"At 11:50 a.m. on February 4th, 2012, Itou Kensei, a local teacher at Tokyo University, crashed head-on with a bus, killing one civilian and injuring 4 passengers. Police reports said that Itou Kensei was not intoxicated nor was he under influence of drugs. A witness said that Itou Kensei, himself, was dead even before the collision. Skid marks was found 7 meters before the collision site.

"At first, I didn't feel a thing. Everything was going smoothly until the driver screamed, 'Everyone, hold on to you seats! Move back!' I didn't know what to feel! Everything was a blur and then BAM! Everyone panicked because there was smoke and glass shards were everywhere," Morrison James, an English transfer student at Tokyo U. and a former student of Itou Kensei said. "I didn't recognize the driver until the last minute. He was a great teacher for me."

Tezuka Ryuuto, the driver of the said bus, received minor injuries and a minor concussion. Police says that further investigations will be in order for more information about the incident and the said murder of Itou Kensei."
