Chilaiditi-Syndrom, the reason he confess

Actually,I don't know how to begin, ...uhm.. well lets just say 10 years ago in Thailand, there were two kids (a boy and a girl)'playing with each other on the street. If you think they were silblings no they weren't, just neighbours. So let me introduced you a bit more about those two:
The Boy / Luhan:
His father is a Business man from China and his mom death after giving birth to him,so he just live with his father! Where ever his dad goes, he will come along. So yeah, that's why he is in Thailand that time.
The Girl/Aphi (You):
She is weird! Ever since she was born, her ring and little Finger are stuck together (both hands).So well at the age about 3 months, her parents decided to send her to the doctor to get both Finger of the left hand off each other. And around 6months the other hands. Her parents are also Business man/woman, so that's also one of the reason why the girl and her parents moved to Germany as the girl was at the age of 6/7.
