I am walking on the streets, my favorite strawberry flavored lollipop as I happily look at the surroundings around me. I'm so happy and the perfect sunny weather just sums it all. What's more? My dad finally let me settle here alone. Oh dear, I have always wanted to live on my own. My family can be overprotective at times and they treat me like a baby! For once, I want them to stop doing that. I know they love me so much but I'm already eighteen years old. It's time for me to have a boyfriend. I may have lots of suitors but my overprotective brother chases them away. Now, it's a great opportunity to find someone to love!

As I walk some more, trying to get accustomed around the neighborhood, I spot a guy beside a trashbin. Woah! What is he doing there, looking so dirty, his hair messed up, and wait— I scoot closer to him and he is crying! Oh no. What to do?

"Hey," I poke his arm and he slowly looks up to face me. His face is stained by tears and he looks so vulnerable. We stare at each other and his expression soon changes to an awe. 

But then, I see his eyes on the verge of crying again. Wait, I didn't do anything! He bursts out crying and he looks so pitiful.

"Hey, stop crying. Are you alright? What are you doing here?" I lean closer to him and I see scratches on his face. Did he get beaten up?

"Hush, stop crying." I pat his head and I see his face soften. He glances at my lollipop.

"Do you want my lollipop?" I ask, a bit nervous. Okay, what the heck did I just do? Me? Offering a lollipop to some teenage boy?

That's gonna be an indirect kiss!

Suddenly, he grabs my lollipop and puts it inside his mouth. My eyes widen in surprise. No way!

"Hey! I just asked if you want it, I didn't tell you to snatch it away from me!" I cross my arms and pout at the sight of him. He seems so hungry and it's like he only ate just now.

"Whatever. I'll just leave."

I start to walk away from him. It is such a good day but seeing a poor teenage guy beside a trash bin, it hurts my heart. I ignore the feeling off and jump cheerfully around the streets. "Wooh! Finally! I'm living alone!" 

All of a sudden, I feel arms around my waist from behind. My eyes widen in shock. I hear someone crying and I am frozen on my state.

I carefully remove the arms around my waist and turn around. There, the guy who stole my lollipop looks at me and he is crying.
