"OHAYO!" Shida shouted from the door, Kamiki, who was standing by the gate, looked to her

"Ohayo!" He greeted with a big smile

This was a normal scenario for the two of them. Him, waiting for her and then they would walk together to school. They were engaged with each other since young, but it's not yet formal till they reach 18. When they were just 8 years old, their parents told them that they will marry each other someday, and since then , they were stuck with each other. They didn't mind it then because they were too young and they were bestfriends. Between the two Kamiki is smarter and he always teaches Shida, especially with math.

"Mikki, yesterday I got a pretty high score on our math quiz" Shida said

"really? that's good you're improving"

"It's because of my great tutor! I'm really thankful for that haha"

"then you should treat--"

"and for that, you should treat me icecream!" Shida beamed

"eh? but--"

"Suzuka-chan!" Shida saw her bestfriend and run towards her, ignoring Kamiki

Kamiki just sighed and continue to walk inside their school, he headed to their classroom and sat down on his chair. Shida is not in his class. They are both popular for being funny. It was also not a secret that they were engaged. That's why even if many girls likes him, they knew from the start that he's already taken.  And is also the same way for Shida, no one dares to confess to her because they are afraid of Kamiki. Ryunosuke is really a good person but if you hurt someone dear to him, then he wont hesitate in hurting you. Back when they were in junior high, a group of girls really likes him. The girls asked for help with 2 guys that hates Ryunosuke and they bullied Mirai, Ryunosuke came to the rescue and breaks the arm of one guy and beat the other. If not for Shida who stop him, he would also hurt the girls.

Because of boredom inside, he decided to went out and went to Shida's class. It's still early so he can still visit the other class. When the students saw him, other girls squeeled 

"Shida-san, your prince is here" one of her classmate said and it was followed by squeels and the class teased them

"I'm not here for her" he said while walking inside the room, trying to act cool but her classmates just laughed at him

"He's just shy to admit, but he really alreasdy missed me even if he just saw me this morning" Shida

"tss, I don't missed you, I'm here for Kanata, because I really missed him" he said then hugged Kanata

"Get of me!" Kanata said making the class laugh at them

They were always like this, laughing and playing with each other, Ryunosuke and Mirai is known for being funny, they were sometimes called a comic duo, but there is one person who don't like it

"Kamiki-kun" said Fukuda Mayuko

the class stop laughing and look at the girl who's in front 

"If you dont mind, you should go to your class now" she coldly said and went to her chair

"ah,,hai" he nodded and stand up, "see you Kanata-chan" he winked at Kanata before finally walking out of the room

Classes started, teachers came in and out, students studying, taking down notes and some sneakily sleeping. Kamiki was just listening to the teacher but he got bored. How he wish he's with the same class as Shida and Kanata. Then lunch break came. Kamiki stand and get out of the room like what his classmates did. 

"Kamiki-kun" 

He looked back and saw Umika

"hm?" he asked

"anou....can you teach me math? I don't understand some of the lesson today"

"uhm, sure"

"Mikiiiiiii!!!!" Shida shouted while running towards Kamiki, then she hopped to Kamiki

"Mi-chan, don't run in the hallways!"

"hihi, oh, hello Kawashima-san!" She greeted

"hello" Umika greeted back

"Hello beautiful" Kanata said, who just came

"Mirai is sure fast" Suzuka said when she came

"anou, I'll be going now" Umika said

"uhm, talk to you later" said Kamiki

"what was that about?" Kanata asked

"math" he simply answered

"Umika is really pretty, don't you think?" Kanata asked

"yeah, she is"

"don't you like her?"

"eh?"

"aww" the boys said in unison then looked at Suzuka who hit them

"you two talk as if Mirai is not around"

"what's wrong with that?" Kanata asked

"As if you didn't know" Ohgo said

"It's normal for boys anyway, just let them Suzuka-chan." Mirai said and pulled Suzuka to the rooftop where they always eat

After class, they all went home. Kamiki and Shida is again walking together. 

"I thought you will teach Kawashima-san math?"

"I already did, she's smart and copes up fast so we don't spend much time teaching her"

"ah. so you're saying that we took long when you're teaching me because I'm stupid?"

"I don't say that,"

Then they reached their houses, they were neighbors. but before they could enter their houses, Shida stop because she noticed a truck near

"looks like we have new neighbors" Kamiki said

The next day

"OHA--- eh?" Shida stop because she don't see Kamiki outside the gates, she went out and went in front of Kamiki's gates

"OI! Miki!" she shouted, but she sensed someone is looking at her, so she turned around and saw a boy, she didn't know him, 

"are you our new neighbor?" she asked while pointing towards the house in front of Kamiki's house across the street

The guy smiled a bit and bow then he already walked away, 

"wait, he's wearing our school's uniform?"  Shida just shrugged her shoulders and opened Kamiki's gates

"Where is that guy?" 

She entered the house and she saw Ryunosuke panicking and running down the stairs in his pajama

"Miki? what are you doing?!"

"eh, Mi-chan? I don't wake up with my alarm, I will be late"

"Miki! calm down and do everything properly!"

Good thing that they get to school before the bell

"why do you overslept?"

"mom is not there to woke me up when I turned of my alarm"

"such a kid, you should wake up when it alarms, you shouldn't wait for someone to wake you up!"

they reach their rooms and the teacher already came. Kamiki was not in the mood to listen because he didn't eat breakfast and he don't even have his bento

"how great" he murmured

"class, there will be a new student"

hearing this, the students started to whisper

"is he a guy? or a girl?"

"I hope she's cute"

"maybe it"s a guy"

"quiet class, come in" the teacher said and come in a guy.

the girls brighten up when they saw a handsome guy walking in while the boys sighed in dissapointment

"introduce yourself"

"Yamada Ryosuke desu. Yoroshiku"
