Description
In 1991 at Seoul
There was human genetic engineering project named ‘Dolphin Project’.
It planned to make a normal human became a perfect human by injected a ‘Dolphin Serum’ in human body.
But before the project had done, it was disappeared. It was because there was the biggest Mafia group in the whole world wanted to steal it. So, the serum was dissolved.
But the creator would not his work gone by that way. He decided to inject the last serum into a baby’s body and somehow he could continue his work then.
But life wasn’t easy as he thought.
In 2013 at Seoul.
There was secret organization named 'Crystal Ocean' which dedicated themselves to protect the 'Dolphin'
