Chapter 3; Soaked in pain
I'm Dreaming Of Us Two
Yun's stomach started to grumble. He had looked forward to the breakfast that Teo had made. His thoughts went round and round in his head as he remembered Teo's crying face. He didn't like the thought of them together, in fact, he hated it. He hated it so much that it felt like his heart would explode. He know he needed to calm his nerves. Back in high school his friend was always there for him, when he needed to shout, when he needed to take out his anger. But he and the LunaFly-members were in a strange country where he knew no one outside the artist life.
He stopped walking when he heard hurried footsteps behind him. He had heard the steps for a while now. "Could it be...?" He turned around and he saw three girls, holding an umbrella each. He looked at them with a concerned gaze.
- "You stalk me?" Yun said in his poor English.
- "Are you Yun from LunaFly?" The tall girl said in very good Korean and the other girls smiles got brighter.
- "Yes, I am." Yun said in Korean as well and tried to smile; he didn't wanted to disappoint fans, and specially not in other countries. "Are you Korean?"
- "No, I'm Filipino, I mayor in Korean in University." The tall girl said. "I'm a Filipino Lukie! These are my Lukie-friends. We're going to see your performance tonight."
- "Oh thank you for coming. You speak Korean like a native!" Yun said and his mood changed. He doesn't like to speak English, which he finds very difficult to speak and read, so speaking Korean felt like a relief.
- "Thank you!" The girl bowed a bit and the other girls giggled shyly. "We wonder if you could accept this umbrella?" She reached out the umbrella toward Yun. "We see that you are all wet from the rain, did anything happen? Where's Sam and Teo?"
- "Oh I think you need that umbrella more than I do, I'm already all soaked. And no, nothing happened. I was going to have a look around, but the others didn't wanted to join. Plus our manager is always sneaking around somewhere and have good control over us." Yun laughed a little and the girls joined in. He couldn't worry the fans, so he thought a simple little lie wouldn't hurt.
They chatted a little and then the girls had to go home. They thanked him and walked away with exciting spirits. Even his own mood had become a bit better. If LunaFly would going to continue as always, he had to do something about his upset feelings.
As he kept on walking, his stomach was grumbling even louder and he found a barbecue restaurant and walked in. It wasn't a fancy place, so no one asked him to change from his soaked clothes to something dry. Which he thought was a relief and he could finally eat some meat after a long walk in the rain.
As his food reached the table, his phone rang.
