Description

Daehyun sat under a cherry blossom tree, the carpet of petals comforting him. Youngjae sat right beside him, resting his head on Daehyun's shoulder and peeking at the words on the page.

"Would you like to choose which poem I'm gonna read to you?"                       

Youngjae shook his head, saying, "Not at all. I just want you to read to me." 

Foreword

Hello ^^

Well I'm having a writer's block since the flood so I came up with this one shot before it happened.

This is something I wrote for (my lovely and beautiful German sister) Dani's birthday even though she doesn't ship daejae <3 she'll know the reason why I picked them for this one shot on April 23 ^^

PS. Inspired by this in a way or another. Aaaand I'm not sure about the title either but *sigh* well...

Chapter 1: i've seen this on tumblr and since you posted it, i decided to read it even though i don't usually read daejae if it's not recommended. u _ u
and i came here and started reading it and OMFG I LOVED IT! IT WAS AMAZING AND SO BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN AND YOU USED BAUDELAIRE! i adore his poetry, even read it in french, and now reading it in spanish is a whole new experience even though i now the peoms.
and i really like the way you described everything. the characters seemed very real and almost within my reach, and they're so precious. /sobs/ and even though you didn't finish it the usual way, i think that everybody who has read your story has an idea how the story actually ends, because this was only the beginning not the end, right? ^^

Chapter 1: the last poem would kind of be better translated like 'Aren't we all waiting to be read by someone, praying so that they will tell us our existence has meaning?'
