matters are the fans, right?”

The members nodded in agreement.

“I wish my birthday wish could come true though. And I’m sure the fans would be happy to get chicken.” N expressed sincerely.

“We’ll just have to see. VIXX hwaiting!” The members all cheered and as if it was on cue, the food arrived.

“You guys are that happy the food came?” Yerin asked.

“Oh, uh sure!” N chirped. It had only been 10 minutes but the food came pretty quick.

“Thanks!” All the VIXX members exclaimed.

“No problem. Let me know if you need something. Enjoy!” She left to serve the next customer.

As the members and their manager and CEO chattered while eating, Leo noticed a guy that came in the restaurant by himself. It didn’t look like he wanted to eat. Instead, he asked the manager something and he called for Yerin.

“Yerin-ah! Someone wants to see you.” *Oh no, please don’t be who I think it is.*

“Who is it? I’m kinda busy waiting for the customer’s food.” Yerin was near the area where the cooks put the dishes and bowls of food out. But she left and went up to the manager.  She didn’t see who it was until the manager moved out of her sight.

“Oh. Sanghee Oppa.” *Dang it, it really is him.* Leo sighed. The members beside him noticed and looked over in his direction.

“I’ll give you 10 minutes, Yerin, and then back to work.”

“Okay. Thanks.”

So the ex-couple went outside to talk. They were right in front of the window where VIXX was sitting and the majority of the VIXX members could see what was going on.

Leo quickly finished his food and hoped that nothing bad would happen between them. *If only I could hear what they were saying.* He thought while sipping his soda.

Meanwhile, Yerin was contemplating about what to say to him shince she knew why he was there. She just didn’t think that it would happen when she was working. “Oppa, what is it?"

“It’s been too long since I’ve asked you. Why aren’t you give me a proper answer? Does that mean that you don’t want to be with me? Did you find someone else?”

“It’s not like that, Oppa. I’ve been busy with work as you can see.”

“You could have at least texted me or something. And how come you haven’t been answering my calls either?”

“Like I said, I’m busy!” Yerin stated.

“You don’t work every single day 24/7.”

“How would you know? How did you even find out where I was working?”

“Jina told me.” Sanghee sighed. However, for some reason, he felt a strong presence from behind him. He turned around and saw a guy staring right at him, along with some blond guy. “What the heck are they looking at?”

Yerin looked at the window and saw Leo and Ravi looking at them. She motioned to stop looking *Cut it out!* by having her hand going across her neck. Ravi stopped but Leo continued to look.

“Don’t mind them. Look the truth is… Jina also told me that you have a rebound girl to go to if I rejected you. So it would be nice if we stayed friends. You can go to your girlfriend and I will continue to take care of Yena and work.”

“I don’t want that though.”

“Then maybe you shouldn’t have had a rebound girl in the first place.” Yerin fumed and was about to go back in but Sanghee grabbed ahold of her wrist and it was quite painful for Yerin.

“Oppa! That hurts! Let go!” Yerin tried to shake him arm off but it wouldn’t move. At this point, Leo didn’t care about what would happen if he interfered. He just wanted to help her. “I’ll be right back.”

“You found someone else, didn’t you? Didn’t those 2 years of dating mean anything to you? I told you I can take care of Yena but she has to be with your parents for half of the week. Can’t we do that?”

“It hurts!” “Yerin-ah, just give me a chance.”

“Oppa, I said-“

 “She said to let go. You’re hurting her.” Leo interjected.

“Who the hell are you? Wait a second, aren’t you a singer?” He let go but didn’t apologize for hurting Yerin. He didn’t even notice the big red mark she had around her wrist.

“If she doesn’t want to get back together with you, you just have to accept it. You can go to the other girl, plan B. Plus you don't deserve her anyway.” Leo advised.

“Yerin, who the hell is he? How does he know about this?” Sanghee asked but Yerin ignored him and went closer to Leo.

“Oppa, you didn’t have to do this.” Yerin murmured to him.

“Of course I had to. Look, you’re hurt.” He softly caressed her wrist.

“Whoa… hold up. You’re with a singer? An idol singer? Okay. It’s not my problem when his fangirls murder you; you'll regret not being with me.” And with that, he tried to leave, but of course, Leo stopped him.

“You didn’t apologize to her.”

“Apologize for what? That I don’t like her daughter?” Hearing Sanghee say that, it only made Leo get even angrier.

“First, look at Yerin’s wrist. The one you were holding. How does it look to you?”

Sanghee took a look and realized what he had done.

“Oh… sorry Yerin.” He murmured but it didn’t sound sincere.

“Oppa, just forget about it. He doesn’t need to say sorry.” Yerin looked firmly into Leo’s eyes as if she was trying to speak with him telepathically. “Oppa, don’t hurt him, it’ll hurt you in the end.”

Leo sighed and backed away from Sanghee. He walked off without looking back.

“He’s not even a jerk. He’s an .” Leo cursed but said no further profanities.

“I don’t know why he was behaving like that. But thanks anyway, Oppa. Now go back, it looks like the others were stalling for you or something.” Yerin turned around to see Ravi and Hongbin talking to the CEO and manager nonstop while N and Hyuk were keeping watch.

“Okay, I’ll wait for you when you’re done with work.” Leo said softly.

“What for? I don’t get off for another hour.” Yerin objected.

“That’s okay, I can wait. You'll see.”

“I don’t think that’s going to happen. It looks like your CEO’s looking for you.”

“I’ll think of something.” So Leo headed inside first and apologized to the CEO and the manager.

“What were you doing that took you so long?”

“I had to go to the restroom but they were cleaning in there so I went to the building next door.” Yerin overheard him when she went in so she quickly went to the janitor’s closet.

“Why would they be cleaning right now? The restaurant’s really busy!” The manager got up and headed towards the mens’ bathroom but stopped when he saw a ‘caution, wet floor’ sign. It was put up by Yerin.

“Hmmm. So you were right. Well anyway, since we’re all done eating, let’s pay and leave.”

“Umm actually… is it okay if I go shopping around this area? It’s almost my sister’s birthday and I want to buy her something.”

“Okay but you better be back by 10. You have two hours.” The CEO said. He went to the front and paid for the bill. The manager followed.

“Omona, Hyung. That was so brave of you to do that! Tell us everything when you come home.” Ken excitedly expressed before leaving the table.

“Take care of Yerin.” Ravi whispered as he left also.

“Don’t get caught!” Hongbin claimed as he caught up with Ravi.

Hyuk just calmly told him “I’m really happy for you.”

N was the last one to leave. “Prove me wrong, Taekwoon-ah.” He showed a victory sign before leaving.

*Aish, these members.* But he had a smile on his face. Leo actually did want to buy something but it wasn’t for any of his sisters. He wanted to buy something for Yerin as a late birthday present. He felt like singing for her wasn’t enough.

*Hmmm what would a single 21 year old mother like?*

There was a little shop a few blocks away from the restaurant.  When he went inside, he noticed that it was a gift shop. There were toys, accessories, flowers, and even chocolate.

*All girls love chocolate right?* So he decided to get a big box of chocolates for Yerin. *I should get her something else too.* As he looked through the accessories, he noticed a pair of necklaces that were perfect, not only for Yerin, but for Yena as well. He paid for the necklaces and the chocolate and waited outside the restaurant. He decided to listen to music as he waited and for some reason, all of the songs he was listening to were love songs. *What the heck, man.*

As he quietly sang along to the songs, the time flew by quickly. He didn't care too much as people passed by him. They couldn't really hear him since they weren't paying attention. He didn't even realize that it was already 9. When Yerin went out of the restaurant, she noticed him immediately. He was singing Dream Girl by SHINee. Yerin waited until he finished singing before she got his attention.

“Hey Oppa, your singing was nice as always.”

“Oh, sorry I was kinda absorbed with my singing.”

“I could tell.” She smiled. “But Oppa, what is it? I might miss my bus if we take too long.”

 Leo got up and said “How about I walk you home?”

“Alright. What is that?” She pointed at the bag he was holding.

“Your late birthday present.” He tried handing it to her but she backed away.

“Oppa, your singing was enough. You didn’t need to get me anything.”

“I wanted to. Just accept it.” He took her hand and put it on the handles of the bag.

“Fine. Just wait until your next fanmeet, I’ll get you a really big stuffed animal.”

“Just give me Chance instead.” He joked. Yerin just laughed and shook her head.

“I’ll wait until we reach my apartment to see what you got me.” Yerin mused.

“Okay.” The two of them walked side by side as they talked to one another. Leo talked to Yerin about N and Ken as they were going to be busy with MBC Younha's Starry Night for the week.

“The two most annoying members will be busy. I’ll finally be able to relax.” Leo noted.

“Good for you Oppa. But I’m sure you’ll miss them.”

“Not really. It’s not like they'll be gone the whole week. “ As they were captivated in their conversation, a paparazzi caught sight of them and took a picture when he realized that it was VIXX’s Leo walking with a girl. But it was a girl he had seen before. *Wow, this is totally going to be a scandal!* But he didn’t pursue them at all, which was very odd for a paparazzi.

Leo and Yerin soon arrived near the apartments. It turned out that the apartments were 5 minutes away from the park to the left.

“Wow so we actually live close by each other.”

“Yeah, I didn’t know that though. Though I was kinda wondering where you guys lived when I saw the second episode of mtv diary. The view was the same as mine’s.”

They went up the stairs and stopped in front of her apartment room.

“Is Yerin in there?”

“She’s probably sleeping. My parents take care of her when I’m working.”

“So they’re still there?”

“Most likely. I’m gonna look at the present now.” She took out the box of chocolates.

“No way! It’s my favorite type of chocolate too. Godiva is the best! How did you know?”

Leo didn’t say anything. *I just randomly picked it. Lucky coincidence.*

Yerin noticed the jewelry box in the the bag and took it out. When she opened it, Leo could see that she was truly touched.

“Daebak. Oppa, this is the best. I love it. Yena’s gonna love it too. Thank you so much.”

“You’re welcome. I’ll be leaving now.” Leo murmured. But as he was leaving, he gave a quick peck on Yerin’s cheek, said “In return for last time.” and ran like the wind.

Yerin blushed deeply and looked at Leo running. “Are the feelings mutual then?” It turned out that the more Yerin talked to Leo and got to know him better, the more she eventually fell for him as well. “Sorry Ken Oppa.” She smiled to herself as she went inside her apartment.

That day ended on a good note for Leo but the next day was bad not only for Leo, but for the other members as well. Why? Well, an article on Sports Chosun called out Ken for a "thoughtless statement" he made about fans during an episode of VIXX TV.

N asked Ken “What would you do if our fans went to other groups?” and he replied “I’ll hit their heads!” Fans could tell that he was joking around but it seemed that others took it a little too seriously. A few hours later, another older episode of VIXX TV was brought up when it was revealed that N and Ravi were filmed wearing hats with the Japanese war flag on them. Although the two were just goofing around in a shop trying on a variety of headpieces, the war flag hat in particular caused a stir due to the sensitive history between South Korea and Japan.

People speculated that both of these scandals were part of media play since their comeback was soon. They also commented on how idols weren’t properly educated about history and such since they are always taken out of school.

The members were saddened the whole day, but hopefully these scandals wouldn’t affect N and Ken when they went on Starry Night.

The next day, VIXX’s repackaged album tracklist came out. Many fans were delighted as one of the songs was titled Otokaji? Ken’s famous word phrase. Not only the tracklist but a teaser photo was released as well. So for the next few days, Leo and the other members were very busy. From photoshoots to music video recordings to practicing for their title track, Leo didn’t have a chance to talk to Yerin at all since he kissed her on the cheek. *Man, when we see each other again, it’s going to be so awkward.* Leo sighed as he saw a bulldog with its owner from his car window. They were on their way to an interview. The bulldog reminded him of Chance, of course.

“Yes, Hyung, we know you miss Yerin.” Hyuk acknowledged.

“But just wait until we have our fanmeet! She’ll fall for you more than ever.”

“You don’t even know if she likes me back or not.”

“We have a feeling she does~” Ken chirped.

At the same time, Yerin was looking through the individual photos that were released.

*I hope they’re doing well.* A few moments later, Yerin took Yena to the café that they had gone with Leo before.

When they arrived, they ordered their food and drinks and sat at the same spot they sat before. While they were eating, the same paparazzi that had seen her with Leo from before had headed inside and ordered coffee. When he got it and sat down, he noticed Yerin and recognized her. Seeing her with her daughter, he knew that it was time.

*If people thought that those two scandals were big, then this one is going to shock everyone.* It turned out that the paparazzi guy had seen Leo and Yerin together at the café with Yena. He took a picture of them but he thought that she was a relative of Leo’s. Seeing her with her daughter, he realized that maybe this could have been Leo’s girlfriend and maybe they had a child together.

*I’ll show those photos to the boss tomorrow and then it’ll be all over the news on Saturday.* He thought to himself before he left the café.

Leo and Yerin had no idea what was coming for them.

The next day, the music video teaser for ‘You’re Incredible ‘came out. It was a given that all the starlights went crazy over it. It was unique, as the song was in reverse but when they reversed it to normal, the members went in reverse.

“Cool. It's very creative.” Yerin commented when she saw it on their youtube channel. She decided to message Leo on twitter.

“I saw your music video teaser. I’m really excited for the 31st.”

She got a reply about 5 minutes later but all Leo said was “Thanks.” Leo wished he could say more but he had no time. However besides the comeback, Yerin did occupy his mind quite often.

Yerin couldn’t help but feel disappointed but it’s not like he was avoiding her. He was busy after all.

The next day was Saturday. Yerin worked full shifts on the weekends, but for some reason, the manager told her that her shift was done. It was only 3 in the afternoon. “Good luck, Yerin.”

“Odd. Isn’t it going to be full house tonight? And good luck for what? Oh well, I get to see Yena more today.” She took the bus home, walked to her apartment room, and was going to greet Yena as she opened the door. However, Yerin’s parents took Yena out to play so she was by herself. She decided to browse the internet. She went on tumblr because she enjoyed fangirling along with her followers. However… when she logged in, everyone was talking about Leo.

“What the heck happened?” She read comments on the Vixx Leo tag.

“Well, that explains why he likes babies so much.” “You guys, it might not be true. You guys should wait for Leo’s official statement.” “I’m gonna cry. How is this possible?”

There were links to allkpop, koreaboo, and other websites that a fangirl posted. Yerin wasn’t completely fluent with English but she decided to give it a shot.

“VIXX’s Leo has a daughter with his girlfriend?”

“Holy crap.” She looked at the pictures and it was a picture of the three of them at the café, though Yerin’s face couldn’t be seen clearly. However the next picture was of her and Leo walking to her apartment, but it was only of their backs. Since she couldn’t read the whole article in English, she went on a Korean website like naver.

“Omona. Otokaji?” Yerin started to panick. It was a good thing that her face wasn’t shown but she was very anxious. “Should I try going to the park? Would he be there? No, that’s not a good idea.”

She went on twitter to see if Leo had said anything to her. All he said was “Don’t worry. Just show up to the fanmeeting tomorrow. Bring Yena along with you.”

“At least tell me where it is and when!!!” She sighed and hoped nothing bad would happen to Leo and the members. Yerin’s manager had met Yena before. *So this was why he told me good luck.*

 But she decided to go back to work anyway. Yerin felt bad as she couldn’t tell anyone about this. Her coworkers that knew VIXX were gossiping about it.

“Wow… who knew that quiet guy would end up being the most problematic of them all?”

“Yeah, I thought he was cool too. But his daughter looks pretty cute.”

*Thank you. My daughter is cute. But Leo isn’t problematic at all!* She just sighed loudly.

“What’s her problem?” The other girl just shrugged.

The manager told her to go home again. “Listen, Yerin-ah, just go home and take a break. Whatever happens from now on, I will support you. After all, you’re one of my most treasured employees.

“Thank you very much.”

Yena had no idea what was going on with her mom. After Yerin came back from work and her parents went home after their trip at the zoo, Yena woke up from a nap and saw her mom sitting on the sofa, looking really worried.

“Mommy, are you sad?”

“I’m not sad, sweetie. Aren’t you excited to meet VIXX again?” She changed the subject.

“Yeah, I wanna see Leo ahjusshi again! Hyuk Oppa too!”

“Why Hyuk Oppa?”

“I wanna marry him when I’m older!” Yena exclaimed excitedly. Yerin laughed. *My cute daughter is always able to cheer me up.*

And finally, Sunday arrived. It was a surprise fanmeeting since VIXX didn’t have any schedules that day. Yerin dressed Yena up in a pink and white polka dotted dress. Yerin didn’t particularly dress up but she did wear a skirt when she usually just wore pants or jeans. The fanmeet was in the middle of Seoul in front of a small mall.

There was probably at least 500 fangirls along with some fanboys here and there at the fanmeet. A couple of fangirls recognized Yena but didn’t say anything as they were considerate.

VIXX told the starlights to settle down because they were going to start the fanmeet.

“Hey guys. We wanted to apologize for the scandals that arised over the past week. The one you guys are especially surprised would be Leo’s right?” N prompted.

“YES!” Fangirls shouted. “Tell us it’s not true!” A fangirl cried out.

Leo stood up and got the microphone. But before he could begin talking, some fangirls started to talk amongst themselves. Leo remained stoic and waited for the starlights to be quiet.

“First of all, I am very sorry that this has happened, not only to you starlights but to the people I was photographed with. The person that was with me is NOT my girlfriend and I DO NOT have a daughter with her. HOWEVER, I am in love with her. Her name is Yerin.” Leo scanned the crowd, looking for Yerin.

Yerin was completely appalled. She didn’t expect him to confess in front of all of his fans.

“Mommy! Leo ahjusshi loves you!” Yena said a little too loudly and about 10 fangirls turned around and faced the two.

“Oh… oops.” Yena covered cutely.

“Yerin-ah, come here. You too, Yena.” Leo beckoned them over. The fangirls were absolutely quiet. They all stared as Yerin and Yena went to the front.

“I fell in love with this woman. She has a daughter. However, please don’t judge her.” He then asked Yerin to cover Yena’s ears. “Her daughter’s name is Yena. But she is not her biological daughter.” Yerin took her hands off of Yena’s ears and Leo continued. “Yerin is very considerate and pretty much everything I have been looking for in a woman. I sincerely love both of them and I will do everything to protect them, even if I have to go against my own company.”

While Leo had said all of this, the manager was mortified. Although he knew that one of the members had been dating, he didn’t expect it to be Leo.

“We are not dating. But I want to change that. I invited her here because I’m officially asking her out. Yerin-ah, will you be my girlfriend?”

The fangirls’ feels exploded. It was extremely chaotic. Some were crying, others were cheering, and some literally OTLed (O=head,T=arms,L=legs, they were kneeling down.) 

It took about 10 minutes before things were calm.

“Guys, I really am sorry. But I will continue to work hard for you. Even if I have someone I love, you guys should know that I love you too. I might not express it well but I’m trying.”

“It’s okay, we’re proud of you!” A fangirl hollered. “We’re happy for you!”Another added. “You talked so much today!” A starlight commented. The starlights all nodded when she said that.

“But Yerin Unnie, aren’t you going to reply to him? Do you love him back?” A fangirl asked.

Yerin had kept still this entire time. She was very nervous, considering how so many fangirls were upset. But Yena answered for her.

“Mommy loves Leo ahjusshi a lot!  She says yes! Now he can be my daddy!” Yena smiled the biggest smile she ever had.

Yerin timidly said “Yes, I will.”  And the fangirls caused another uproar.

 It took them another 10 minutes to calm them down and finally Ken stated “Enough about Leo! We should get on to talking with you guys and signing right?”

“Yeah!” The fangirls shouted. So there was a very long line and the fanmeet ended up lasting for more than 3 hours. Every time a fangirl went up to Leo, they would either complain, congratulate, or compliment Leo. They treated Yerin kindly as well. Those who complained and cried gave in to reality and told Yerin to take care of their Oppa or else.

Yerin could only nod. The fangirls seemed to like Yena a lot though. When the fanmeet ended, the news about them officially dating was everywhere. The other members and their manager left first. Leo, Yerin, and Yena took the bus to Yerin’s apartment. A few people recognized them on the bus but the majority of the people on the bus were the elderly.

“Should I quit my job?” Yerin, asked no one in particular. “Everyone’s going to go crazy.”

“No. You love that job, don’t you?”

“You could tell?” Yerin asked as she Yena’s hair. She was sleeping in her lap.

“Yeah. I admired you while you were working.”

“I seriously never imagined I would be dating you. It’s not often that a fangirl gets to date one of her favorite idols.”

“I thought that Ken was your favorite.”

“But you’re my second.” Yerin beamed.

When they got off the bus, Leo carried Yena for Yerin and he even helped tuck her in bed when they arrived at her apartment. Chance was ecstatic to see Leo.

“How does a puppy grow so much in a couple of weeks?” Leo laughed and played with him a little but sadly said bye to him. Leo started to go back outside and Yerin followed.

“Thanks for everything today, Leo Oppa.”

“You’re welcome. But I want you to start calling me by my real name.”

When Yerin heard this, she blushed. “Taek… Taekwoon Oppa.”

“From now on, it’s going to be a little hard but I’ll be here for you. We may not be able to date like a normal couple but I hope that you trust and believe in me.” And as he said this, he embraced her tightly and warmly

“Of course I do. We’ve only known each other for a month, but I guess love has no boundaries, huh?”

“Yeah, that’s actually what Hyuk had said to me before.”

“Yena wants to marry him.”

“I don’t approve.” They both laughed. And from then on, the two of them had started their relationship. The following day, Jellyfish Entertainment released a statement.

“We usually don’t allow for our idols to date. However, this is an exception. Because of Leo’s sudden confession, we realized that we were seeing a side to him that no one has ever seen before. And because of that, we will now let the others date. However, none of them will have their own cellphones until they win number one on a music program. Thank you.”

It’s been a month since Yerin and Leo started dating. They have only gone on one date and Yena was with them. Despite that, they met at the park whenever Leo had time. They had their first kiss on the fifth day they were dating. So it could be said that they were progressing pretty fast.

VIXX’s comeback had been outstanding. The reason why? They won number one on M!Countdown. And since then, the members were able to have their own phones just like the CEO promised. The fans enjoyed their chicken they received from N and N was so pleased, he cried. Some of the other members cried too but Leo was so happy, that he actually smiled and didn’t hide his face.

“Yerin Unnie really did change him.” A fangirl mentioned.

“Yeah, she melted his cold heart and warmed it up.” Her friend claimed.

“Don’t you think that’s a little cheesy to be saying that?”

“But it’s true!”

Leo heard and just continued to smile and thank the fans.

Another couple of fangirls were talking about Lerin couple as well. “I heard that if you ever mention Yerin Unnie, Leo immediately blushes.”

“No way, really? Let’s try it out then!”

They walked up to Leo and said “Oppa, how are you and Yerin Unnie doing?” And as expected, Leo blushed and quickly said “We’re doing well, thank you.” Before hiding behind Ken and N.

“Wow so Yerin Unnie is Leo’s weakness now.”

The Lerin couple was at the park along with Chance and Yena. Yena and Chance were lying down on the grass. Leo and Yerin were at the swings. “So when are you going to tell Yena that you’re not her biological mom?”

“I honestly don’t know but what I do know for sure is that I will always love her and take care of her. So even when she finds out, she’s stuck with me anyway.”

“She’ll be with me too.” Leo commented.

“Oppa. You can’t say things like that. We’ve only been dating for a month and she probably won’t know anything about it until she’s in school.”

“But when I date a woman, I’m committed to her.”

“So you’re saying that you’ll marry me?” Yerin joked.

Leo almost fell off the swing. “Well…ummm… maybe?” Yerin just laughed.

Yena and Chance ran up to them and Yerin suggested “How about we push them on the baby swings?”

“Wait, Chance too?” Leo asked while looking down at him.

“Sure. He’ll be fine.” So Yerin picked Yena up and put her in the baby swing and Leo did the same to Chance. The both began to push them. Chance seemed to enjoy the breeze very much as he let his tongue out.

“Go faster Mommy!” Yena exclaimed. Yerin pushed harder and Yena went higher.

 At that moment, Leo thought *So not only are puppies and babies my weakness, but Yerin has become my weakness as well.* and he was perfectly fine with that.
