Alex's POV: "Shove her off..." A voice said above me. I groaned and grabbed the soft white poofy covers and flung them over my head. "Your so impatient, Jung Kook." The soft and sweet voice of J-Hyo said. I know right...I closed my eyes tightly and pretended to snore softly. "Well, she needs to wake up so we can leave." He said sounding more irratated then anything. J-Hyo chuckled and I felt his cold hands rest on my body as he gentle shook me. "Alex, it's time to get up." He said sounding slightly impatient himself. Why are they in a hurry? I closed my eyes in deep thought then I gasped suddenly. Were leaving to find Miyuki! I sat up slowly and J-Hyo and Jung Kook jumped in surprise. "Get up..." Jung Kook said nudging me hard. "Why are you always trying to push me off my bed?!" I snapped annoyedly as he once more shoved me hard towards the edge of my bed. He might be my protecter, but I swear...He acts like my brother. He gave a tiny, barely visible, smile. I yawned loudly and stretched my hands over my head. Jung Kook sat down beside me and looked down at the ground in deep thought. "Aren't you scared?" He asked suddenly glancing up at me through his black bangs. I opened my mouth to reply but closed it. "Sure, but you guys are here." I said reassuringly. I know they'll protect me...Jung Kook sighed and flipped his bangs out of his face. "Come on, we all need to talk about this." He said. 

                     I gave a small nod and swung my feet over the side of the bed. I stood up shakily and ran down the narrow hallway after him. Sure enough, everyone was already talking about what we need to do. I sighed and sat cross legged on the tan carpet. The memory of the first day meeting them flashed in my head. I remember how scared and uneasy I was around them. Now...I have never felt so safe. "Maybe if we travel by night..." Jun said biting his thumb nail. The others shook their head and I leaned against Jung Kook. "Unless you want to get attacked by vampires." Jung Kook said rolling his blue eyes. I shuddered as I remembered my encounter with one. They mumbled in agreement and I snapped my fingers. "Maybe we can travel in daylight, then when it comes to night, we all could take turns keeping watch." I said amusedly. I can't believe I actually thought of that... The other boys stared at me and J-Hyo nodded. "That actually might work." He said pointing at me. I smiled brightly and enjoyed the praise they gave me. "Wait...." Jung Kook said suddenly staring at the others. "Staying up all night, then having to walk all that way in the morning...Seriously?" He asked annoyedly. Of course he objects to the idea because I'm the one who suggested it... "No, we'd switch out." I corrected. He rolled his eyes and sighed. "Good luck with that..." He said crossing his arms. "Well, that's our only idea that makes sense." Jun said her dark brown hair. I gave a triumphant smile and stuck my tongue out at Jung Kook. He stared at me annoyedly and looked away.

                        "Someone eat something before we leave." J-Hope called out from the kitchen. "Where do you think your going?" Jung Kook asked as I made a quick dash for the kitchen. "To...Get some food." I said slowly. He rolled his eyes and grabbed his blades. "Whatever, I was going to say we should practice together..." He said before quickly walking out the door. Practice? I jumped as Sungmin walked up to me with a huge smile. "Here." He said handing me a chocolate donut. I grabbed it and took a huge bite. I felt my mouth water as the chocolate melted in my mouth. "Jung Kook seems to really like you." He said amusedly. I stared at him and gasped, making the donut go down the wrong pipe. I coughed loudly and stared at him through my watering eyes. "Are you crazy?! No he doesn't..." I said softly. Sure, we hang out and talk, but that doesn't mean he likes me. "Come on, Alex. Seriously?" Sungmin objected beckoning J-Hope over. "I think he has a thing for you." J-Hope said flaltly. Sure, and birds can't fly... I jumped as the door opened, and Jung Kook walked inside quickly. "Thanks for holding that for me." He said grabbing my barely eatin donut. I felt my jaw drop as he took my donut out of my hand. He took a huge bite and patted me on the shoulder. "Ready kids?" J-Hyo asked as he finished eating a apple. I nodded and felt nervousness surge through me. I'm actually going to fulfill my destiny....Maybe even find my parents. "It's ok, I got your back." Jung Kook said resting his hand on my shoulder. 

                               In the corner of my eye, I saw Sungmin point at us and flash a bright smile. I rolled my eyes and shrugged Jung Kook's hand off my shoulder. Suga tossed me a silver gun that gleamed in the light. We all gave a small nod to each other and walked out the door of the house. The gray clouds hung over us and I took a deep breath. I frowned at how moist and stuffy the air seemed to be. "Vampires can be out...." Sungmin said looking at the gray sky. I shivered and looked at Jung  Kook who was looking around as he walked ahead of me. "Jung Kook!" I squeaked before picking up my pace. He glanced at me and gave a annoyed sigh. "Why do you follow me around like a lost puppy dog?" He asked flatly. I flashed him a innocent smile and grabbed his arm. We all halted in front of the looming dark woods that stretched in front of us. "Who's going first?" Jun asked glancing at J-Hyo. Without asking, Jung Kook shoved me hard, making me trip over my feet. I landed with a loud thud and the world spun around me. I grunted and spit the dirt out of my mouth. Twigs and leaves stuck to my clothes as I turned around to face them. Jung Kook pointed at me and laughed childishly. I rolled my eyes and dusted myself off. The others walked in the woods and Jung Kook patted me on the shoulder encouragingly. "You did good." He said before walking in the front again. Well he shoved me in the woods... Sungmin struggled not to laugh as he walked past me. "It's not funny." I snapped annoyedly. "He's such a flirt." He said. 

                                       Sungmin's POV: Alex shook her head as if she didn't like the thought that me might like her. I mean come on...Their always together. Alex isn't ugly....I looked her up and down and felt a smile spread across my lips. Her long brown hair blew in the wind and the bright spots of sunlight shined on her face making her blue eyes glow in the sunlight. "Why are you staring at her?" J-Hope's voice made me jump. I looked at him innocently and held my hands up in surrenduer. "I-I'm not..." I stammered making him give me a half smile. Alex trudged beside me and she nudged me into a patch of sunlight. I looked at her and the sunlight shining through the gray clouds made my skin tingle. "What was that for?" I asked confusedly. It's not one of those fairy tales were vampires burn in the sunlight...It just makes really weak and makes hunger for blood. "I thought you might sparkle." She said innocently. I rolled my eyes and shoved her. "This isn't twilight." I said annoyedly. She laughed and skipped up to Jung Kook. I wish he would be honest with himself and realize how much he might like her... "Go bother Sungmin." He said looking at me with annoyance in his blue eyes. Maybe I can bring out fun Jung Kook...I ran up to him and flung my arm over his shoulder. "What do you want?" Jung Kook said even though his voice wasn't as threating. "I am so bored..." Alex said resting her arms on her head. "Well, this isn't exactly supposed to be fun." Jung Kook mumbled sounding bored himself. I snapped my fingers. 

                         "Tag." I said poking Alex in her arm, making it jiggle. "Don't touch my arm. It's fat." She complained jerking her arm away from me. Jung Kook gave a amused smile and poked her arm. She stared at Jung Kook who kept poking her. "When did you become so annoying?" She asked raising a eyebrow at him. He smiled and gave a casual shrug. Jun suddenly stopped and held up his hand making us all stop. "Everyone, stay quiet." Jun whispered before looking around with his gun raised straight out in front of him. Us three huddled close together and I took a deep breath. A second later, a creature with long legs that had jutting claws at the end, with a wolf head. A horrible scream/growl came out of it's mouth making me shudder. J-Hyo and Suga fired their guns like crazy but that seemed to make the creature more mad. Jung Kook shoved Alex behind me and him and I tensed up and waited for the creatures attack. It looked back and forth, drool dripping down it's face. Jung Kook ran towards it, wrapping the chain around it's feet making it fall on the ground. I held my breath as it struggled to get up. It snapped it's jaws at Jung Kook's feet, making him jump with surprise. I ran towards it and kicked it hard in the leg, making the sickning sound of it's leg breaking echo around us. That's the advantage of being a vampire, the unbelieveable strength. "Run guys!" J-Hope yelled as the creature began to break the chain. We all ran towards the woods as fast as we could. The only thing I saw was blurry images of trees and bushes zooming towards me as I ran with my amazing vampire speed. I finally slowed down and J-Hyo, Suga and J-Hope collasped beside me. 

                             "How are we supposed to find Miyuki?" Suga asked looking at all of us in turn. I shrugged and looked down. Wait....Where's Alex and Jung Kook? There was footsteps approaching us from further away and I looked up in alarm. I screamed as Jung Kook fell foreword on the ground with Alex on his back. "Are you ok?" I asked staring at them both catiously. Alex was unconcious, and blood oozed from her shoulder. Jung Kook looked up at me, his blue eyes red cat eyes and his fangs were out. "Yeah, fine. But I had to use my powers to kill it. Alex saved me...She stabbed it just in time." He said holding his leg in pain. "Ok, were going to rest here." J-Hyo said setting down his black gun. With that said, I sat down on the ground with a loud thud. Jung Kook leaned against a fallen tree beside me. "So, she saved you?" I asked glancing at her. Jung Kook nodded and he looked down slowly. "I was....Worried about her." He said softly. He glared heavily at me as I stared at him dumbfoundedly. "What?! You try seeing someone run at a creature-" He began but I covered his mouth with my hand. "No, I understand. But she did not because she had to, but she did it because she wanted to. She must have been really scared and worried for you." I said gentle. He looked down and his blue eyes went back to normal. He knealt down to her and ripped her sleeve of her shirt. "That doesn't mean her!" J-Hyo yelled doing a face palm as he gathered fire wood. Jung Kook glared heavily at him and continued ripping her shirt. 

                              "I need to clean her wound." He said softly. He sat her straight up and pulled her on his lap. I couldn't help but smile with amusement. He really does seem to care about her. He flopped her arm on his lap and made sure not a single part of her touched the dirty ground. "I hope he knows he can't protect her from every small thing that happens." J-Hope said as he sat down on the fallen tree. I climbed over it and sat beside him, my back facing Jung Kook. "What do you mean?" I asked softly. The others stared at me and a part of me felt very regretful. "When we find her father, we need to let her go." jun said looking down. Just leave her? "But....What about all the creatures that are after her?" I asked worriedly. Leaving her alone like that is pratically is like murduering her. "I know it's wrong, but she needs to learn how to defend herself." Suga said looking at the wood that needed to be lit on fire. Jun stood up and held his hand up and it automatically lit on fire. He put it over the wood and it bursted into a flames. The orange light danced across our faces and I looked down. Maybe Alex can stay with us when it's all said and done....But...She's human. But she defended herself against the huge creature.. As if noticing my sadness, J-Hyo rested his hand on my shoulder. "Were not leaving her now. Probably no time soon." He said making me relax a little bit. I looked over my shoulder at Jung Kook who mumbled to himself annoyedly. "Stupid spiders..." He mumbled before shuddering. I hopped the log, "Hey." 

                                   Alex's POV: I groaned and stretched. I rubbed my eyes and yawned loudly. Wow...What a crazy dream. "Is she awake? I think she is..." A voice said from further beside me. I opened one eye to see darkness surrounding me. I gasped and looked around. Where am I? "Wow, it's ok." Jung Kook's voice said from beside. I looked over my shoulder to see him smiling a tiny smile at me. I blushed heavily as I looked down. I was laying directly on him.. "I-I'm sorry..." I stammered before struggling to stand up. "Don't be shy. It's ok, I'm the one who did it." He said making my face turn three shades of red. Sungmin winked at me and I looked down. "Thanks, Jung Kook." I said fidgeting uneasily on his comfortable lap. He gave a small nod and sighed. "Are you cold?" He asked suddenly. I looked up at him and couldn't help but blush like I usually do. I gave a small nod without thinking and he took off his black leather jacket. "N-No...It's ok." I said holding my hands up in surrenduer. He rolled his eyes and put it on me, then hopped over the log were a roaring orange fire was. "It's the least I can do. I need to repay you some how." He said not meeting my gaze. I felt a tiny smile spread across my lips and I pulled his jacket closer to me. I wish he would act like this more often...It's so sweet and romantic. I shook my head and looked into the bright red flames. What are you thinking, Alex?! J-Hyo and the others stared at us and smiled amusedly. "Sitting on your boyfriends lap, huh?" J-Hyo asked flashing a smile. 

                               "N-No..." I stammered. Jung Kook leaned agains the log making me pratically lay my head on his chest. "I'm not her boyfriend! How many times do I have to tell you guys that?" He snapped glaring at the others. "But you were totally worried about her. You didn't leave her side for a second." J-Hope said looking directly at me as he said that. I felt my jaw drop for a moment and I forced myself not to stare at Jung Kook. I glanced at him out the corner of my eye. He had a tiny smile and he nodded slowly. "Yeah, true." He replied calmly. He didn't deny it! Iv'e never seen this side of Jung Kook. It makes him more attractive and likeable. "Who's going to keep watch first?" Jun asked already laying down on the ground with his arm tucked under his head. "I will.." Jung Kook said fidgeting underneath me. He nudged me as if it was a sign for me to move. I scooted off his lap and concentrated on this fire. "I got this undercontrol. Everyone go to sleep." Jung Kook said over his shoulder as he walked towards the outside of our circle. "Don't fall asleep." Suga said lifting his head to glare at Jung Kook. Jung Kook nodded and gave a innocent smile. I layed down and used Jung Kook's leather jacket as a pillow. i closed my eyes and sleep seemed to surge through me. It was super sweet what he did for me...He must have been as worried about him as I was for him. i jumped and opened my eyes as Jung Kook stood up quickly with a silver gun in his hand. "What's wrong?" Sungmin asked beside me tiredly. 

                                Jung Kook glanced at us and me and and Sungmin both stood up. The others were peacefully sleeping beside me. "I heard growling." Jung Kook whispred, keeping his voice low. I stared at him worriedly and he put two guns in me and Sungmin's hand. "Follow me." He said before walking away from the group. "Are you crazy!" I whispered my voice almost rising into a yell. He looked over his shoulder and rolled his eyes. "Please come with me. We'll be fine." He said softly. Sungmin stared at him and gave him a small nod. I sighed and looked down at the dark ground. "Fine." I said the same time Jung Kook grabbed my hand. "Your coming if you like it or not." He said sternly. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. Old Jung Kook's back... I followed him with my gun pointed straight out in front of me. We all looked around catiously and I blinked and waited for my eyes to adjust to the sudden darkness. "I don't see anything." Sungmin said breaking the silence. Jung Kook nodded and slowly lowered his gun. I looked over my shoulder at the orange speck of the little camp we set up. "Let's head-" I was about to say but cut off as something wrapped around my foot. I screamed as my feet flew out from beneath me. Sungmin and Jung Kook screamed as well. I groaned and opened my eyes. Our weapons and the woods floor was underneath us and I blinked a couple times. "God..." Jung Kook said his voice to close for comfort. I opened my eyes and went wide eyed. We were pressed close to each other, close enough to kiss. I turned my head away, and I felt heat come off my face in waves. "What now?" Sungmin asked as he hanged up side down close to us. 

                               "I...I can't even move my arms." Jung Kook said, and sure enough, the rope had his arms pressed against his side. "Why would they put a trap here in the middle of the woods?" I asked annoyedly. Of course, I have to be tied up with Jung Kook. "I don't know. But your guys arms aren't free?" Sungmin asked as he spun in circles in front of us. I shook my head and sighed heavily. "We should call for help..." I said softly. Jung Kook gave a sarcastic laugh. "Sure...We should be like 'Free food! Vampires, werewolves and other creatures are welcome!" Jung Kook mimicked. I glared at him and narrowed my blue eyes at him. "Do you have a better idea?" I growled feeling my anger bubble over. "Guys, not now." Sungmin said flatly. I gasped as there was foosteps from underneath us. "Hey!" I called out wihtout thinking. Jung Kook glared heavily at me and I bit my tongue and struggled not to say nothing else. The person looked up and I screamed. The person's eyes turned bright red and it looked like a young teenage girl. She had long black hair that was tangle and stayed in her face. She hissed and clung onto the tree, and started ot climb up leaving scratch marks in the tree. I struggled to get free and I grunted. "Wait! Jung Kook! Use fire to burn the ropes!" Sungmin yelled. I looked at Jung Kook who grabbed a handful of the ropes. A second later, it caught up in fire. I screamed as there was a sickning snap of the rope. The girl crawled across the branch of the tree and towards us. I looked into her blood thirsty eyes. She slashed out at us, but we dropped quickly. I screamed as the ground sped towards us. A second later we landed with a loud thud on the ground. Knocking the breath out of me. Jung Kook shot the vampire, making her turn into nothing. I stood up shakily and Jung Kook shook his head at me. 

                                    Jung Kook's POV: "Wow, that was fun." Sungmin said giving us a pumped up smile. I grunted in pain as blood oozed out my wound n my leg. "Yeah, fun." I said through clenched teeth. Alex went wide eyed and wrapped my arm around her shoulder and Sungmin did the same on my other side. I screamed in pain and sat down. "I-I can't go on..." I said looking down at the deep wound. J-Hyo and the others ran towards us and stared at us worriedly. "Are you ok?" Jun asked knealing down to me. "I..My leg hurts so bad..." I said looking down at my scratch. The others stared at each other in alarm. That only means one thing....I might turn into that creature. If a bite, or scratch can turn someone. "You need blood." Sungmin said alarmedly. I felt my breath grow heavy and the pain seemed to increase. "W-Well...What do we do?" Alex asked in arlam. The others slowly stared at her and worry clouded their faces. "No." I said angerly. "We have no-" J-Hyo began but Alex knealt down to me. I went wide eyed as she put her hair to one side. "You need it  jung Kook." She said her voice filled with fear. The smell of blood seemed to increase my urge and I gulped. "Do it." Sungmin ordered. I grabbed Alex's arm and I felt my fangs pop out. I'm sorry...I just can't help myself... I sunk my fangs into her neck. She let out a scream, but I ignored it. I closed my eyes blissfully and savored Alex's amazing and sweet blood. "O-Ok..." Alex said softly. J-Hyo pulled me away and I slowly the blood off my lips. "I feel better."
