“Yamada Ryosuke desu. Yoroshiku.” He bowed

“you may sit at that empty chair at the back” the teacher said while pointing the seat beside Ryunosuke, Yamada walk and sit down, he look at Kamiki who is looking and smiling at him but he ignored him and just look out the window.

‘what’s wrong with him?’ Ryunosuke thought and just look in front,

Soon , the bell rang signaling that it’s already lunch break, while some walk out of the room, Ryunosuke just sigh and put his head on the table

“I’m hungry… why didn’t I woke up early?! Argh” he grumbled

“Miki!” he know who called him, none other than Shida Mirai, with Suzuka and Kanata

“Usually, you’re the first one to get out of class when the bell rang, what happened?” Kanata asked

“I don’t have my bento”

“I have it” Mirai said making Ryunosuke to look at her

“huh?”

“here” she then showed him a bento that she made for him

“woah, when did you made this?”

“when you were panicking because you’re going to be late”

“you’re the best Mi-chan!” Look, Mi-chan made me a bento!” he showed some of his classmates the bento that she have made

“wow,  I wish I had a girlfriend like Shida-san”

“you’re really lucky with Shida-san Kamiki,”

“Mi-chan is really great!” he beamed then put his arm around Mirai’s shoulder, Mirai blushed at the contact, even if the school knows about their relationship, they were not acting all lovey dovey at school and they don’t usually talk about that. They were just like plain bestfriends. It’s the first  time that Kamiki act that way.

“eh? Mi-chan is blushing!” Suzuka said, noticing that Mirai is not saying anything.

“eh? I’m not!” then she shrugged off Ryunosuke’s arm , then she noticed someone. It’s Ryosuke who were staring at them since a classmate mentioned that she’s Ryunosuke’s girlfriend.

“oh, you?” she said while pointing at Ryosuke

“you know him, Mi-chan?” Kamiki asked

“I saw him this morning when I went to your house, I think he’s our new neighbor”

“really? Yamada, is that true?” Kamiki asked him but he just looked at him and stand up then walk outside

“I don’t like his attitude” said Kanata

“maybe he’s shy because he’s new here” said Suzuka

“let’s just eat” then the four of them went up the rooftop to eat.

After lunch they went back to their classrooms and an ordinary day passed again, soon the bell rang for dismissal. Shida is fixing her things at her table, Suzuka went to the library and Kanata was with some of his friends. When she’s done, she bid goodbye to her classmates and walk out of the room. But she saw Ryosuke walking to her direction and he stopped a meter away from her

“Konichiwa” she just said, but he just smiled at her

“sorry, I haven’t introduced myself formally yet. I’m Yamada Ryosuke, nice to meet you…again Mi-chan” he said then walked away

“again? And he called me Mi-chan?”

Yamada has a weird aura surrounding him, Shida just thought that the ‘again’ s because he saw her three times already, so she just shrug it off and continue walking to the gates

Soon enough Ryunosuke and  Kanata came

“ja ne, Kanata”

“ja ne” and Kamiki and Shida was left

“wanna grab an icecream?” Kamiki offered

“you know I won’t say no to that”

So the two walk to the icecream shop

“you’re being kind today” Mirai said

“I’m treating you because you made me a bento”

“oh, so will your parents be already home now?”

“I don’t know, but if they won’t, will you made me a bento again tomorrow?”

“sure, just treat me icecream after class again”

“deal”

After getting their icecreams, they already walked home

“Mi-chan, your bento is really good, you would really make a good wife, I wish I could be your husband” Kamiki said

“oh, but you are, right?”

“oh, yeah, I forgot that were already engaged,  ne waifu” he said and put his arm again around her shoulders

“eh?” she said and shrug away Kamiki’s arm

“uhm, about your new classmate” Shida said

“Yamada Ryosuke?”

“un, I think I have seen him before, I just don’t remember when and where but he looks familiar”

“I somehow thought of that too”

After a while they already reached home. Since Ryunosuke’s parent’s were not home yet, he had dinner with Mirai’s family. His parents were in a business trip and will be back the next day. The Kamiki and Shida family was very close, Mirai’s dad and Ryunosuke’s dad were best friends back in High school, and their  mother’s also get along well because of the same hobbies,so when they give birth to Ryunosuke and Mirai, they want that the two should be married someday. Since they were young, their parents already told them that they were destined to be together.

After dinner, the two stayed at Mirai’s room because he will teach her math.

“waifu”

“stop calling me that” Mirai said and glared at Kamiki, then she went back in answering the math problems he gave.

He just smiled while laying on Mirai’s bed, he get a photo frame that was at table near the bed. It was a photo of them when they were young

“you’re cute here, waifu”

“I said stop calling me that!” she said then grab the nearest thing she can grab and throw it at him, lucky it was just a plushy.

“aww” he said even if it not hurts. Then he just stand and went to the balcony to have some fresh air

“done!” Mirai beamed and went to Kamiki

“Miki, check this now, look, I’m already done” she said but noticed that Kamiki was not listening and was just staring at something, she look to where it is and saw the house across the street, she saw that the door to the balcony was open

“Yamada” he said

“Yamada? Our new neighbor?”

“I think I know where we saw him”

“huh?”

“Ryo-chan”

“Ryo-chan?” she look at the house again “oh, I get it too”

“he’s that kid before!”
