The prestigious Longford Academy. Even though the school may look and sound like a normal highschool, it's not. It sits just outside of a major city. The campus is huge, like a town of it's own. There's a middle school and college on the campus as well.

To everyone in the state, it's an expensive, rich kid, and/or private school that not just anyone can join. No, you can't buy your way into the academy or even walk in and ask to join. You have to be mailed an invitation to go and see about attending there. From there, you get tested about your abilities. For the normal teen, it's just a series of physical tests but it's not. It almost forces out your abilities that you may not have even known you had.

What this academy is is something for the different. Every student has powers, no matter how small. Students like to hang out with other students with the same power or powers similar. But, not all are like that. Students with elemental powers almost always do this and tend to pick fights with opposite elements.

Like any school, this school has it's popular kids. The most popular are twelve boys that are in high school. Not all of these boys are popular through coolness. Some are just at the top of their class and occasionally help the college students. These twelve boys are very powerful and loved and are friends with each other, yet they tend to have fights every week.
