Hey guys! Because of the immense popularity of my "Kpop Diets and How I Do It" blog post (which can be found here), I decided to launch this new guide! I am in no way a professional. I am just a college girl trying to live a healthy life. So many of you have contacted me with your questions and concerns, and so this guide was born.
This guide will feature informative chapters on how to attain a more healthy lifestyle, questions from readers and my (attempt to) answer them, kpop music to get you sweating, and an inspiring story or two to keep things interesting. If you have any additional ideas for future content here, feel free to PM me.

Disclaimer: I am no dietician, nor do I have any medical degree. The information I give is solely based on what I have experienced, what I have read, and what I have learned from the experiences of others. As with any diet or exercise routine, it is best to consult your doctor before doing anything drastic, especially if you are morbidly obese. This guide is meant to be a supplemental guide to help answer some of your questions - don't treat it like a Diet Bible, because I don't know everything! I'm just working on a psychology and linguistics degree, so those are really only my true areas of (some) expertise.
